Just left but felt so compelled to write a review right away! I was in desperate need of 4 new tires and especially before winter came. I called around to a lot of local shops and dealerships. Every other place I called wanted to know my tire size and being a woman, I honestly wasn’t sure of where to get that info. When I called Richey, they were SO helpful, friendly, and gladly looked up my tire size for me. They also were able to get me in within just a few short days! It was an easy decision to chose them to service my car! We also were curious about getting LED lights in place of the halogen headlights. The guy who helped us was SO helpful as well. He called around to see if anyone local offered the correct size bulbs we needed. Unfortunately no one did but he found them online and we will be ordering them to have Richey install! Really beyond impressed with the quality of work, service, and overall experience! 10/10

Cellphone mount jarred loose while at Richey. I found no easy remedy to the issue, i.e. retried suction clamp a few times, and still super loose.Went back to Richey. They checked the mount. Said it appeared to be some adhesive. (OK, and ...?)He said they dont work on such things. I think he meant they just do car repair and wouldnt touch the dash.Fair enough. But I explained there was no issue with the mount before the repair.I know its tough to be in the service industry. What to do?I already felt the repair bill was steep based on a comparable repair elsewhere in the recent past. Sometimes we make trade-offs.But I didnt factor in the cost of a repair to a phone mount. Even if they offered to fully replace, it would only be 6.23 percent of the cost I paid for the repair.Maybe a 2 or 3 percent discount with an apology, instead? How about 1 percent? Anything?But no offer was expressed at all regarding some mutual reconciliation. (Its my car but it was in their possession.) And no apology.I know its a tough situation to be in with a customer. Maybe ascribe the non response to nerves or surprise or inexperience? I dont know.Whatever the reason, I have a new repair for me to fix - 100 percent.First time at Richey. Do I ascribe the mount failure to Richey, or a spontaneous random failure during those few days when the car was in Richeys possession?Was it the tow truck driver? He would have hardly been in the car but its possible. When he put the key in the ignition before towing it off he didnt get into the car fully. Just seems unlikely. But maybe.Its hard to know for sure. But which explanation makes the most sense?As much as I want to be fair, I also want to be honest. You want to hear how I feel about my experience? I am not happy with the way this was handled.

Such an awesome crew. Been doing a decent amount of upkeep myself but haven’t been able to figure out a problem that was clearly leading to new problems. Took it in and they had it fixed and figured out in a hour and went ahead and fixed something else as well for me that I’ve just been dealing with. Couldn’t be happier, wasn’t expensive either. Taking it back in on Wednesday to get back rotors done because they treated me so well. Im not a rich man by far lol and they took great care of me for a great price. Much appreciated.

Nice local place for basic repairs and maintenance. I had all 4 of my brake rotors and pads replaced for a good price. They beat my Jeep dealership by $200. There was a slight issue with left front brake making some noise so I brought it back in and they corrected it in 15 minutes. I would return for future needs and recommend this shop to others.

I brought my vehicle in today to get an oil change and told him that I didnt need it back at any specific time. Travis went above and beyond to get my oil changed within 2 hours of me dropping it all even with a multi-point inspection and a tire rotation because I bought my tires there. He also went ahead and check the balance on my tires and when I went out after I had paid for my service there was a nice little air freshener in the car for me what a nice touch like a mint on a pillow at a fancy hotel the boys went above and beyond for me thank you I appreciate it

Had an oil leak fixed, required a new part. After the visit, still had a leak. Made another appointment and they replaced the defective part, cleaned up the engine, and replaced all the lost oil for no cost - didnt need to keep them honest, they just were. Also all done in a timely manner around my schedule.

Had 2 amazon tires put on my Chevy. Staff was very friendly and didnt try to sell or pressure me for anything else. This will now be my shop of choice. A little friendliness goes a long way. Thank you Travis for all your help. Will be back to install my other 2 tires.

They were not able to get me in Saturday for my oil change; it was fairly late in the day. Instead, they were super helpful in assisting me with getting an appointment after work this week. When I got there today, service was quick & painless. The lobby is also clean & well kept. I would recommend this place to all of my friends & return here myself for all of my future needs.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT ACCURATE ANYMORE: They found the problem the very next day and fix it the same day! Also, they gave me a discount that saved me some money. One of the best auto repair shops I’ve been to.Update: I actually thought that after the first time (car overheating), I wouldnt have to return to deal with the same problem. I went back a second time because the car kept overheating. This time they tell me it is some plastic part that connects the radiator that was broken, so they had to replace it. Mind that during this time, the A/C started failing too. I just hadnt fully noticed until after the second visit. The heat was blowing cold for some reason... and both the A/C and heat were working fine right before they replaced the radiator during the first visit. Anyways, during the second visit they replaced this part that was broken (only 2 weeks after they replaced the radiator. The car worked well these days up until that 13th day when it began overheating again). I take it back a third time because this time now that A/C isnt blowing cold. The heat is hot and the A/C is hot too. They tell me that they would fix it because it could have been the condensor, so they checked everything and add seals, etc... but the condensor was fine. They tell me that the compressor is the problem. It needs to be replaced and that it has nothing to do with the work theyve done on the car. But out of courtesy, theyd only charge for the part (btw, I requested quotes from different auto part shops and it was $250 for the compressor, initially I was told by them itd be $500, then they tell me its because they charge $150 to recharge the A/C. Well, even then it still isnt $500, so yeah, youre charging at least $100 for labor).I feel disappointed and like an idiot, to be honest, as theyve taken me for a fool, justifying it on the car being old (2008), but if the a/c was working right before I took it for the first time to your shop, theres no way, quoting, this was coincidental.At the end, I came with one problem and left with another one, so I dont think Id recommend this shop to others.

Went here for the first time yesterday to get tires put on and balanced. The staff was inviting, the store was clean, and the price was extremely competitive. This is a great local establishment. I was in need of car maintenance while traveling through the area and they took great care of me. In fact, they discovered my tire lug nuts were swollen and needed to be replaced but recommended the ways I could do it myself to save a good amount of money. Integrity still exists in the auto world!

Fantastic people at this shop. Brandon goes above and beyond to help. They know their products and business. They even fill out rebate forms for you and hand them to you with the documentation in an envelope so all you have to do is put on a stamp and mail it. I have another Goodyear dealer 5 minutes from my house but I drive 35 minutes to Richey Tire.

We just took our car here to get an oil leak fixed. Immediately upon getting it back we noticed the leak to be the same. Upon contacting them we were told that it would be covered if it was leaking from the same place. Well of course it was magically now leaking from a different place. Clearly either the original leak was misdiagnosed and I paid to fix something that didnt need fixing or they do not want to take responsibility for not fixing the leak. Highly disappointing that a business expects a customer to pay for something to be fixed that did not get fixed. 1 star rating for the complete lack of responsibility that they are willing to take for services rendered.

This evening ~6:30 pm I had low tire pressure and noticed that I had a nail in my left rear tire. I got my car to Richey Tire @ ~6:40 pm (and they close at 7:00 pm). Instead of making me wait until the morning, they got my car in before closing, plugged the tire, and got me on my way by around 7:00 pm. Excellent customer service and I did not have to change my next day schedule. I recognize this was a pretty easy repair but getting me in on the spot without an appointment at this time of the day was very much appreciated.

Took my car here because I thought my wheel barring was bad. I dropped it off a day before my appointment and they called the next day saying they had already looked at it and fixed the problem (just loose lug nuts). They didnt charge me a dime and they made sure my all wheel barrings were in good shape. So basically they finished my car before my appointment even started and didnt charge me whatsoever, and I was even a first time customer. I will definitively be using this place in the future, the staff is extremely friendly, I highly recommend them!

NEVER CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! CANNOT FIX THE PROBLEM AT ALL BUT CHARGE MUCH MORE THAN THE PRICE OF BRAND NAME DEALERSHIP. NEED SECOND OPINION AND REFUSE ANY PART OF REFUND. I WONT GO THERE FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN, AND I WONT SUGGEST ANY OTHERS GO THERE FOR AUTO REPAIR.Two weeks ago, my car gets a problem of not starting up. They made a diagnosis that Crankshaft position sensor and Camshaft position sensor need to be replaced with $764.35 expenses. After the two sensors got replaced, the car only worked well in two days, then car become hard to start for two days, and finally the car cannot be started at all on the fifth day of finishing the repair. I went back to them for checking the same problem again, they updated that the problem is due to fuel pump and it takes more than $900 to change the fuel pump to solve the problem.At the same time, I called the brand name dealership to get the cost of changing fuel pump at $600-800 totally. Also, I checked with the brand name dealership with the total cost of changing Crankshaft position sensor and Camshaft position sensor at $193.50 and $230, separately.I decided to go to other repair store for the second opinion and request a refund of the around $100 diagnostic fee. However, they refused to refund any of the fee and stressed they has already waived the second time diagnostic fee for me, which is the best they can do.They dont pay more attentions on customer satisfaction but the money they have gotten from customer. I truly dont think it is a long-term way to do a good business!!!

After contacting two other service shops who couldnt get me in to fix a wheel issue that day, Richey Goodyear told me to bring it over right away and was was able to fix it the same day. They also were able to work with me on the price. I definitely recommend calling them when the need arises!

Ive been taking my car here since they opened and have always been happy. The service is great. They have never tried to talk me into anything I dont need. For instance, I was sure I needed new brakes because mine were noisy but when I took it in they said they were just dirty and cleaned them off for me for just a few bucks. I was told by AAA when my battery died that I needed new connectors and it was a bit too expensive for me to handle at the time. So they cleaned mine off and cranked them down for me instead for a fraction of the cost. Plus, I should mention Im a girl so its nice that they have never tried to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge.

I went in on Friday night to see if they could work on my car on Saturday. So I took my 2004 Volvo S60 2.5T in for a timing belt service. They were able to get the job done and for considerably less than the dealership could. Im happy with the service I received.

I go here for everything! An oil change or when my service light comes up and Im not sure whats wrong. All the times Ive gone in everyone is so polite and professional. My car is always done in a timely manner depending on if Im getting just an oil change or they find a problem thats wrong with my car and needs fixed. 5 stars!

These guys went above and beyond for me. Gave me a discount on tires, discount on oil change, my break fluid was low and they filled it up for me for free. There was other stuff wrong, that I knew about but didn’t tell them, and they told me what was wrong without trying to upsell. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

They dont want to be bothered with oil changes. Sales rep literally said I should go to Valvoline for my oil changes. So I will.Update: I had an appointment for 10am. I told them at the time I was making appointments I would need it done by 1 for a tire rotation and oil change. When I called at 1 the werent ready said they needed 45 more min. When I get the car at 1:30 I ask about the same type appointment I had already made for my wifes car tomorrow. Would it be done on tiime.thats when the rep said they are busy everyday. I said Im flexible, let me know a day you can do what I need and make to be done by 1pm. He then said we are busy everyday, and I should go to Valvoline. No misunderstanding there. Thats what he said. Then on top of that they did the multi point inspection and didnt notice that they had left my trunk open. The orange light in the dash was the 1st thing I saw. How do you not check to see if the light on because it may be open. For needing 3.5 hours to get this appointment made oil change done is sad to say the least. This was my 2nd oil change w you. The 1st was my wifes car that is now missing a lug stud because one of your extra careful techs didnt screw all the way in if at all. I will not be back to let you mess something else up.

Worst service ever! I took my 2006 Lexus GX 470 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I get home and within 30 minutes if that of me being home I have a flat. Not a slow leak, a flat to the point of the rim was touching the ground. I live a mile from there and drove from Good Year to my house. There was nothing wrong with any of my tires when I took my SUV there. I called and they were very nice at first and sent someone the next day to pick up the tire. I had to pay someone to come put my spare on since my SUV was stuck in my garage and I had to pick my child up. They call me the next day and now all of a sudden its a bad tire. I asked them while I was there to check the back rear passenger tire since my sensor came on and they checked the back driver tire. I was looking out in the garage and advised the guy at the desk they were checking the wrong tire. But they told me everything was fine with both tires, so Im not sure how overnight it all of a sudden a bad tire. I asked them if they could bring my tire/rim back and they said yes, never showed up and never heard from them. Called again a week later and asked again, once again said yes, never showed up and never heard from them. A month later I went and picked up my tire myself and they wouldnt even take 2 minutes and put it where my spare goes. Gotta love putting a dirty tire/rim in the back of my SUV when I have cream interior! So now Im out a tire that was not even a year old and its sitting in my garage because the people there are to lazy to do anything right. Not to mention, I was told this oil change and tire rotation would take 45 minutes since I had an appointment scheduled and I sat there for 2 hours. Complete waste of money and waste of time. Dont take your car there unless you want to leave with something else wrong! Or be left stuck like I was!

My car died on the road the same day they did an oil change. A issue I never experienced before. Before this, I got my oil changed and the employee was talking with his friends, who didnt work there, after the job was finished and after ten minutes I had to interrupt them and ask for my keys. I know it was finished because they took it out of the shop immediately and I watched them change the oil. After my car died I havent gone back there since. They wanted $35-45 dollars for labor to replace a brake housing, a ten minute job. No thanks. They have tons of younger people running around who dont have the experience of a professional mechanic. When they did a tire alignment for me an employee told me one of my tires is under inflated but the others are okay. I did some research and in fact the one they said was under inflated was at the manufactures recommended PSI and the three others were actually significantly over inflated. The kid at the desk tried pitching me a wheel fix and said the wheels were not completely rounded, thus they are not truly rolling. Like Ill believe that real expert advice after telling me the issue with my tires is 100% the opposite of the truth. Do NOT take your car there. Avoid the corporate companies like Jiffylube, Good Year, and find a local honest mechanic. Corporate places rely on their brand more than experience and hire people who can do sales pitches better than actually performing the work you pay for. The place is a joke

I hadto give 1 in order to leave review. I own a car dealership close to them. I talked to Travis about sending all my cars there for inspections and repairs. So on my very first attempt it was a huge mistake. I took in a jeep compass for some front end noise. After they inspected it , they called me with an estimate. After we agreed on a price , they began work. A short time later they called and added another repair to estimate for an unseen issue. I granted approval for that repair. All along i told them this was a vehicle that i sold and promised my customer i would fix. So AFTER i paid over $600 c he handed me the key . I then called my customer and told them that car was ready. After my customer got home i received a call that there was still an issue and the steering wheel was not aligned properly , which an alignment was an item i paid to have done. So my customer , whom i value alot , was very upset and got told that i declined some repairs. That statement was untrue since i knew it was sold and needed to be right. So MY customer took it to NTB where it was discovered that the items i paid for were broken and work i paid for wasnt done properly. So now i am refunding my customer some of the money they paid to have Goodyears horrible work fixed. I was hoping for a positive relationship with a local shop for all my repairs . I grew up with my father using Goodyear alll the time. It saddens me to not only sever my ties with Goodyear but to see a good childhood name like Goodyear getting destroyed. I am very upset. Avoid this happening to you , PLEASE !

After 5 years having my vehicles serviced here, I have had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere. There have been a few instances where I have had an issue with their repairs (usually involving them fixing one problem, and suddenly another pops up immediately following). However, the final straw was when they charged my 19 year old son $350 to repair a hose in the cooling system only to have it blow a head gasket 50 miles later (on the highway no less). Claiming that they did all of the appropriate diagnostic and pressure tests before and after the repair, I hardly call this a coincidence. I believe Tyler, Travis and their team either over-looked something or took advantage of a young kid with $350 to repair a car and not $3000 it would take for the major fix. I actually went into the shop to speak with them personally, and their stance was we cant anticipate what is going to happen to a vehicle at any time and per Tyler, Im in the business to make money, if I saw something wrong else wrong with the car, I would tell you (so comforting). All I know is, with 7 sons who *all* have cars, Richeys has lost our business. For a Mom-owned business being run by her sons, and a regular customer, I expected to be treated more fairly. Shameful.

I went to get my ignition repaired and they broke my air vent and CD eject button and told me that they were not sure that they did the damage. It was not that way when I dropped it off. They gave me a free oil change and sent me on my way. I asked the mechanic a question about my car and he ignored me and said that he hated working on my make of car. I would highly reconsider having any work on your car done there.

Paid $122 to have a headlight changed and to have signal light checked for a short and was told it had been corrected. Half way home my signal light stopped working. I had to fix it myself and ended up going to a parts store for another bulb. Cashier sent ME next dr to purchase a bulb while my car was n their shop. I glanced thru the wdw at one pt. No one was working on my vehicle. They were standing around talking. When they saw me, they got bk to work. When I called abt my signal light not working, I was told the guy that fixed it just left. So, obviously no one else in the shop knew how to repair a signal light malfunction. I would not go bk there.
