Ray Wright from Davis Chevrolet made my purchase a breeze from start to finish. As an out of state internet buyer, Ray made sure all questions were thoroughly answered in real time. Ray was in constant contact establishing easy communication between him and my Credit Union. I am not a fan of buying new vehicles but Ray at Davis Chevrolet knocked out of the park. It is nice to know that there are people who follow through with what they say. I am not from Houston but would not hesitate to call Ray when another vehicle is needed.

I made a blank trip to Houston. I had a appointment for 9am and finally at 145pm I gave up. Nothing was done to my vehicle, supposed the computer was down, but all the other vehicles were moving out and in . It just was a very crazy day. My daughter who is a college student in Houston, Texas bought her car in to have it checked out since it was running hot. Davis Chevrolet told us the cost to fix the issue was $733.74. She paid it on October 13, 2021only to return on October 14, 2021, with the same issue. This time she was told the repair would cost over $3000 if we would have been given that price originally I would have never paid $733.74. I have two children in college and cant afford to just give money away. I understand paying for them to check the car out, but to pay over $700 for her to not even drive it for a full day is ridiculous. Also, some of the items listed on the new repair sheet were things completed on a previous repair.

I have nothing but good things to say about Davis Chevrolet as well as Ray Wright & George Kambouris. I was looking for a 2nd vehicle for recreational use & found this Expedition Platinum online at their dealership that I wanted to look at, I was a little skeptical even though it was only a few years old and only had 38k miles on it because I was just sold one the week before from a dealership and it needed the transmission replaced which the dealership told me that vehicle had zero issues (total lie). I emailed with Mr. Ray Wright & told him that I would want to have my Mechanic do a thorough checkup before I considered buying, Mr. Wright told me that was just fine. We went in last Saturday and looked at the Expedition and loved it. We told George Kambouris that wed like to have the Expedition checked out by our Mechanic, George went and spoke to Mr. Wright and they both came back & said that they wanted to let us take it home for the weekend and we could have it checked out by our Mechanic Monday morning & then to call them and let them know if we wanted to buy it or not. I took it to our Mechanic Monday morning; there were a couple of issues that we negotiated but nothing major or serious. I emailed George and told them what I was willing to pay, George responded and we made a deal. It was extremely easy and no haggling back & forth which I hate when buying a car. I filled out the credit app online & their Finance Manager Mac Khan called me within 20 minutes to let me know that I was approved and to discuss terms, he was also very nice and explained everything very well. We drove to the dealership to sign the papers and were back on the road within an hour.This was the BEST experience that Ive EVER had at a Chevrolet dealership. There are (2) in Houston that I wouldnt purchase from even if they were the only dealerships around, theyre horrible.Mr. Ray Wright & George Kambouris sent their Key Guy out yesterday to make us new key fobs as the one we were given had died the following day. Ive emailed Mr. Wright a couple of times since the purchase and hes been very responsive and very helpful. George Kambouris is currently on vacation and has also responded to my email. My vehicle stopped on me and I made arrangements to get it towed to the service department. I called Davis Chevrolet one hour after the tow company said that they had delivered the vehicle, to confirm that. I was told that the vehicle was there. The next day I called Davis Chevrolet to check on the status of the vehicle and was told that they didnt have it and that it wasnt in their system. I had to call the tow company to verify that they had delivered the vehicle to the right address. I called Davis Chevrolet back to try to find my vehicle. Meanwhile this had me upset and I didnt inform my wife because she is suffering from heart problems. I am sick too but tried not to let this upset me. They asked me who I talked to the day before and I couldnt recall. After two hours, they found my vehicle. I had a 7 AM appointment and missed it. They checked the vehicle and found out that it was the starter. The cost for replacing the starter was $805.00. I thought that was too much, even for a dealership. Plus with someone loosing my vehicle, I lost confidence in the company. I had my vehicle towed to another shop and had the starter replaced for less than half of the cost. I will not use them again.

Failed to mention the 2019 truck had an inoperable back up camera, damage to the body , and only 25% tread left. Do not buy from them online, they so not tell the truth. Took 3 weeks for the to offer me 400 to repair the camera, when my local dealership quoted 800-1000. This went all the way to the GM, so dont trust the integrity of this staff. Find a trustworthy dealership!

DO NOTTTT COME HERE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED!!!I first got a diagnostic test for my car about a week ago and finally decided to come in to get my car fixed. I dropped off my car Wednesday morning to get a wheel alignment and suspension bolts tightened. When I went to go pick up my car the following morning, the guy and I noticed the check engine light was on and when he went to turn it off and back on again; the car turned on but then off right after. So now Chevy Davis is trying to charge me nearly $500 to get the NEW issues fixed, when Ive already paid to get the ORIGINAL issue which is what I was there forI have spoken to two managers, Dan and Justin and NEITHER one has been able to help get the issue fixed. They say their workers didnt do anything or the problem was already there BUT how come when I first got a diagnostic test, the issue wasnt there??? Something isnt adding up. I have been on the phone with these two ALL DAY and nothing has been done. All they say can say is I understand your frustration. My car isnt fixed, all they could offer me was a discount because they apparently had NOTHING to do with the issue. Like I said PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, save yourself the trouble.

I love Justin Isham best service provider and also very informative when it comes to keeping your product serviced however Alicia at the check out counter is the absolute slowest I tried to pick up on my lunch break and spent more time waiting on her than it took me to arrive at the location. Please get her some help there are many people who need employment through this pandemic who would love to help her speed up the process

A shout-out to Dan at Davis.. Great Work.ORIGINAL:Not for the faint of heart.. does not matter if you have an appointment or not. The service manager is not looking forward for your reviews. The service manager will literally seat inside his office and watch you waited inside your vehicle at the empty service lines. The only way to get him to move is to jump out of your car and ask for help. Do not waste your time asking to speak to managers.. it wont help your case.

My husband took two key fobs to get them programmed. The Service Director took care of them for us with no problem, even though we didnt buy our vehicle from them. Well be sure to bring our vehicle there from now on for service.

Martin was a wonderful salesperson. He explained everything in detail and was very polite and trustworthy. Honesty and trustworthiness are a big thing. He also followed up a few days later to be sure I was satisfied and that all was well, and again let me know that I could call if I had any questions and concerns. Went to dealership to get oil change and state required inspection. The person assisting mewas Justin Isham, who usually is the one who assists me. As usual, he saw to it that everything that I requested was done in a minimal amount of time and answered any questions that I had. Davis Chevrolet has consistently done an excellent job in all of my dealings with them in sales and service.

Updating my review:I took my car to Davis Chevrolet for warranty repairs. While the process was arduous for various reasons (ordering parts, warranty company policy ambiguity, etc) I would like to give recognition to John in the service department who worked diligently to keep me informed multiple times throughout the day. John called me each time there was an update. On the day my car was ready he even offered to send an Uber to pick me up.After arriving at the dealer and seeing my car repaired I was surprised and excited to see that it had been detailed as well!Today, only one day after picking up my car, I received a call from the Director of Service to speak about my experience as well.Both John and Dan exhibited the type of empathy that goes a long way when dealing with the stress that comes with car repairs.

I regularly take my car to their service department to get maintenance just so I can keep a paper trail. My car started making a noice and Ive taken my car multiple times due to them not finding the problem. Ive left my car over night, they dont have rental options and Ive had to chase my tech just to get an update on my car. Mechanic broke my car remote key and the managers compensation was I purchase the key and theyll program it?! 😑 Dont waste your Money and TIME here!

Made an appt. on a Thursday at 11 am for an oil change and to check some transmission issues. John Morning was my service guy, said we can take care of the oil chance but that i may have to leave my vehicle overnight for the transmission check. He saw that it was a bit complicated for me to do that and said let me see what I can do; 10 mins later he had the technician in my vehicle reviewing the transmission issue. Then technician test drove my vehicle and it was on the rack getting taken care of. I have to say that was the best service i have every gotten at a dealership for such a complicated issue. My hats off to Mr. John Morning who demonstrated excellent customer service, addressing the customers immediate needs and had my vehicle serviced and out of there in a very timely fashion. Had an oil change and Trans fluid exchange. While on vacation in the area. We are from FLORIDA. After 3.5 hours on the waiting room. I asked about it and and was told the truck was being washed. 30 min later John came up and say they couldnt get the service 4wd light off. After I asked to speak to the manager ( Dan S.) . He explained that did not know anything about it and asked to bring the truck out to us. He tried to get a code and nothing. All of a sudden he brings the tech who performed the job and ask about it and was lied to my face again when they insisted the light was on before the job. I got really upset.Dan was at least professional enough to ask me to live the truck there to have it check in the morning by a experienced tech. I received a call from John at 7:30 as promised saying the truck was ready and it was just a low voltage something...I was Uber to the dealer paid my bill and got out. No apologies. No further explanation or nothing.Just a little feedback I had driven 1600 miles on a family vacation, my suburban has 87k miles never had a problem or major service needed. ALSO I have extended my national warranty with chevy till 110k miles. If It was a real problem, I probably would been covered.I just dont think been lied about the light or that everything was OK after long waiting is not nice. I went into a chevy dealer looking for piece of mind and came out with a headache, I got back home yesterday. No problems no light.Thanks for your Interest.

Kept my car for 7 hrs. Only started working on it after I complained.

I went into the dealership looking for a camaro as and I got to meet Asad Khan, he tried to drive a hard bargain for the camaro zl1, but I just couldn’t pull the trigger on it. I need to time to think, cause I came in for a camaro ss. He’s a nice guy, I recommend him when you have your heart set on a car, just go in an ask for him.

The oil change was fine, and the woman helping me outside was friendly and professional. I was dismayed to see employees not wearing masks (one from sales who breezed through the waiting room with an unmasked couple also not wearing masks) and not wearing them correctly (2 at the parts desk—one older white male below chin, the other man below nose). The women behind the glass at checkout were wearing masks and replied that it was current policy. We are still fighting a pandemic. I tried to wait outside, but it was too cold and windy.
