Bought a brand new car from them, with a service contract and the service department refused to do it because they are not accepting new customers this is so ridiculous, never heard of a auto service center AT A DEALERSHIP refuse customers that bought vehicles from them. Do not bother going here! They clearly do not care about customers!! Update they did get me in after talking with the manager he was great

I have been a loyal service customer for 7 years. It’s discouraging when it takes a week to get an oil change appointment, then am given a quote of $64 for a 4 cylinder car. I asked Rod why the price was so much more and he said the price of gas directly impacts oil prices. Hmm, looked on the Elhart Hyundai service website and the oil change with 5 point inspection price was $29.99. Before my car was even moved, I walked back to let Rod know I wasn’t going to pay $64. His response, okay. When the car was done, Rod didn’t go over anything found in the “inspection” or any recommendations. Payment of $34.95 was all he said.I appreciate that Dave contacted me regarding this experience and listened to my concern, thank you.

BEWARE! I went to the store today to get one of the vehicles and the sales manager doesnt have any patience at all to talk with me. He keeps yelling at me while discussing the price. He kept going back and forth on the price. Im completely disappointed with the way they behaved when Im the dealership. I WOULD NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO BUY A VEHICLE.

Best sales person ever - Junior Delarosa. I will only ask for him when I want to lease or buy a vehicle. He goes above and beyond the call for his clients. He even delivered the car to me at work with a red carpet for me to walk on. What a guy!!!!

KC made my first new car buying experience great. He was very informative and answered all my questions very quickly, and without pushing for a sale.Service department waiting room is a pretty outdated and has some stains, but they offer snacks, coffee, tea, water, popcorn, and a basket of snacks.

Beware!! I had an issue with my car last year where the door would not open. I called on a Monday and no one answered I finally got a hold of someone on Thursday telling me to bring my car in on the following Tuesday. I explained I needed to take an emergency trip to the other side of the state and I would be over my mileage to have it covered by the warranty. She told me know problem. When I took it in nothing was covered. I will never deal with these liars again.

My car had a flashing check engine light. I contacted Elhart and they got it in right away to read the code. They also offered a loaner vehicle for me to use, if needed since I live in Grand Rapids and they are in Holland. I appreciated the timely communication.

When I go to have the car serviced I assume there will be a safe area to sit with all people following the rules. Signs coming in say it’s a rule to wear a mask. Signs also say “Be Nice”! Part of being nice is respecting other people. Customers as well as employees don’t think rules apply to them. Can’t breath with a mask then at least wear a shield. At least make an attempt to show you have some regard for other people. Disappointing.

First, I have to say I had a GREAT sales experience for my new Santa Fe last December. However, the service department has not met my expectations. The service manager did help solve a service error by giving me a free oil change and tire rotation- so I’m grateful for that. But I can’t understand why, if I call for an oil change appointment on Monday, it takes until Friday to get in? Other dealerships offer this service with no appointment needed.Also, the waiting area does not make me feel like a valued customer. Oh, and the note left in my car says I’m “worth a mint”. Haha, just kidding, I’m actually only worth a 2 cent candy mint. Cute pun. (Not.). Save the mints and clean your carpet and chairs.

Bought my last car from there and had a good experience so went back to buy another. Test drove two cars in the fixer upper lot. One had a leaky trunk so went home to sit on it. Inquired in an email a week later to Duane about if they would fix it I would purchase this week. He never bothered to respond. I totally understand if it’s a no just say it, as I would have proceeded to negotiate purchasing the other vehicle I was interested in. But if the salesperson can’t even be bothered to respond to inquiries that’s a no from me dawg. Edit from 2 to 3 stars as the manager of the fixer upper department did work on making things right but did end up purchasing a car elsewhere after waiting two days for an email that never came.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They explain things clearly and show you the problem as well if practicable. My Hyundai is over eight years old and I have never had anything go wrong with it. Have only had to do oil changes, tires, battery, etc.

Was treated respectfully and with urgency. All the staff was great and very helpful. Left with the car I wanted with a decent and manageable loan. The trade in value they give is a little low and you should be prepared for a battle of wit but all in all, I found a great deal. KC is the man to see at the Hyundai used dealership. He was very honest and upfront with any details I needed. He will go out of his way without hesitation to insure you are leaving 100% satisfied with your vehicle choice.

I took my older Hyundai here for recall work. I was very impressed by the courtesy of the staff. They made scheduling an opportunity instead of a challenge. When I checked in, I felt valued. My car was finished in less than the promised time.I wandered over to the new car sales area to look around. A staff person met me and we had a nice chat about cars. He completely understood I wasnt there to purchase a car and didnt try push the conversation there.I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car or for service work.

My wife and I were looking for a Hyundai to purchase, so we went in on a weekend and talk to Junior, our salesman. We gave him all of our information and they took the car and appraised it. I told Junior that we could not stay any longer and I asked him if he could text us payment information. It’s been over a week and he has never gotten back with me. Very disappointed!! We have already bought one Hyundai from a dealer in Indiana and I guess will have to go back there.

We have been dealing hear for years and now we will never go back. With no signatures they assumed we were buying a car ended our 2 year pre paid lease 2 months early and left us with no car. It has been over a month and no one wants to talk to us about this. And when someone finally did call they wanted us to rent the car we still had on lease. If you want to be screwed go here.

I had an amazing experience here. My long time vehicle decided to stop working so I was on the hunt. After much research I landed on two cars at Elhart Every salesman was willing to take the time to assist me in making my decision. Kevin Rozema was my direct salesman and I appreciate his patience, knowledge, and assistance in getting just the right car for me. He even dropped my car off to me at 7:30 at night WITH an all weather mat for the back and cover. Great experience. I highly recommend choosing Elhart the next time that you are on the car hunt.

I very much recommend Elhart Hyundai and Ben Marietta, in particular. Just had my first purchase experience with them and it was amazing. My father worked in car sales (and sales training) for over 30 years and I learned the ins and outs of the industry from him. Ben was absolutely fantastic. A no pressure guy who was willing to answer every question I had. He treated me more like a friend than a potential sale, which goes a LONG way with me. Went I to Elhart to pick up our vehicle today. Most of the work was done earlier in the week, all via phone calls. Super convenient for a work at home mom.Things were lined up super efficiently, and within three hours, we had received the vehicle that was needed for our family. CJ Craigmiles was on top of the game, with no lagging communication and handled our needs very professionally.Made it to the dealership, and was out within one full hour. So, I brought my 2017 Elantra in with 2 problems, both occurring recently but unrelated. One turned out to be the clips on the under pan had failed and ripped the under pan. The 2nd was that the car would stutter on a cold start.Turns out clips and an under pan are expensive and they wouldnt cover. That cost $429 for something that was supposed to be under warranty. I didnt hit anything...Too bad. I suspect they didnt secure the clips properly after an oil change.They cant replicate the stutter, so too bad, so sad. Put some additive in your oil. Buh bye!Seriously, the sale process was fine but the service and warranty part of this business is lacking bigtime.

Made an appointment for an oil change over the phone. I live almost 20 miles away from the dealership. When I got there they had no record of my appointment. Asked if they could fit me in and they said they couldnt. No alternative offered. Poor service practices.

Came by to checkout a Sante Fe and Tuscon. Walked around the lot for about 5 min. Went in and waited for about 10 min. No one addressed us, welcomed us, nothing. Everybody just sat at their desks on their computers. It is Monday at noon.
