The guys were very nice and honored the price that was given over the phone even though i didnt buy as much as i thought i needed. I would travel the distance for the business.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.I certainly do not recommend this place. The service was rude. Half of the time they were ignoring us and acting like we were inconveniencing them. The guy working there even answered a call from his mom in the middle of assisting us. The guy told my mom (the professional stylist) that there could possibly be a discount MAYBE up to 10%. After a VERY LONG TIME they asked the owner or manager (he was high up there). He thought for a while and then randomly decided it would be 5%. There isnt a standardized procedure and he just pulled that number out of his @$$. They didnt ask for my mothers credentials which I personally consider a requirement since they did claim that was a discount for professionals. I suggested to my mom that we go elsewhere.I guess their bad service was a blessing in disguise. We found a different location that has a beautiful setup, amazing selection, exquisite customer service and with their standard 15% beautician discount it was cheaper. I highly highly suggest avoiding this place.

I dont know why people say dont go to this place because customer service its bad and the ppl are rude, that i know I didnt see no bad customer service, the manager was a nice guy, also gave a good advice since Im trying to open my own business in here.Im definitely coming back next weeks to buy a lot of stuff for my business in Mexico. Thumbs up guys!!

The lady and the guy are very rude and dont have pattiens... Especially the older lady wanted me to get out the store ,because she wanted to work and dint wanted me in the store....Plus the stuff is so disorganized👎👎

Dont go here. These guys sell hair for more money than Mari Ari on Westheimer and Fondren. They are rude and also seem very shady.

Horrible customer service .. I’ve been ordering from this company on a monthly basis . I get the same thing every time ... this month they send the wrong hair and expected me to pay 160 shipping to get the hair that I ordered !!!!
