We had an insurance claim on my daughters 2007 VW Jetta. Farmers suggested Abra saying they are their preferred vendor for auto body work. Curt at Abra told my daughter the car would be done in a week. My daughter drove by a couple times and the car wasnt outside, leading her to believe they were working on it. After a week, she called them, twice, to see how things were going. 4 hours later Curt called her back and said its gonna be a total loss, its between you and your adjustor now. We brought the car in in a condition where it could have been drivable (first picture) until I fixed it. Once we were settled on the claim, I called them and asked if they could park it outside with the keys locked in the car so we could pick it up. What we arrived to is the second picture, totally undrivable. I understand that they were not going to do any repairs, but the least they could have done is leave it for us in the same condition we dropped it off in. We are not impressed with their service, if you crash your car, dont go here. Poor communication, and theyll make sure your car is not operational if they end up not fixing it.

The painter did a flawless job and just really great work by everyone involved. Good communication throughout and they worked seamlessly with my insurance. My car was vandalized and they made it look better than before the damage happened. I hope Im not in a situation where I need their services again, but would definitely go back, and highly recommend.

I havent been back here since it was still Chrispells. Not due to not wanting too but because I live by another highly rated body shop. However ABRA is close to my work and due to scheduling issues decided to try them. Im happy I did! The experience was as I remembered and the quality of work on the paint less dent repair was better than expected. Will definitely keep them in mind again.
