I moved to Houston from Memphis a couple of months ago. I was in the market looking for great quality hair. Before making a final decision. I decided to check out this establishment from seeing pictures of their products and how affordable their prices were. I called first before going into their store. The lady who answered the phone was excellent with her customer service. She was very helpful and patient with my concerns. That alone sold me. I then went on to inquire about their bundles and wigs because I was so indecisive of what I wanted. She explained to me my options between the 2. So I decided to try one of the lace wigs and I must say. I have been wearing my wig for almost a month now and I am so in love with it. The quality is wonderful and super soft. When I washed it. The hair was even more beautiful. When I say I am so happy with my purchase. This business definitely has me sold for all of my hair needs. Ladies if you need great hair. Definitely check them out. I was in the market looking for some hair extensions and ran across Virgin Hair Loft. I checked out some of their reviews and was pleased with what others were saying. I decided to visit their website which is designed beautifully, I placed an order for two bundles of Peruvian body wave in inches 22 and 24. The customer service was so amazing and the owner is a very pleasant young lady. She made sure to provide my tracking number in a minimum of 2 days. I was able to track my package and it only took 3 days to receive(WOW). Not only is the customer service wonderful, my bundles are exactly what I was looking for, full, extra soft, and true to the lengths it said on their website. I Love, Love, Love my bundles and will be only ordering from here! THIS HAIR IS AMAZING!!!!

This is my first time purchasing the body wave lace frontal full wig unit. I had got 4 bundles. It came with a very comfortable band in the back. 2 comfortable combs in the front.I think the color turned out exactly how I wanted. The hair smells fantastic. The hair doesn’t shed. And I loved my wig unit so much that I am purchasing again right now. I also love my thank you card and free eye lashes.Thanks for looking out for me Kesha!❤️❤️❤️😘

Very nice quality wig and great service!! I got a lace frontal wig that fits great!! Two thumbs up!! 😊EDIT: I paid $385 for a 20 inch full lace wig. Its been 2 weeks and its started to shed and tangle more than when I first got it. After the first cowash it lost all of its luster. On top of that, one of the adjustable straps ripped off. I gave 5 stars at first because the sales woman there asks everyone to leave a good review in exchange for a free pair of eyelashes. When I first examined the wig it seemed fine but I feel differently about it now. If I had paid less I would excuse the quality, but it was pricey.EDIT #2: The other adjustable ripped off today.EDIT #3: They blocked me on Instagram. Im assuming because of my review? I didnt have any ill intentions... ( maybe my review came off as harsh?) I was just giving my feedback about the hair. And its not like I can get a refund for my hard earned money spent. All I can do is say what happened.
