They are so nice, until its time to pay! They tell you that theyre doing all these favors for you so your price can go down. However thats not true. I went in for an oil change, the gentleman follows up saying that my oil doesnt actually need to be changed. And that he will do a free engine testing. He finds out a coil needed to be fixed! After calling my car lot they were not able to get my car in so I went ahead with the service to make sure that I could get it done, at the time of checkout I attempted to use the coupon. The gentleman tells me well if I use your coupons and Im charging you for the oil change and the check your engine! It was a $10 coupon. Unfortunately were in a pandemic and everyone can afford to just dropped $200 on a random car trouble. Not allowing me to use a coupon because you gave me something supposedly for free is terrible customer service. I will be reporting this everywhere. Will completely avoid this Midas.

I was drawn in to using Midas for my pre-vacation service from their ad on TV indicating free tire rotation with oil change. I made an appointment for today(6/11) at the 4-6 PM window and arrived by 4:30. They got me in within 30-minutes, so alls good so far. When I got up to the window looking into the service are, I noticed the tech entering my vehicle with something in his hand. I had placed the wheel lock key inside and motioned to him that I thought that was what he was after. He came into the waiting area and explained that he had ALREADY ROTATED the tires and was putting the key back into its package. Again, still doing ok at this point, indicating that all he had to do was add the oil and hed be done.It had started raining pretty good at this time, so I headed home after stopping at Wal-Mart. When I got home I did a walk around my car and noticed that the Right Front tire STILL had the same tire/rim as when I took it in. I know this because THAT tire/rim was the ONLY one that didnt have a tire valve cap on it. By this time it was too late to go back there to confront them regarding the mattter. I have other plans for tomorrow, and theyre closed Sunday, so now I am pressed to get there before Thursday the 17th. Im disappointed that it appears that I was lied to about this.

Conveniently located next to Rooster’s and Scramblers so you can grab a bite to eat while you wait on your car repairs. These guys do good quality work and try to help you get back on the road fast. They address all of your automotive needs at once and have financing options available if you are on a budget. This is the best Midas in the COLUMBUS area. Highly recommended.

I had scheduled an appointment online to get an oil change. The website only gave me the option of a 2 hour window between 3 and 5, so I chose that. Had I been given the option of a specific time to come, I would have chosen so. The email confirmation did not say I had to be there at a specific time either. I show up close to 5 for my oil change and the manager, Sam, proceeds to tell me that because I was there closer to 2 hours that he has 2 hours to get the car back to me and next time I should just call in and schedule an appointment. That didnt sit well with me and felt that was very rude and unprofessional. He gave off the impression as if he was going to hold on to my car for 2 hours just because I didnt come at 3, even though the email did not specify that. I opted not to even get an oil change at that location because of the experience. If I went to a restaurant and was running 10 minutes late to my reservation, the waiter isnt going to tell me they can be 10 minutes slower getting my food. There was no need for the manager to say that. He should have just took my keys without those remarks. If I even go to Midas again itll definitely be the one in Powell. I received superb service and the manager there went above and beyond to take care of me. Maybe you should send Sam up there to retrain with him.

This Midas is operated by a really nice, honest group of guys. I have been there 3 times now and always have a pleasant experience with the manager and crew. I even drive 30 mins out of my way anytime one of my vans need a repair. They went above and beyond today when I needed some bolts removed. They were really a pain to get off and my appreciation extends to the crew. Thanks for your service.

I had some problems with my cooling level and was out of town visiting. When calling other shops they said they had to order parts before even seeing the issue. However, Midas workers nick, Sam, and josh jumped in and helped like no other shop! Not understanding much about cars, these amazing gentlemen all explained everything in a way I would understand and fixed my car to get me on my way home! Without a doubt I would go to Midas on Nike Station for absolutely anything and everything. All of the workers were honest and you could tell they cared! Overall great experience. The guys here are absolutely awesome! I needed my front and back axel brakes done, really bad. It was going to be almost 1k for both of them to get fix, but they worked with me and got me over $100 off just so Id be more comfortable doing it. I usually just go to them for oil changes, but theyre seriously so amazing;

I visited here probably beginning of March. I had a busted brake line and had been calling around all over Hilliard and Columbus to find the best price. Midas was my pick out of the 20 calls I made. Sam the manager at this location was super helpful and even gave me a deal after he had took the time to walk through everything that was wrong with my car that I had just received due to a family member passing. The service at this location is amazing. The people are nice and just all around helpful. Glad that I picked this Midas! Will be returning in the future!!!!

The guys at Midas are awesome! I was in and out for an oil change in less than 30 minutes. Jackie one of the managers was very knowledgeable and told me I needed new tires soon and I really appreciated that! He was so kind and personable. Sam was also very nice! You can tell these people really care about their customers!

Midas called to let me know that the company who previously fixed my brakes didnt actually fix them and they it was dangerous for me to be driving as I was. They fixed my brakes and I picked my car in just A few short hours. They were friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job !

It been years but I got stuck here when my alternator went out. There’s nothing worse than knowing you’re paying triple the price for the part and not being able to drive to the next place. The owner was sitter there the whole time telling me he makes six figures and never went to college. Congratulations buddy but clearly you make your money ripping people off. Anyways I pay for it glad to be done with the whole thing, then a week later my alternator goes out stranding my on the side of the road up near Cleveland. They had evidently put in the wrong alternator. Went to the nearest Midas and they put in the right one. I’ve been telling everyone I know to never go here ever since.

Love working with the MIDAS team in Hilliard. Ive taken in a few of my vehicles and Ive never been disappointed by the teams initiatives to help solve my problems, whether its simple oil changes or fixing more advanced issues. For example I had an older sports car and the team helped me diagnose and resolve several issues, most of them being more technical than Im comfortable tackling myself and I felt that the quality of work, commitment to service, and prices were perfectly fair considering some of the requests Ive brought this location. Thanks for always being helpful!

Hands down the best car place I’ve ever dealt with. Sam is an absolute charm but overall the gentlemen here have ALWAYS been extremely courteous and honest. Any vehicle I have brought here has always been taken care of efficiently and effectively.

Absolutely loved the service here! Nate was excellent with scheduling my appointment and confirming. Also, had my car in there for a tire rotation and they ended up diagnosing what was actually causing the misalignment. Didnt even charge me for the alignment. Wonderful. Wonderful. Wonderful!

We came in for an alinement, they spotted other issues. We checked a few other repair shops to be sure. Not only were they correct about the repairs, but the price was they value.

Had what I assumed to be a hole in my muffler. Turned out to be a more costly issue. Instead of quoting and charging me for unnecessary work that would help their bottom line, they provided me information and recommendations that best suited my needs. They deserve all 5 stars for their honesty and integrity.

It seems like a common problem where they try to over charge people and take advantage of people who dont know much about cars.Got my oil changed here, which was fine but then they wanted to add over 1,000 dollars in repairs. They said I needed an additional 4 repairs when only 1 was necessary.

This is my first experience with Midas and they made it terrific! From calling to set up an appointment (spoke with Sam), to receiving a call about what repair was needed (Ben), from receiving a follow up call once the repair was complete (Scott), from picking my car up (Colin), all these guys were kind, sweet, professional, and explained the process to me the each step of the way. The repair cost exactly what they said it would and not a penny more. Being a female, its very important that I have someone to trust when repairing my car. I had an issue while out of town. I hit an object in the road. Took the car to Midas for an inspection. They walked me to the car on the rack and showed me there were no issues. There was no charge for service. I would recommend them for service

Mechanics and dentists... nobody likes to go to either one but if you need one its great to know you have a reliable place to go. I have had a very good experience here so far. They are very professional. This is the first mechanic that has done work on my car that I didnt have to bring it back several days later. I believe these guys to be honest and quality workers. They always seem detailed and they have always shown me the work that needs to be done and clearly state the options, estimated time and cost before asking me for a decision. They have also inspected my car free of charge. They actually take the time to answer questions and are very respectful. (I had to throw in a little sarcasm... i have had so many bad experiences at other places) Keep up the good work

Fraudulent location! Went in for a routine oil change and asked if they could check out a rattling noise coming from suspension. They came back with a +$3,500 estimate. Took the vehicle to a reliable mechanic I know and was informed that I didn’t need half the work and was lied to about the part prices and source it had to come from. Got only the work I needed done for a fraction of the cost and have been driving the vehicle no problems for the past month. Their bs smiles and supposed friendless is just deceit and manipulation. You will see what I’m talking about when you speak with the guy who works the desk named “Sam”. Will never bring in a vehicle to this Midas location again.

Showed up for oil change after scheduling online. Was told scheduler shouldn’t have let me schedule, and that the coupon which has their address on it isn’t valid at that location. Literally admitted that it was false advertising, but still wouldn’t honor it. Delete the website if nothing on it is accurate. Laughable.

I recently used Midas to replace wheel bearings on my Infiniti and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience! I’ve always been a Firestone customer for general service but I am adamant about using OEM replacement parts which they don’t allow. I had a good relationship with a friend/mechanic at Firestone who had to sneak me in under the table to do this type of service but he retired and the Firestone owner treated me like a total jerk after I called for a recent opinion about a friend’s vehicle. I ended up asking a friend in my “car guy circle” for a referral to a shop I could trust with reasonable labor costs and he told me to call Sam at Midas. From the moment I called, I could tell they were happy to earn my business rather than fight me over what parts I wanted to use. After my service, I got to speak with the actual mechanic who worked on my vehicle and he was great as well. Needless to say, I will be back with both of my vehicles and refer my family/friends to them as well.

Spent half my day at this location but also had a lot of work done. Jeremy and the technicians were awesome. Very knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. Its your typical prices at a big chain but the quality of work and the honesty from the staff was worth it.

Excellent service! Stopped by without an appointment for an oil change, said it would be 2-4 hours before they became super busy. They were able to get me in and out in about 1.5 hours and made me feel very welcomed

Ive used this shop for years for oil changes, tires and light mechanic work, and these guys have always taken good care of me. Today was no exception. What would have cost me $400, cost me nothing. My problem was fixed by a new crush washer. These guys rock and I am grateful for them.

Got out of van an noticed coolant leaking from van. Ronnie from S&D towing recommend to take vehicle to Midas. They tested it, and found it was a lose clamp on the hose. Thanks Randy and Chuck for your great care and concern despite being quite busy. Highly recommendable place!

Good quality repairs but believe their labor rates are higher than their competition.

In general, I try to avoid Midas and other auto shops like it. A.) Youre not just paying for their service, youre also paying for their advertising so it is more expensive. B.) They dont need your business and they know it. There are always other schmucks willing to pay for services they dont need.But, I had gone there to get a problem fixed that only occurred after a cold start. They called to let me know that I needed a tune-up, which I declined. (I just had one done less than 4 months earlier at another Midas location. This was an obvious attempt to get more money out of me.) They fixed the problem within a day but charged me 3 hours of labor for basically plugging in a diagnostic machine (5 minutes) and a basic service (would take no longer than an hour for any other mechanic). When I picked up my car they said it had been started up several times and was fine. (Yeah, it was fine when I started it over and over too. I had said a COLD start.) Within 8 hours the same problem was occurring, but more frequently. I dropped my car off again late at night, utilizing the Early Drop Off Box. By 3pm the next day I still had not received a call from them so I called in for an update. I was told Were still trying to figure out whats wrong with it. Were a man down today. (Still trying to figure out whats wrong with it implies, to me at least, that work had been done on it. I was dropped off at the location at 6:15 and my car was in the exact same spot it had been the night before. When I asked for an update, it became apparent that no work had been done on my car at all. I understand that they were a man down, but my car sat there for 10 hours while others were being serviced. This goes beyond just having a man down because I was told work had started to be done on it. I took my untouched key and walked out. I will never go back to a Midas again.

Poor quality of service, highly inflated repair estimates and arrogant staff. Maybe they should lose some customers to understand the value of good customer service. They already lost me for sure.Anyone reading this review, take my advise - go somewhere else.- They charge a bomb by giving you highly inflated estimates.- Highlight 1 yr warranty on the repair but if you go back (I went back to them almost immediately after noticing my issue not fixed) they offer no help at all. No courtesy or consideration. We got our money, now its your problem. Seriously?- I went to another Midas auto service station at a different location post my repair to get my car checked again and they confirmed it still had the original issue. What a mockery!! After spending over $500, the same chain now gives me another estimate of $400 to fix the same problem again. Take a bow Midas !!- When you call their corporate number or the district manager number to seek help, no one picks up the call. Its an eyewash.negative 5 rating from my side.

I took my van in to make sure it was ready to take on a long trip. Jeremy and the crew looked at it completely and gave me their findings on what it needed to safely make the trip. I decided on buying another vehicle and asked them how much I owed and Jeremy told me there would be no charge. Wow! Who does that? Midas does!

The associates were nice but the full job I had intended them to do, they did only half ,which was the half I couldve done myself with a couple hours of my day. I was thus charged $200 (2 hours) for a single bolt replacement that took an amateur like myself 45-60 minutes to complete. I would suggest finding a better bang for your buck mechanic.

Nervous i immediately headed here. They helped me RIGHT AWAY!! I think it was the manager Jeremy was so helpful, looked at my car right away, very knowledgeable, great people here! I also had mentioned I was headed back to school and didn’t have a ton of time but still was a little flexible and thankfully they were able to accommodate insanely well and I still made it back on time for class! Can’t thank them enough!On the plus side as well ladies the manager was pretty cute too! (:

Worst place I have ever been to. They saw me quickly, as I had an appointment, but then it took over an hour to do a simple oil change, then the tech used the wrong filter, so it had to be redone by another tech. I leave and my car is having trouble shifting, I take it back and they cant find anything wrong with it. Mind you it is an automatic and it was running fine when I brought it into them. I took it to the dealership where I was told that my transmission was 4 quarts low, basically empty, and that the oil change tech drained my trans fluid not the oil. When I contacted Midas, they simply refused to accept that they drained the wrong fluid, the manager said they didnt drain the trans fluid, but he didnt work on the car. I went back and got a refund and the tech that worked on my car was no where to be found. Maybe they found out what he did and fired him so they would no longer be liable. They offered my no explanation as to how my car ran fine before the oil change and after it would not shift. Currently it is sitting at the dealership being looked at because not having transmission fluid in it did a lot of damage and they are trying to figure out what is wrong so that it can be addressed. I will never go here again, and because I did I am out of a car for the next week at least and Im looking at a large bill to fix or replace my transmission biased on what they find. I would not go here if you paid me. The manager was fine until there was a problem, then he acted like there was nothing he could do and it was not the shops fault, come on, how could it not be? Explain how the transmission could be that low all of a sudden and not shift well?Dont GO HERE!!!!! BE WARNED!

I wish I can give 0 stars review to this business.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THEREI SAW SIMILAR PEOPLE WITH THIS EXPERIENCEthis business provided a false offer that they used to trap me in for the service, then worked on my car with out my permission then forced me to pay.my complaint contains 2 parts:1. business provided an offer for a service ( oil change, alignment ) for $106 to match with other business offer and upon my agreement I left my car in their shop to be worked on. then after 3 hours I received a voice mail message from the business mentioning that they want my permission to start working on the car. I called back then they told me that the car need other services that cost $400 that I never requested. I told them that I only want oil change and alignment, then the person said that the price will be more than $150. I told him that I have spoke with an associate before leaving my car and he provided a different rate that i agreed upon, then he said that he is the manager and he will charge me whatever he wishes. then I told him not to work on my car, then he said its too late and they did an oil change and he wont give me my car back unless I pay him. I had to pay the rate he asked me to forcefully so i can take my car back, even tho i didnt gave a permission to do the oil change and I(which leads to my second complaint ) have voice message from him stating that he needs my permission to work on it and I never gave that permission but they still worked on it regardless .

Be Careful! I went to this location twice. I was told that my car had safety issues that required $2,700 in repairs. After going to another auto shop they did the same work for under $800. On the second visit (an oil change) they decided that since I didnt do all the upgrades they suggested, they didnt need to complete the job I hired them to do. Consider yourself warned.

Took my car in for a wobbling steering wheel and was told the calipers were shot. Left it over night and was told that all 4 brakes needed replaced, and my cv axel boot was gone amongst other things. They wanted $3000 to repair it. I had it towed to a trusted local mechanic who couldnt look at it until Tuesday due to Thanksgiving weekend. He looked at it and determined all 4 breaks were in great working order and all it needed was a hub bearing replacement. As a bonus, the cv axel boot was fine too. Not only did I not have a vehicle for a whole week, they tried to swindle me to pay for stuff that didnt even need replaced.

Very professional, very knowledgable, and very friendly!! Had a great experience here after a terrible experience somewhere else. They were totally up front and worked with me to get what I needed within my budget. Highly recommend!

Very courteous and exceedingly helpful with my unique situation. Without going into the details of what they did to assist me, I will say that the manager on duty (Sunday, March 16, 2014) went above and beyond to assist me in getting my problem resolved.I operated a small chain of automobile repair facilities for 9 years down in South Carolina and Georgia. With that in mind, please understand that I am especially critical when it comes to having my vehicle serviced. I have read through some of the other reviews on here and would like to add that if you want a quick oil change then perhaps you should go to a quick oil change faculty. If you are in need of repairs, go to this Midas location. Or better yet, have a little patience and let them do both.In a place that does general repairs, there may have been other factors involved that would lead to a 2 hour wait for an oil change (as one person stated in a poor review).For example, even if there is only one car in the bay there may be other vehicles that have not been pulled in yet. After dealing with this location personally, I have serious doubts that they would have said 2 hours if that was not a fair estimate of the time it was going to take. The quick oil changes places are a production line, so to speak, and are well equipped to do them very fast because, well, they pretty much only do oil changes.If you are still reading this and have also read the review about the alignment, also understand that an alignment is not a 30 minute job max on all vehicles and in all circumstances. Plus, when you arrive at a place that does general repairs it is unfair to have the expectation that you will be in and out in only the amount of time it takes to complete a job. A good shop manager will effectively give you a time estimate based on current work expectation, mechanic experience and your specific job time calculations. I would be more frustrated with the shop that says, Yeah, sure, well get you right in then takes several hours before the work begins.I called 2 other area repair facilities prior to stopping at Midas. I didnt think Midas was open on Sunday until I drove by and saw the doors up. Anyway, both of the other local competitors game me no answer to the question How long until you can get me in. They simply said, well, there are other people here so well see what we can do to work you in.The guys at Midas identified my issue and assisted with a prompt resolution within a reasonable time period.They are very friendly and I have no doubt I will do business with them again. If I were to open up a shop in this area I would try to steal these guys from Midas to come work for me.Take it from me, an experienced certified technician, these guys are great. Please do not read too much into the complainers on here that may not know enough about the industry to effectively write an informative and fair review.

I give these guys a high five, they have done everything on my vehicle, from engine work to suspension.They did it in a timely matter and always work with me on the expense of the repair. On top of that they always gave me the customer very good knowledge and the best why to go about fixing the problem on my vehicle. If I could give them one star I would. I took my car there to get my rotors and brake pads looked at. After they took it back and inspected it for a little bit they told me that all four of my brake pads rotors and calipers needed to be replaced. They also said that my whole brake system needed to be redone. The bill came up to $1,800. I told them to put my car back down and I couldnt afford to pay that all right now. They told me that my car was no longer drivable and that have to get it fixed which they were right because I wasnt able to drive it off the parking lot now after they drained my Pistons. I started panicking thinking of ways to pay for this and told them to give me until the next day. I was able to have a mechanic drive to my car to get a second opinion. He looked at my car and wouldnt you know that all 4 calipers were fine. How to get my car towed off the parking lot into his shop where I was able to get my car fixed for $300. Im not too sure if it was because I was a woman that they were trying to add stuff onto the bill that did not need fixed or if its a just a shady shop, but I will NEVER be coming back here again. Please do your research.

After dealing with a frustrating experience with the staff at this location, I will never return here for any service on my car and nor will my husband! They treated us very rudely after we expressed our frustration with them leaving a plastic writing pad and I’d say something that looked like a screwdriver under my husbands hood. It was by his engine and it began to melt and it had been there for DAYS after my husband started to smell plastic through his vents. After paying hundreds of dollars to get work done on my husbands car, all they offered was a free oil change and $10 off a service! Can you believe that?! They don’t care about their customers just want your money! I contacted corporate and made a report about how Jose was somewhat unprofessional and what took place. Here we are in February 2019 and I called in December 2018 and nothing has been resolved! PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY! Go to your dealership!

Ive been in Columbus, OH for most of life and only come across a few select mechanics that I can trust who also provides superior customer service. Recently, I discovered this Midas location and couldnt be more pleased. The manager, Torrey, has exceeded my expectations as a customer and always takes time to explain the work needed done on my vehicles (i.e. options, pricing, future maintenance, etc). His staff has also provided excellent customer service. Theyve saved me a ton of money on unnecessary work! This is a flagship store and you can tell its treated as such by its employees. If youre searching for a place to get your car fixed look no further!

Gave me a price of $1795.00 to fix front end took car to dealer they fixed it for under $400.00 . had oil changed while at Midas did not tighten drain plug car leaked oil all over garage floor. Wish I could give them negative stars .

Discount Tire would offer a discounted alignment through Midas, never had an issue.Their $20 oil change specials were nice too.

Steve found an issue with my control arm, took me out and actually showed it to me. I looked up the part pricing on Acuras website while I waited for their quote so I could compare with their pricing. It was a bit more affordable, so I said ok. And I didnt feel like getting in there are doing it myself. I dont really drive this car much, but she is still my favorite car! So far, I have had no issues with this repair. Steve said this work comes with a 1 year warranty, so why not? This place has done right by me thus far. I will continue to come back to this location. The guys are all really friendly, do good work and they always remember me.

I have had a few cars thru this location. Ive been using coupons I purchased thru Trail Life USA boys club, fundraiser. No hassle and what a great deal. 💯% of the proceeds went to the club and I received an excellent service appointment.

I took my car to Midas because engine light was on and the Manager Torrey Locher who was very pleasant and helpful in solving the problem. He was very courteous and took care of my problem before the days end. I was very happy with my experience at Midas and would recommend them to my friends.

During January of 2018, I reached out to Midas for a repair on my vehicle. The service was great until it was time to deliver their promises. I was not aware that after trusting this company to repair my vehicle, they would have thrown everything together just to make some easy cash. The process was troublesome. At first, I was quoted for about $4000 to replace a faulty engine. $4000 was steep, but I was promised discounts and assurance that my vehicle would be in good hands. I believed that this route was a cheaper alternative once they confirmed with me that labor would cost only $1700 in addition to a few minor changes. During this time when Midas was fixing my car, I received a call claiming that they were going to need to repair a few other things, adding onto the cost. A few days later they gave more reasons for the price to increase. At the end of the repair I was left with a bill of $2200. I was satisfied considering my alternative was over $4000. I came to pick up my car and the manager assured me that the car was test driven by Midas employees. I was notified by the manager that the engine light was on but it was nothing to worry about. My stressful time of relying on others for rides ended as soon as I sat in my vehicle. Once I was handed the keys, I could not stop screaming YES in my head. I probably looked like a clown hugging and kissing the wheel while having a smile stretched across my face. I was driving again, my vehicle felt just as smooth as before and I began to head to work. However, about 10-15 minutes later the car/engine just stalls while I am on the highway. Other cars are racing past me and my car wheel will not turn. I am coming to a bend and my car engine begins to slow down and I was lucky enough to come to a safe stop in the emergency lane. This experience was the closest near-death experience I ever had. I never made it to work. Instead I spent hours waiting for assistance. I paid for the car to be towed to Midas and called them the next day. They told me it was not there fault and that if I wanted my vehicle to be repaired then I would have to pay an additional $4000. I was completely astounded at the audacity of Midas to claim that a car they repaired that broke down less that 10 minutes away from their store right after pickup was not their problem nor of their concern. Not only did I trust and pay this company, I also had a vehicle in the same condition. The employees here are not as experienced enough to promise you assurance that your car will be taken care of properly. If you hope to have your car repaired here, do your research or just take my experience and dont. The mechanics here want your car to be damaged or broken, that is how they make their profit. They then towed my car to a towing company and I was out of $2200 for labor, $1900 for the engine, and I have to pay $600 to the towing company. The easier path is not always the cheaper path. Midas is not a trustworthy company that can deliver their promises that they post on their website or their companys wall. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE. They are just looking for a profit and I hope other customers do not experience this dishonest and unreliable company, as well as their money hungry workers who will lie to your face.

So a simple car inspection took 2 hours because each time another customer shows up, I have to wait longer. The inspection itself takes less than 10min. and then the weirdest part that im still trying understand is the change that was left in the car was taken from. All the quarters and half dollar coin were taken. I wouldnt have notice something like this in normal day but today it just happens that i put all coins in the cup holder before heading to this place. This is kind of embarrassing to even mention but I dont believe I will ever go to any of your locations and I will make sure as many people as possible know this and take their business elsewhere too.

I came into the Midas right by petland and had great service from the manger Jeremy helped me right away and got my car out in 7 hours!!!

I only use this Midas for my car as long as I can afford it. They always treat me with respect and not a dumb female.
