Im repeatedly impressed with how good this store is. Prices are great, but just as important they are super friendly, incredibly fast and efficient, and they do great work. Ive taken 3 vehicles here now over the last few years and Ive been very happy every time.

I pulled in 14 minutes before they closed with a flat tire. Logan got me in right away and Nick fixed my tire in no time flat. They couldnt have been nicer to me, even though I came in right before they closed. They have a new customer for life. Highly recommend!

Had a surprise flat tire during a trip to the Holland area for a wedding. Ran to this location first thing in the morning to get it fixed. I dealt with Wayne when I got there and was initially turned away as I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t want to miss the wedding waiting for an appointment. So I went back out to my car and try to find a different place to go. As I’m about to pull out, Wayne came out to my car and said he couldn’t let me miss the wedding and got my car in for repair right away.I can’t overstate how much I appreciated Wayne getting me in for the repair. Excellent customer service and a nice conversation while I waited. Keep it up!

Went in to get 2 new tires didnt have an appointment they took me right on in. Unbelievable customer service very knowledgeable, professional, very attentive to your needs. A must place if you need tired for your vehicle. By far one of the best customer experience I ever had.

Best service and I love the tire warranty. I was visiting family in Holland when I discovered a flat tire. Somewhere I picked up a small nail. I used their easy online appointment scheduling tool and was able to get in the next morning. They had my car in a bay without waiting and a 1/2 hour later my tire was fixed. The service personnel are friendly and helpful. The bonus was I did not even need to get out of my car.

Very good at upselling...if you let them. Sold me tires at advertised price but also tried adding rims. Stopped just short of saying they wont service them if bead seat leaks air but...

Terrible. Two hours late from the quoted completed time and didnt complete the job that I asked for! Didnt charge me so thats good, since they didnt complete the job. Did ask me to come in multiple times when I wanted new tires! ( said my tires are approaching the replacement time but not there yet) Wasted my time, will not be back.

Excellent service, very kind and courteous staff, Pleasant waiting area space they have coffee and water. Comparable prices to other tire shops, if not better . And have a great after service. I would recommend getting there soon as they open because they are a busy store.

They were able to get me right in (by chance as I showed very early). Needed a tired repaired, loaded 2 tires in the back to take home, and replaced all 4 tires in about 30 mins.Very friendly and professional.

Our specialist listened to why we were there (a low pressure alert) we explained that our right front had been low a couple of times. He inspected the tire and found no aparent damage. all the tires were checked for correct pressure turns out that both front tires were low this time, he suggested that we keep an eye on it and if it happens again to make an appointment to have the tire taken down, the rim cleaned and tire remounted. Very professional with a great beadside manor. :)

Clean, friendly but when scheduling an appointment having to check in 15 minutes prior to appointment and then vehicle going in 15 minutes after appointed time a little disappointing.

When you walk in they make you feel like family they got lots of choices whatever price range your looking for. Great service.

Love this place! I am not from the area and needed 2 front tires on my car. They squeezed me in and also repaired my slow leaking tire. Great job guys! I do have to say Alex was great customer service however I noticed one young man working exceptionally hard. Always gave an extra hand to the other workers to help finish up their autos. First time at this location. Everyone was kind and I quite enjoy the new process and protocols in place. You pretty much dont have to get out of your car if you dont want. Made for a quick trip and I could still get work done.

Efficient but lacking expertise in the tire mounting/balancing act resulting in too many weights required to balance new tire imbalance. Please require employees to learn the well known and not so secret tricks of the trade of balancing new tire density imbalance.

Several stalls made my trip shorter than usual. Staff is happy and considerate. They seem to really enjoy their jobs/co-workers.

I had to wait on Saturday, July 11 longer than I felt necessary for a tire rotation. I had a conversation with Kevin the manager this morning and he explained the situation to me which I understand now. The staff at this location are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this place!

Great service and great conversation. Fast and easy process to get the tires I need for my Fiesta at a pretty normal rate. Paying $450 roughly for 4 tires with a warrant on them. Ill update later if the service or work isnt ideal but I doubt Ill need to :)

The employees were friendly and helpful and the products were reasonably priced.

This discount tire location is full of great employees who excel at customer service and timeliness. The place was starting to fill up with cars who had to wait outside for quarantine, and I was shocked to see how well the guy running the front was handling it all (wish I could credit him on here but I didnt catch his name). He hustled (basically sprinting at times) to make sure everyone was acknowledged and knew that he wouldnt forget about them, his attitude was spot on for someone in that position too. Alex, one of the guys who was working on my car, also had a great attitude and made the whole process as pleasant as can be. The rest of the staff also was always hustling around and getting things done, didnt see a single slacker in the place. Would highly recommend this place in large part to the employees who work here.

I didn’t have an appointment on a recent visit for a flat tire. They were packed due to new regulations but were still able to address my issue. I will continue to use this location because of the way I was treated. Great service and great people working there.

Fast friendly service

The way they schedule and work together as a team, has really brought them to the forefront of service. My appointment was at 830am, I arrived at 825am. I was met at my window with a smile guided in and a team of guys started on the car. The sales guy did all my payment and warranty. I was out the door at 848am.Alex and his team really killed it I couldn’t have asked for better service and quickness.

I have never had a disappointment from the staff they always treat my vehicle with respect. They are always willing to stay late to take care of the customer.We could almost see a second location in town for how busy this place always is.My only complaint is twice in a row now having to need the restroom it has been filthy! I dont judge them based off the restroom cleanliness but it would be nice to have a clean bathroom.

Way better than the competition.Thank You Discount Tire for getting me back on the road.I would recommend discount tire hands down compared to the competition.I walked in with what I considered an emergency flat and they were able to take care of me and get me back on the road as soon as possible.I purchase my tires from discount but was actually driving a vehicle with tires from bell. I walked in there first and they told me it would be an hour and a half wait while they unloaded a truck.I guess the choice is obvious going forward. I will continue to go to discount where customers come first.

I stopped by on Saturday to have my tire repaired do to a screw in tire. I was traveling and needed it fixed, the desk person asked if I had an appointment, I replied, “no”. He then told me to set an appointment or come back in afternoon, five hours later then present. Understanding that two other employees weren’t in garage area, one in the office and other doing nothing in waiting area. Horrible customer service and wouldn’t help a traveler in need. I will never buy tires from Discount Tire!

Stop at Discount tire this morning with a tire off of my wife’s car that had a screw it it and was leaking. I had the tire in the back of my pickup.When I pulled up to the guy standing outside he asked what I needed and I told him about the leaking tire.His repsonce was if I could drop it off later he would see if they could get at it later in the evening. As if I had nothing better to do than come back later in the day to drop it off.I have been buying tires there for a long timeBut no more.I went to OK Tire in Hamilton and the worked me right in and had it fixed within a half hour.They will be getting all of my business from now on.

Fit me right in without appointment, set the expectation for when it would be done and nailed it. Fixed my flat for free and even put my spare/jack back in its home. Super impressed here and I would highly recommend this location. Wow.

Discount tire continues to impress me with every visit. Ted was wonderful helping me understand what’s going on with my lug nuts and how to prevent further problems. Everyone is quick and efficient making sure my car gets the care she needs.I also love the numerous locations, we got a flat in California once and Discount/America’s Tire was there for us only 3 miles away.

Exceptional service overall. I walked in to see if I could get a flat repaired. The tire was beyond repair but I had their road hazard coverage to cover the cost of replacing it. Tony did a great job recommending options to replace the tire and explaining how the road hazard coverage worked. Service was very quick - they were able to inspect the tire immediately, and replaced it in the time it took me to go and get a coffee. The service I received at this location is an example of why I keep coming back to discount tire.

I like the appointment only. No waiting get to drive your car in the garage and wait while they work. Guys work very hard pretty impressive.

Buying tires online then stopping in to have them installed made mine a priority. I drove up, they had a welcome sign out, they took the car in immediately, and had the install done in 1/2 hour. They were polite to a fault and answered questions.

We took our BMW in because we had a flat and it was beyond repair. The guys that were working on the car accidentally busted one of our rims. I was pretty mad. Over the phone they said they were going to replace it and I just assumed I was going to have 1 different looking rim while the rest was the same but that wasn’t the case. They replaced all 4 rims free of charge. I was so amazing!!

Went in for tire pressure check. They noticed my tires had been put on backwards. They told me it was dangerous to drive in snow like that. Made an appointment and they switched them around for free even though it was not their mistake. They are are friendly and awesome. Thank you guys.

We blew out a tire on the highway the day after thanksgiving traveling to see family in Indiana. Threw the spare on and drove straight to Discount Tire. They were super busy, and we needed a new tire. They told us 2 hours but got it done in about 40 minutes. They were so helpful and I think sped up our service. After almost going back home we were able to finish our trip and have a good day. Excellent service!!!!

Fast and cheap. They were nice, professional, and were able to answer all the questions I had. I blew at 5:45 in the evening and the staff stayed till 7 oclock to help me out. That is dedication.
