Do not buy any vehicle from this place. They dont maintenance their vehicles before selling them. I bought a used 2014 Ford F150 and its had problems since the first day. It took a month for them to take it to a shop, I waited a week and nothing got fixed. Then I had to wait another month for the same thing, and its still misfiring. Blower motor for the ACs out as well.I borrowed 3 vehicles from them while I waited for my truck to be fixed, the first one shook while on the freeway, the second one over heated 5 minutes down the street from the dealership, and the third one broke down on my way to work. I had it parked outside my house for a week until they picked it up.I called the DMV to find out the dealership received my plates and sticker March 4th and I just got them last Friday the 23 of April. I was driving around with expired paper tags for 2 weeks.After having my phone calls ignored for 2 weeks I went up to the dealership to get the problems resolved and the owner tried to pick a fight with me, threatened to have me physically removed, mind you I was calm the whole time.This is the most unprofessional car dealership ever.AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.Update: Your reply alone shows how much of a professional you are, a theif and coward is what you are!

So far Ive had nothing but a terrible experience with this company. They seem very shady and have been inconsistent with me for the last month it seems like. I would suggest not giving them a visit unless you live next door to them. I say this because Ive scheduled an appointment twice with them, and drove 3 hours to take a look at a car, and when I get there they tell me they just sold it. Terrible customer service so far.

Pictures didn’t show any of the sun spots, Tons of paint chips, damaged rims, and not matching paint on the louvers both were black. Also no description on like any of their cars.I drove 3 hours and would’ve said hell I’ll just buy it and fix it, but for whatever reason with 8k down on a car that was 20ish thousand after taxes I was “approved” but when I got there I wasn’t. Even though I’ve been emailing all my documents and was directly in contact with a finance company. I was directly lied to about the monthly payments I was told but wasn’t able to show me he said 450+ a month I know my apr would’ve been high but that would be like 35%+!!!! There’s no way and wasn’t able to show me proof.so I left with a buyers order and called the finance company that also works with them and guess what they never received my application. Don’t buy from these people lied to me over the phone and in person if they don’t want to sell to you they won’t.

These guys were great. I used USAA for every loan transaction I’ve done in years and I usually adore them. This transaction was a lender nightmare took 6 days just to buy the car even though I had already wired my money 6 days earlier. These guys Tony and Sam didn’t miss a beat USAA threw the same requests at them 7/8 times for the same stuff and they continued to send. Usaa lied and said they could not read the document because the entire thing was blurry and in the same breath said the document is missing xyz. Oh really!!?! The document you can’t read is missing that?!? Sam and Tony kept doing everything they asked and then did everything they could to expedite the car to me because I had it shipped. If you buy a car online you don’t want to go anywhere else cause they keep you up to date every step of the way including sending updates at 10/11 pm at night just to make sure I knew latest status. My only recommendation is to finance through them, I would have had my car 5 days sooner. Once USAA got it together I had the car within 24 hours going across the county in the middle of a pandemic. They really will go above and beyond for you.

I read some of the negative reviews on this place after I found the car I wanted online. I decided to go ahead and see for myself and I was very satisfied with my experience. The sales man Ernesto was honest with me about the price of the vehicle and gave me a good value for my trade in. I was in and out in less then 2 hours. Horrible experience. I called beforehand and was assured that a car was there. Additionally, I was text messaged that the car was ready for me to come look at. After driving 30 minutes out of the way, I arrived and the car was nowhere to be found. Based on the way the associate acted, I would bet this occurs often. I would never return to this dealership.

We purchased our second vehicle from Fusion today. This is a small dealership in SW Houston that specializes in 1-5 year old well maintained, higher quality autos. The first time I scheduled an appointment to see a loaded VW Routan. The sales representative Frank called to let me know that when they were preparing the the van to show that they noticed a ticking noise coming from the engine. They wanted to get the noise checked out prior to me traveling 60 miles to ensure that we wouldnt be disappointed. Needless to say we wanted to work with someone with this kind of integrity, especially when purchasing a large ticket item. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, and the ticking noise was covered under the original warranty as promised.2 months ago I called and asked if they would be on the look out for a newer King Ranch Expedition EL. They remembered us from over a year ago. Today they called before it was even put in the inventory. Their finance manager spent extra time truly explaining all the numbers. They again gave us a wholesale price, and awesome service. If you know what you are looking for, and dont want to be a number at a large dealership, then I would give these guys a chance. We will be back!

Basically they are only fast into selling you a car and thats IT. I bought a $50,000 car and I didnt get it detailed, tires changed, nor an extra key. After I mentioned all of this all I got was a car wash NOT detailed. It took them 15 mins to give me back my car, no extra key, no new tires. This place has poor customer service and arent very concern about their clients. Cheap business.

The worst auto dealership... stay away!!!! Family member purchased a vehicle and within 3 weeks the engine blew. Only 108,000 miles on the vehicle. Dealership unwilling to stand behind their product or even work with customer on a replacement engine. Wont even answer phone calls. Wondering if vehicle was really as young as they sold it as. Stay away!!!

I bought a 2009 Nissan Murano few months ago, my brakes started to make a noise, I went to fusion Autoplex and the manager was very nice, and he sent my vehicle to their mechanic shop to replace the brakes. when my vehicle arrived, I asked the manager how much do I owe, he smiled and told me nothing, it was a gift. What happens most of the time, is that customers with high expectations and low budgets get insulted when they are told that they either cant buy, or need more down. And honestly, if you qualify for the vehicle, I dont see where you could have a problem with ANY dealership. Not just this one. What most people need to do is to be less picky when they know their credit is not all that, and buy what they can afford. Learn that its not what yall ARE WILLING TO DO, is weather the bank IS WILLING to let you have a car or not based on your credit.

I will NEVER do business with this dealership, In June 2017, I bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander and found out a week later, it had 3 recalls for the transmission. I placed my old 2003 GMC Envoy as downpayment, and I just got the registration still under my name, when I called about it Audrey told me it has been sold to an Auction house, that I will have to wait until the Auction house registers the vehicle and she cannot provide any further information, cause She does not deal with the auction houses.That is the kind of service you get from this dealership.

The accusations had no merit and they never verified any of my information before accusing me of fraud. I have worked my whole life do not steal and do not lie.

This review is about five years late but every time I pay my car note I get pissed off, if I could give them negative stars I would, in 2012, I bought a Jag and a Mercedes from them, less than a year after purchase the jag started having problems, I didn’t think it was a big deal because I purchased a warranty through fusion so I thought, come to find out the $3000 warranty I purchased they never filed, so now they call themselves trying to fix the car and the car never worked the same after that, as far as the Mercedes for 4 of the 5 years I’ve been paying on that car it has not been drivable, after trying to get it fixed and trying to trade it in, I found out that the car had a salvaged title and it was basically worth nothing, none of this was disclosed to me during purchase, I wouldnt send my worse enemy to buy a car from fusion auto plex, don’t do it, stay far away
