Came here on a whim to get my tire patched after months of dealing with slowly losing air. They got me in quickly and put to the top of the priority list since I didnt have anyone to come get me while I waited. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff! I went back for an oil change later after such great service. I plan to get my new tires later this year from them as well. They earned a new consistent customer in me!

I have been taking my cars to this place for about 15 years. What I like best about tire choice is that I can trust them. I usually know whats needs to be done before I bring my vehicle in, and i have never caught them trying to scam or upsell me. Their rates are about average for the area, but you save money in the long run because they dont try to scam you.

The talk on the neighborhood groups is Mill Run has too many tire shops, but my experience with Tire Choice was fantastic, I’m glad they moved in. Our previous choice for car service in Mill Run wanted to charge $130 to find out why the check engine light was on in my Odyssey. Tire Choice did it for free, after which we agreed to a tune up that has the van running better than it has in years. The staff was friendly, accommodating and showed true concern for my vehicle. Dropped my car off to Tire Choice for them to diagnose a wheel alignment problem, fix the problem, correct the alignment and get 2 new rear tires.Within 20 minutes Herb and his workers had the problem diagnosed. I had a good idea ahead of time as to what the issue was, I just didnt have the equipment to do the fix & alignment myself. The price quote to fix everything was lower than I expected and Herb didnt try to sell me anything that was unnecessary. This means this shop is dependable and honest. They had all the parts needed in stock and their parts were less expensive than what I could find online if I had tried to fix it myself. From the time I dropped off the car to the time it was ready to be picked up was 2 hours, very fast and very professional. Herb also gave me a print out of the alignment results and explained the results, which I greatly appreciated for understanding how the alignment machine works.Everything about my experience with Tire Choice Auto Service Center on Fishinger Blvd was excellent.

Herb, the store manager took care of me replacing my tires in July, which was a great experience & a good deal! Now he is getting me in and out while getting an oil change. He listened and checked my tires, for one has been loosing air every couple weeks. He told me what we could do to try to fix it. He also relayed to me I need to look into getting rear brake pads & rotors. They definitely want me to be safe on the road. Thanks for taking care of me!

Even thought it was getting near closing time on a Saturday, they were able to fit me in and get my rear brake pads done. The price for the job was exactly in line with what I had researched on the internet so there was no overcharging. This is a good solid place to go for auto service.

Went in for a Tire Rotation and to have a nail removed and patched. Shop was empty - no cars. Technicians looked disturbed that I pulled up and interrupted their smoke break. Purchased tires from Mr. Tire, which was acquired by Tire Choice. They couldnt find me in their system but reluctantly agreed to honoring the lifetime tire repair and rotation warranty Mr. Tire offered. Service was complete within the timeframe they estimated but 4 days later, discovered that they never repaired the tire. Found my tire with 10 psi in it sitting in my driveway. After reinflation my tire, I took my truck back and showed them a picture of the nail from 4 days ago to prove it was the same nail in the exact same spot. Their response was that its not a big deal because I didnt pay for it. 3 hours of my time wasted is worth more than what it would have cost to have the tire repaired properly and been charged for it. I apologize for interrupting a smoke break but please actually complete the service being requested instead of just doing half of it so you can get back to break time.

Ridiculously overpriced. Came in for a quote on a basic tune-up. They quoted over 1k for 200$ of parts and 30min of labor. This place is a complete ripoff, avoid at all costs.

Tire Choice in Hilliard is the BEST auto service center in Central Columbus. We have taken both our Altima and Escape to them many times and have been so pleased with our service. They have done everything from tire replacement to repairs for us. They are super honest and transparent here. They will never charge you for something that doesnt need fixed. Best service in town! We took our Ford Escape in to Herb after being told we needed $800 worth of work at a Ford Dealership which ended up not even being the issue. We walked out of Tire Choice with an honest diagnosis of our issue and it was repaired for a very fair and reasonable price. This is the only repair shop we trust in town and I cant recommend it enough!

Was very happy to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my car the same day I called. Herb was great to work me in later in the day. I like this Monroe Center and have used this location since I moved to Hilliard. I like that they do the inspection of your car and list things that will need fixed but no pressure to have it done right away unless it’s critical. I will always use this location friendly and fast.

I highly recommend this Monro (Tire Choice) center. The manager Herb is is so kind and truly cares about you as a consumer. They have done repairs and replaced tires on both our Escape and Altima. Our cars left the shop in excellent shape and I can tell the quality of the repair was of the highest quality. They are also very reasonable priced which beat the dealership by over 10%!

Had 2 new tires put on a work van because they were getting pretty worn out. The service was so great! Dustin took his time to explain why the tires were getting worn down like they were. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood. I didnt have an appointment but I was guaranteed a job well done that same day. This is the second time Ive visited this Monroe Brakes. They were fantastic both times. This past visit, I needed to wait for my car in the office with my 3 yr old. I was prepared for a rough couple of hours. Instead the man in the office changed the TV immediately to PBS Kids, and my car was finished in 40 mins. On top of it all the work was affordable. Ill definitely be back.*****UPDATE***** I did go back and they were fantastic again! Not only did their mechanic stay late to make sure my husbands car was finished before he needed it for work on Monday but today they looked at my van immediately without an appointment. I honestly wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I went in for an oil change not too long ago and I was well pleased. Today, 2/15/2020, I went in for a Coolant Change and then also got the vans serpatine belts and pulleys changed. They are very professional and curtious there. They care about your time as well. Angel has always been very kind and helpful and explains all the details thoroughly to me. The mechanic was awesome as well. I didnt catch his name though. I highly recommend going here.

The technician working on my car seemed not to know what exactly he was doing and had to frequently seek help from other technicians on how to do things. This was obviously not a good, secure feeling for me to observe. Not sure whether the technician was a rookie or new to the job. I’ve been worried since, not knowing if he tightened the oil pan drain bolt or the oil filter. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best!

Over the past couple years I have been to Monro on Fishinger Blvd several times having my cars serviced. Never been disappointed. Tom and his crew are 1st class. Great people to work with. They stand by their work which has been excellent. They have great attitude about customer service and support. You won’t be disappointed by giving them an opportunity to service your vehicle.

Took my corvette in, was initially nervous about taking my new car there for an oil change rather than the dealership. But they did a great job! They got me in and out quickly and the peces are very reasonable. Friendly staff aswell, would recommend 10/10
