I purchased a leer cap a year ago and most recently had them add some underseat storage in the back seat. The guys were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

The staff of the Hilliard location were very helpful when I was deciding on a tonneau cover for my truck. Given the current logistical nightmares every industry is dealing with, they did check around for soonest availability and shipping options to get my truck bed covered as soon as possible. drop-off/Install was simple enough and even helped me out with a quick, on-the-spot detail job when I spilled something on my seats that morning. Highly recommend and I will certainly be back again.

Awesome service here. They noticed some abrasions on my new truck and were able to polish them out. Praise God they put on some awesome steps on my gmc carbon pro diesel truck. Definitely recommend this place!!!

I have a custom DIY sleeping platform that must of needed to be removed for install. No mention was made to me but all my hardware needed replaced because the guys stripped the bolts. It was a minor inconvenience to me and I mention it because no mention was made to me about it. Thats poor customer service. Not to mention that if they had just mentioned they needed access to the floor panel I couldve removed the platform.Additionally, Im an amateur and figured out how to install the hardware so it was funny to me that the pros stripped it out like he-man dummies. LOL

I work for a dealer and these guys found me cheaper step rails than if I were to go through my own work. Slight mix up when they ordered them but they offered to fix it by giving me the upgraded step rails for the same price. The process of buying took a little longer than I wanted it too. Great team , stopped in looking for a install kit for a DYI project on my 2019 Silverado.Hard to find inserts for mounting toolbox’s in truck bed. They knew exactly what I needed RIV nuts,Before I knew it he went in the back and within a matter of minutes was back with the nuts and little install tool that makes the magic happen :) Great Customer service ? I had shopped here for a top quality fiberglass cap for my new truck and was pleased that they had several models on hand to see what I would be purchasing. The staff here is courteous and knowledgeable and you wont find high pressure sales. They are very thorough in helping you understand what you are buying and the price up front. Recently I had stopped to get a quick fix on my back door on my cap and was promptly greeted and the cap was serviced that day without an appointment. Just had a remote starter installed in my Moms car as a Christmas present. They have a great selection and the prices are competitive. The service was very good and the installation was well done and on time. If you want something special for your car or truck this is a great place to go.

Exceeded my expectations! I wanted to give my Tundra a more aggressive stance and eliminate the rake, but had no idea how to do this. I was overwhelmed by the suggestions and information on various forums and decided to go to the pros. Larry was very thorough and patient while explaining the process and giving me several options to choose from. I did not feel pressured to make any choices on the spot, or on which products to use. He took his time and explained the pros and cons of each option. After mulling it over, I decided to just do a front leveling kit and larger tire. They got me in two days later and when I came to pick up my truck- I was blown away at the difference those two small things made. Larry was 100% on his description and feel for the look I wanted. The service tech- missed his name- took his time and walked me around to show me everything done and give some care tips. The balance and alignment are dead perfect and the ride is as smooth as the day I bought it.

Wanted a quote on repairing the poor installation of window tint on my one window in my truck and the guy told me it was the glass. You could see where the squeegee was skipping when the installer tried to get the moisture out and left it that way. They didn’t even want to quote doing one window or even 2 of the 4

These guys are awesome and the pricing is very competitive, fast service and quality parts, you wont go wrong with them.

They gave me a quote to install a hitch and trailer wiring and I made an appointment. They installed the hitch and then called saying it was ready, but they couldnt install the wiring because the plug they had didnt match the one available on the taillight. They suggested going to the dealer to have wiring installed and refunded a portion of the cost of the installation. Unfortunately, the dealer says the manufacturer doesnt offer the parts needed to install the wiring. I called Pickups Plus again and they still didnt offer a solution other than going back to the dealer. Now Im trying to figure out what to do after paying to have a hitch installed and still not being able to tow the trailer. Pickups Plus should know how to solve the problem and finish the job themselves or stop offering hitch and wiring installation.

Outstanding service. Showed me how the steps would look on the side of the truck and actually measured the distance so I could know how much of a change it would make. Nate was personable, knowledgable and very helpful. We are return customers because of the service!

Never have I been turned away at a door at a business. I parked my truck and car hauler in the parking lot. Nobody else was in the parking lot, and there were still several spots still open. An employee met me at the door and told me not to park in a parking lot...... and said I was rude. Rude for what? Giving them business? Obviously their empty lot gets too much business to need mine.

They can get truck caps and parts for a variety of trucks and they were able to hunt down the proper replacement window for mine.The prices are a bit high on some things, but the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

These guys were more than helpful when it came to choosing a tonneau cover for my F-150. I had been looking online and doing research but still couldnt decide. I was told that Pickups Plus Cars had demos on the floor to look at and try. After going in and talking to them, I purchased the new LEER HF-350 and couldnt be happier. Its very secure and keeps the water out. They even helped me do some fine tune adjustments after attempting to install the tonneau cover myself. There are plenty of projects in the future that I have for my truck and will be a returning customer. I highly recommend Pickups Plus Cars!

Well, i took my car to this place because I was having troubles with my equalizer and one of the guys told me Im not touching that... i understand that is Saturday at 2pm and you wanna go home but at least show some interest.... and the other guy said go to colombus car audio . I bet the owner wont be happy if he knows..

Stopped in to get a quote on a new truck cap. The guy helping me was acting like I was bothering him with my questions. I asked for a printed quote and was told he would not do that and if I wanted something printed I would have to put 1/2 down and order the product. I guess I will take my $2500.00+ somewhere else.

Prices were reasonable​ if not less compared to online. Installation was also quick and fair-priced.

Great Service. Phone order on Tuesday, ready Wednesday. Didnt need that quickly.

$500 to install decked drawers that take 30min to install, these people exploit uninformed customers, and their salesman sell products to accessorize peoples vehicles without disclosing any negative features like the fact that the previously mentioned decked drawers have 3 feet of useless drawer since they dont pull all the way out. Do yourself a favor, buy what you want online then watch a YouTube video on how to install it, or get a transamerican wholesale account and order it for yourself.
