This place is trash, literally! Overpriced, low quality, and they have the nerve to offer a 30% off sale, on wigs that should be cheaper than the sale! $49.99 for a half yaki, straight synthetic wig?! I couldve got that same wig from party city for $19.99! First and last time going there. Here in Houston; you guys have so many beauty supply store options! Take your business elsewhere. (Im not from Texas, I googled beauty supply and ended up here. ) I live in California, and dont see half as much Beauty Supply stores!

Prices are too high for such low grade products. The store has boxes on the floor everywhere and their selection of frontals do not align with their pricing model. I made a purchase out of necessity, but BABY - let me tell you. Who will be shopping here again? Not I. Quite frankly no one should. If you do, that’s on you.

They are nice people , I go to alot of beauty supply stores which you might realize by my reviews. I like the vibe and when I couldnt find a certain product the lady referred me to another store right down the street, most wouldnt do that. Both ladys made me feel welcome and answered my questions

This beauty supply seems to always have what I need. Its not the closest so I always tend to go here as a back up, but Im starting to think this store will be my 1st choice.

When I walked in the store the two employees that were there never acknowledged me. They were conversing with each other concerning an issue with their supervisor. I walked to the back of the store to purchase a wig (looking 15-20 minutes), no one came to offer help. I finally went to ask for help and was told the lady would be back there to help me...she never came. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I saw the clerk assisting someone that had just came in the store. The sad thing is I liked shopping at this store but I wasnt treated like a customer.

Found everything I needed. I will come back.

This store has a variety of fashion face masks for a reasonable price. I was not impressed with their wig choices. Everytime I saw a wig I was interested in I had to wait for someone to go into the backroom to get it. But on the flip side the lady helping me was very helpful and patience and I do understand that they have to protect their products from being stolen. I will go back for more face masks.

Love the beauty supply on Ella and Kuykendahl greatpeople up in there they help you with everything they got a lot of stuff wigs Galore they wigs are beautiful and they cheat and all they stuff in there is good and not expensive

Just a quick stop i wouldnt shop here for anything big. Also they take securing their items waaayyyy over bored to the point that its an inconvenience to customer it shouldnt take 10 minutes to open something youve bought smh stop it please.

Terrible place to go. Very ghetto. Unprofessional, unmotivated staff. Its better to get your stuff online from Amazon next day, than to wait in line here, for the unproductive, apathetic staff to herd you through the line. You might even get it sooner.

Pleasantly surprised with this store. Sales associates were extremely friendly and helpful and customers werent being followed as if they were trying to steal. The store was clean, well organized and not congested like other places. There was ample space to move around.

Its fully stocked with a variety of haircare supplies. The prices are reasonable. Its open on Sundays when places are closed. Im not if this store has a all sales are final policy. Parking can be limited because theres a good truck in the parking lot as well!

Came here for the first time and got my first wig for 30% off. Im super happy with it! The staff was really helpful, pretty busy so early in the morning but I would definitely go back. Affordable wigs, not always available in the color you may want but if youre lucklucky youll find a great wig for great prices. I love that the store is wide open and everything isnt crammed I a small space

New to the city. Found this location after getting lost, happy I did. Had just what I needed... customer service was great. I will be coming back.

Been a customer since it was first open. Only place i like to get my eyelashes...good part about that i can take my time n pick the one i want instead of someone else choosing which one to give me. The customer service need to be revised. Previously i got charged for some eyelash glue i specifically said i did not want. Tonight i bout some edge control which has a green sticker that say 1.99. Get home n saw i was charged 2.49. overall very clean and organized store.Management needs to work on having a team of excellence.

I found everything I needed and the staff was friendly. I just wish that the items I purchased werent double sealed with an anti-theft seal so that I could open what I purchased. It took me a good 10 mins to remove that seal from a tube of lipstick. And every item I purchased had that seal on it.

Very rude customer service and the store is a mess. I asked to see the hair jewel for braids behind the counter and the worker treated me like I was bothering or inconveniencing him for asking. He literally stopped responding to me. I left and went to the next store on google (I was visiting from out of state) Queen beauty supply. They were MUCH better, they were very polite and I was able to pick my jewels myself!

I was able to get helpful information and insight on the products before I bought them. I will definitely be back!!!

There are too many hair stores that are more competitive in prices and quality wigs around town. I will not be going backYou had a promotion for 2016 to draw customers in and you expect the regulars to start paying full price with no discounts? GTFOH

The beauty supply is a nice little store that has many things from hair treatment and make-up.

Maria is very very rude and argumentative. No good customer service. I went this morning and made a 50 dollar purchase. Went back 2 hours later and Maria was trying to charge me different price for the exact same hair I bought different color. Then she proceeds to argue and try to defend herself and claimed she couldnt reach a manager or owner. Very very very poor customer service. Through it all denied my service so Im definitely not going back there just only to speak to OWNERS because we as customers pay them their check.

I had a bad experience with the workers there very rude i am mad i didnt just leave after they was rushing me to pick something when i had a least 20 mins to shop then Mexican gone dip in and say i cant use my card as credit if theres not a name on it and i had to use debit like as if i didnt know the pin if it was not my card the whole transaction was unpleasant i dont like there cheap as hair r so called employees just because they near the hood dont mean they have to treat people shopping there as such.
