Had the best experience yet buying a car. You know how it takes all day to buy a car? Not Buckeye Nissan. Thanks to Raul he got us in and out with 2 cars in about 4 hours. Very happy with everyones help and with our purchase. Had a couple minor questions after our purchase a couple days later and Raul was right on it to fix the issues. He keeps in touch to make sure we are doing well and have any further questions. Excellent service all around! Highly recommended, ask for Raul!

I went in for an oil change/inspection. I also had a metal rattling under the car. My concern was an exhaust pipe break since that might mean a new muffler and catalytic converter. $1000 UT of pocket, but was ready to pay for it. Only a heat sheld so under $70. They could have done what I thought was the problem, but they were honest. Appreciate that since integrity is important to me.

The sale sheet said I would get 500.00 but after the sell when I asked about the 500.00 all of a sudden it was for military active only or young military students. After I researched it, that 500.00 was suppose to go to anyone who served even retired....So I feel like I was played and lied too and I will let people know not to trust what you guys say far as Incentives goes....

I was beyond impressed with the customer service I received from Paul S. and the other Buckeye Nissan employees that were working that day. I had previously worked with Paul when leasing my first Sentra and knew when it was time to purchase he would be the best one to talk to. Paul made me feel so comfortable and confident when purchasing my new Rogue. This was a big decision for me and he made sure to not only get me the best price but all the extra features I was looking for. I met with Chris Askew after speaking with him via email about a crossover that had too high a price tag for my budget. I had become convinced that I could not afford a Rogue and he showed me that they had that others in my price range. He was certain that he could get me a Nissan Rogue to test drive and was providing options on ways to do so. I appreciated their out of the box thinking that allowed me take an overnight test drive and see that I really liked the vehicle, but just not that specific one. He was not deterred. He found another just like it, within my price range and we were able to come to a deal that next day. I found him to be funny, easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Even though he was persistent, he was not salesman pushy which I truly appreciated. Chris seems to be always working a deal, but very down to Earth while doing it. I would highly recommend him and Buckeye Nissan if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Drove an hour to see a car, Tony was very nice and accommodating initially. When we were walking around the car before the test drive, we discovered that the casing on the passenger side mirror was broken- which Tony assured us would be fixed. It was presented as having options, and if the payment was cash, they would give us the bottomline offer. Tony mentioned the possibility of compensating in price, or offering a loaner in order to accommodate getting the mirror fixed. We went on the test drive and returned, 95% confident we were leaving with the car. When we spoke with Tony again, the bottom line offer was now exactly the same as what the sticker price was, and fixing the mirror was a huge favor they were doing us- and there was no loaner car, we would simply have to return after scheduling that repair. We were told they couldnt budge on the cost, and it felt very abrasive and pushy all of a sudden- the budging was their being willing to repair the mirror, which Tony claims was a superfluous and unnecessary accomodation they were making for me, even though earlier it was completely understood to be part of the deal to sell the car. So, we left. We got on the highway, and suddenly Tony called and was able to offer $345, or 2%, off the sticker so we didnt leave with a bad taste in our mouths. I tried to counter, a further $300, but was stonewalled. The bottom line wasnt solid, and then was- it felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable.

We were traveling to Ohio from our home in South Carolina when our air conditioning failed. We needed to start our trip home Monday 6/28 and was pleasantly surprise when I called your service department on Saturday morning and was told by Bonny that I could be squeezed into your schedule around Noon. Everyone at Buckeye understood how important it was to to restore our AC and your service writer and mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem, obtained a replacement compressor, installed and tested the systems that afternoon. If I lived in the Columbus area I would definitively purchase my next car from Buckeye. Your people went beyond expectation and should be commended! Thank you.

I didn’t feel like a valuable customer. I was charged when I pay for the maintenance package. Charges were adjusted after I mentioned the problem. As a customer I would expect the dealership to be aware of my package and not charge me for prepaid services.

My service advisor never once spoke to me in person. The text and email links to see additional work that may be needed is very impersonal and not all what a service advisor is for. Im not sure why you have service advisors, the customer might as well speak to the tech themselves. One of the things I asked for was a quote for replacement tires, this is what I got instead - Tires at 5/32nds no need for immediate attention. I didnt ask that, I ASKED FOR A QUOTE!! GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY ASKED FOR!!!!!!!!!Follow up - The service team reached out to me shortly after this and apologized for not communicating to me. They did give me the quotes that I asked for as well.

I reached out to several dealerships via email to inquire about lease terms for the vehicle I was interested. Chris Sylvis, the General Manager at Buckeye Nissan, was the only person to respond with a decent offer, didn’t pressure me to come in to the office to “discuss in person” and respected my intelligence. Kevin was great on the phone setting up the appt and ordering the tires. Satisfied with the price too. Checking my vehicle in was where the problems began. The service tech quoted me a completely different price that I was told by Kevin. He even said the difference in the price was probably tax.. which it wasn’t. The price in the oil change was wrong until he had to figure it out with my coupon which he had to see to verify. Kevin also told me I could have a vehicle to take while my vehicle was there overnight...which was result of being short handed on Saturday morning/ afternoon. I picked my car up the following morning and everything seemed fine. I noticed the price of everything seemed more than it should be. I noticed I was charged for renting a vehicle and I noticed the price of the tires was not the $876.02 out the door, that Kevin gave me. The charges in my bill were NEVER gone over. I was NEVER expecting to pay for and rent a vehicle. That was never discussed and it was extremely misleading. I have been a regular customer with this dealership for 12-15 years and I am very disappointed how things were handled.

For once I wasnt attacked with an over zealous salesman trying to sell a vehicle that he wants me to purchase not what Im looking for. I generally have a dim view of car sales associates. Ive been asked why I want a model or feature and other what I consider unsalesman like questions.This time, as always I came knowing what I want as to model, color, ...etc. and was not questions as to why this or that. I can tell Buckeye Nissan has certainly given its best in keeping us comfy while waiting for our car done, from its cozy TV waiting room, kids playroom, to self served beverage with an amazing choices of coffee, tea and water, together with either a sweet shot of donut, nutty bar or snacks. Well, my repair wasnt exactly cheap but it was a bless they did open through Saturday late afternoon and the service adviser pulled in a few coupons. No doubt i couldnt complain having entertained for a few hous with the free wifi and snack treats. However, be prepared not able to have your major service done if you are not an early bird on Saturday, i hardly believe the long line up after my 7am appointment.

We were on our way to columbus from West Virginia for the 4th of July weekend, when just outside of Circleville, we ran into a rain storm. Our sunroof was stuck open, wouldnt shut and the inside of the car was drenched. We immediately called Buckeye Nissan and they got our car in and gave us a loaner. The car issues were resolved by the following Tuesday. The work done on our car was not my issue with this visit.Due to the invonvenience of us being out of town (we live in WV), and needing to have the car fixed in Columbus, we had to head back to WV over the weekend since we run a small business and needed to ship orders out. This required us to make a trip to and from WV since our car was being worked on in Columbus, thus resulting in spending money on gas. I asked our sales rep to see if they could fill up the truck before heading home due to the inconvenience of having to travel to WV and back just to pick up the car. The answer was no, that we didnt have to have them fix the car.We have purchased 5 cars from Buckeye and have always been impressed with the customer service. We have referred others to Buckeye as well. This situation just stings a little. A tank of gas? really? in the grand scheme of things, it isnt that much of a favor to ask.

Once you buy car and buy warranty, make sure your car not to pass 100 mileage because problems will popped up and they will brings a lot of problems every time when you change your oil, and your warranty will be expired. When I arrived the dash light was illuminated indicating the tire air pressure was low. It was still on when I left, so I know the air pressure was not addressed and that’s a very simple thing, therefore I have zero confidence in the remaining inspections. Also, I told Jeff my last name 3 times and spelled it. He asked if the phone number he recited was a good number, I told him I’ve never had that phone number. He asked for my current phone number which was used to contact me. Once my vehicle was finished I left and upon inspection of the forms I discovered the last name is completely wrong and the phone I told him I’ve never had is listed as my home phone number. I have zero confidence in the record keeping at this point. Not impressed. I’ll be going elsewhere. I also would not purchase a vehicle at this location after hearing the blatant lies that were told to an elderly couple looking at a 2014 Rogue... Shameful!

WOW! What a fantastic experience I had with Tony (salesman), Joel (sales manager) and Justin (finance manager). I found a 2020 Nissan 370Z online early in the morning and drove it home that night. The professionalism and genuine enthusiasm each of these people had for my purchase was awesome to be apart of. I scheduled an appointment for my 2018 Nissan Leaf because it was making a subtle noise upon acceleration and deceleration. Before the appointment, I was worried about if the technician would even be able to hear the noise it was making. I was afraid that I might be renting a car and paying a service charge and then not having my issue fixed.When I arrived at my appointment, Kevin Gagnon (without me even asking) had master technician, Greg Swinehart, ride with me in the car to show him the noise it was making.Later that day, Kevin called me to say they were ordering parts. He said the car would be ready the next day, and it would be covered under warranty...and the rental car would also be free. The next day, I picked up my completely quiet Nissan Leaf. Kevin even had my door handle replaced under warranty. I didnt even mention this problem to him. This was above and beyond what I expected from Buckeye Nissan. Im very happy with my experience.

Buyer beware, the sales department talks a great game about joining a family and how great their customer service is, but that is only when you are spending money. They will actively try to get you to take your problem somewhere else, or handle it yourself when it is a problem you should not have to deal with when buying a brand new car.I bought a brand new 2020 Altima just off the truck, and one morning i came out to the crack pictured below. After finding no chip in the glass i reached out to the dealership for help. My sales person and the sales manager were surprised and asked me to bring it in for the service department to look at.When i called for an appointment i was told there was nothing they would do by the service manager, and i was wasting my time. I was not given an appointment and told if i insisted on bringing my car in then whenever i wanted would work, because it would not take long. When i arrived a service tech looked at the windshield, could not find a chip, and said he needed to get his manager so they could start helping me. The manager came over to searched the crack for a chip (two times), then said it was impossible, there was nothing they could do, and told me i needed to call a glass company.I went to the sales floor to talk to my sales associate, and the sales manager got involved again. They tried to do me a favor by calling their buddy at the glass company to get a discount because a new car less than 6 months old should not have this problem, and it could be fixed in 3 days.About 15 minutes after i left the dealership the sales manager called to tell me the service manager contacted Nissan and they would cover it as a factory defect, but the windshield was on back order so it would be a couple weeks. Six weeks later i was still getting the run around about the part being on back order from everyone i talked to. I told my sales associate i was going to contact Nissan for more information and to get some help, he tried very hard to discourage me with several excuses about being short staffed, and back orders on all parts from covid.I contact Nissan directly to inquire about my warranty claim and the windshield on back order, only to find out no such claim was filled for my cars vin number. I proceeded to file a complaint and send pictures to Nissan, my case was escalated within an hour to the Regional Customer Affairs manager who contacted me. They submitted a request to Buckeye Nissan to inspect my windshield for a warranty claim.I was contact by the operations manager the next day to setup an appointment to look at my car, but before the call ended he told me i should contact my insurance company to start the process for a claim to get my windshield replaced.When i arrived for my appointment two days later, the operation manager thoroughly searched every millimeter of the crack on my windshield three times around for a chip, before he said he would recommend to Nissan that it was a factory defect. Picture were taken and submitted to Nissan who agreed to replace the windshield as a factory defect. The windshield that had been on back order for six weeks was replaced that afternoon.This entire process was eye opening, i was made to feel like i was an inconvenience and annoying because i was asking for help on a brand new current model vehicle, and they actively tried to get me to go away because i was not spending more money.

Buckeye was the best car buying experience hands down! My sales associate Bill was very accommodating to my schedule and my needs for my new car. I had to have my wifes 2014 Nissan Pathfinder rear hatch repaired due to it not opening when it press the button on the remote or the rear door. Kevin Gogcan in the service department was extremely helpful the first time I brought the vehicle in to diagnose the problem. He recommended I contact Nissan Headquarters to see if they would assist with the repairs since our vehicle was still under the manufactures warranty and has really low mileage. We really appreciated him informing us about contacting Nissan Headquarters.

Chad and Steve were very helpful and great to work with. They helped me find the car that best suited me. They informed me of all of the options i had for purchasing the car and all of the additional services available to me. They introduced me to the service department and where to go in case I had any service needs. I had a great experience and couldnt be more happy with my new car.
