I have been here and recommend these guys to everyone I know. I could not give a better review because this place is top notch. You could order the cheapest tires they have and they will treat you like gold. From the guy putting the tires on your vehicle to the manager you will get nothing but friendly service. They go out of their way to help. There arent very many places like this left.

So I went to my tire plugged and they said it was too far out on the tire to plug. I had just gotten new tires 3 years ago and drive an AWD car and need to replace all 4 tires at once... Well because I had purchased the tires from them and they could not fix it the to 50% off all 4 brand new tires. Always great customer service everytime!!!!!

I have a long history here and they have always done me right. I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my truck and decided I didnt want them and the salesman told me there was a restocking fee. I was ok with that, I did place the order. He called me later to tell me that the wheels/tires they had ordered where the wrong ones for my truck and wouldnt fit. So he did not charge me the restocking fee. I did end up buying 7 tires for my dually and most recently I brought my daughters Honda CRV in and they evaluated the tires for free. Its a quality place and the prices are decent. The downsides? Long waits but they do have an air conditioned lobby. My advice is, do not buy used tires, comparison shop, then try these folks out and see what you think.

I had a screw lodged in my tire and needed it fixed. Being new to the area I hopped on Google and found this Discount Tire shop. From calling the store to ask questions, to check-in, to helping me in & out of the garage - the team was extremely friendly and helpful. Being a younger woman that doesn’t know too much about cars, I’m always afraid I’ll be haggled into buying parts or services I don’t need, but I truly believe this is a trustworthy group of guys that are dedicated to providing quality service and helping you with your car problems. I had such a pleasant (and quick) experience, I’ll definitely be back the next time my tire decides to pick up a 4 inch nail as well as recommend them to anyone that might benefit from their services.

They took great care of me even when the tire they were fixing came from another dealer. They repaired my tire when the first dealer wouldnt, and they did it for free. Im getting my tires here next time.

We have seriously never had a bad experience here, and we have been buying and servicing our tires here, on 4 vehicles, for years. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean, they keep you updated, and above all they are HONEST. There is no pressure to buy the most expensive tires, and they will look for deals whenever possible.

This shop is very good. I ordered tires and an appointment on the phone after reviewing tires online. When I arrived for my appointment a sandwich board was saving a service bay with my name and time written on the board. The crew was ready to go. Half hour later the tire job was done and done right. I will be back again.

The young man who waited on me was very nice. Gave me several choices to choose from. No pressure, didnt try to up sale, I made my Choice, was in and out just under an hour.

My coworkers said the same thing about the Discount Tire store on Hilliard-Rome Road. I requested four (4) tires that were produced in 2019, but they were going to give me 1 tire from 2019 and the other 3 tires were produced in 2017 and 2018. That’s why I will NOT recommend Discount Tire on Hilliard-Rome Road.Just go to Discount Tire on 3576 Fishinger Blvd. (Mill Run) and ask for Joe Carney.

I needed a tire looked at as it was going flat. Technician inspected and found a nail in the tire. Stated would have me in and out within the hour which they did. It was discovered that one on my lug nuts was cross threaded from a previous tire rotation and that the rod could snap. Technician worked extremely hard to get off. While he was successful the rod did snap and replaced it and did the tire repair for free! Customer for life...cannot thank them enough.

They offered an amazing customer experience. I bent my rim there was no cost to evaluate it on Thursday. I was able to find a matching rim and they put it on for me today. They were speedy, friendly and affordable. Andy and Josh are tow that i have worked with today and in the past. We love this place! We will only be bringing our cars here for tire stuff from now on. I had a hole in my (1 year old tire) from a nail. Earlier in the week another tire place was only able to temporarily plug it and tried to tell me I would need 4 new tires soon. When their temporary plug blew on me 3 days later, I brought it here. They were so friendly, quick, and had my best interest in mind. They never mentioned up selling me on 4 new tires and said worst case scenario they would order a new tire so I only had to replace that one. Good news was they were able to permanently fix my tire... For FREE!!! No charge! The other place charged me $20 for their stupid plug. This place is awesome! Go here if you want peace of mind and customer first service.

These two men have been an absolute godsend to me after hitting a pothole and absolutely wrecking one of my custom, aftermarket wheels.I felt incredibly safe with them working on my vehicle and also felt like they took care of me like a sister.If you want outstanding service & your car done right, this is the stop for you!

I got a flat tire and needed to replace two of my tires. This is one of the best service and experience Ive had when it comes to car service. I called a head to check how long it will take. They greeted me well on the phone. When I arrived they greeted me and acknowledge me as soon as I came in the door. They were very helpful, but not too pushy with their sales. Instead they were informative, upfront and honest so that you can make the best choice. They answered all the questions that I have which showed me that they are knowledgeable. They were quick in their service. Got my car back within an hour even though there were other customers ahead of me. Dont know how all the other discount tires stores are but I definitely highly recommend going to this one, even if its out of your way.

These folks are customer service driven. I have purchased here once, and have always had repairs done quickly and at no cost -multiple times (nails, etc in tire). Stopped by last night, after closing, with a leaking tire impaled by a roofing nail. I was welcomed in and handled quickly. No charge again. Friendly staff makes you feel welcome every time. Had to have my car towed here due to a tire blow out. Was able to drop my keys in the lock box, and received a call the next morning for them to quote me a price so I could approve any work to be done. Got new tires for what I felt were an acceptable price. If you have their tires, they also do free rotations/balances, I believe.

Discount Tire has been my go to anytime I need anything done on my tires. So when I noticed I’d driven over a nail, it was a no brainer to take it to the nearest location.I stopped in without making an appointment and after about 40 minutes they were able to patch it and get me on my way. Which was cool. All for the grand total of 0 dollars. Thanks!

This is the most consistent tire place I have found. Service is always friendly, never pushy, and they are able to get special order tires in fairly quickly. They get backed up with walk ins sometimes and Ive had an appointment where they didnt bring my car in the garage to start work for 45 minutes. Oh well, theyre doing it right if that many people are showing up.

These guys are crooks I had to pay the $22 on tires I bought there twice theres no such thing as lifetime maintenance you got to pay every time period and when I tried to work it out with them over the phone they hung up on me dont go there pick a different tire store thats what Im going to do next time

I was in Columbus on business and noticed I had a nail in my tire, I called and asked how the long the wait was going to be, and they said come right in and we will take of you. 45 minutes my tire was fixed and when I asked how much, they said, “no charge today, just have safe travels back home.” Now that’s customer service that will make me a customer for life and tell everyone I know to go there!

Bad first experience!I visited this store for the first time. Service was prompt, not much wait time and prices are good.But staff at this store was not careful while replacing my tires. They induced rash and scratches on the edges of my wheel rim. Being such a huge company this should go without saying that they should be careful to not induce these scratches while replacing the tires.I regret not going to the car dealership for replacing tires.

This place is great. I needed to be 400 miles away on Friday afternoon for a wedding and had a long drive ahead of me. On my way out of columbus I got a flat and needed tires ASAP. These guys were one of the only ones to have my size in stock and popped them on in 20 minutes so I could get on the road. Everyone is super nice and knows what theyre doing.

I had a nail in my tire the day before I was set to leave town. These guys went out of there way to get me an appointment time so I could get it fixed in time for my trip. Brent, who was working the front desk, was very friendly and profession. In fact, everyone working there was very friendly. The best part about it was that they were able to plug and patch my tire free of charge.
