Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte—better than anything I’ve had at any chain coffee shop. The tasty seasonal syrup complemented the espresso versus overpowering it and it was not overly sweet. Also, tried a double baked almond croissant and it was decadent, flaky and absolutely delicious! Ordered to-go sandwiches; we tried the Turkey Ranch on Asiago cheese bread and the Turkey Avocado and both were equally tasty. The roasted turkey was juicy and seasoned perfectly! The staff was gracious, welcoming and genuinely polite. All booths and tables were pristine and toddler friendly. We will be back to try more menu items and pastries.

If only this review was based on the bread or dessert offering….it would be a solid 5 because their sweets are always stellar. Unfortunately where they drop to a points in the rating is Kneaders sandwiches and service is consistently below par. Unfortunately I think this location suffers from poorly train staff that has no commitment to quality. Orders are often wrong or poorly made (both on today’s order) and I am immediately filled with regret for wasting my money again on “another” lunch at Kneaders. Thankfully the lemon pistachio tart & cookies were great and served as a reminder to stick with the sweets at Kneaders!

The food tastes good but the main reason I go is for the desserts. Delicious decadent desserts, so rich I can only have one about once a month at most.

I ordered delivery for the Turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The ingredients were delicious and tasted fresh; the lettuce wasnt soggy or that shredded stuff, the avocado was perfect, there was a large portion of turkey, the tomatoes were sliced perfectly, and the bread was fresh. Best sandwich Ive had I awhile.

They gave 50% of all order tonight to Bear Canyon Elementary. That is such a large amount to donate & so thoughtful. The manager was SO sweet and said they love to give back to the community & especially the kids. That says a lot about this wonderful location ❤️ The food was amazing and so was the service!!!

Visited the place with my mom today. Met for coffee. server Chris B. greeted us very warmly. The order was brought very quickly. it was Chris again. Very politely told my mom that the coffee was hot. This is a small nuance but it was nice. The place is cozy, very tasty, clean. Thank you guys for all your hard work ♥️

I don’t normally review fast food but I stopped at this Kneaders tonight after work. Whoever made the sandwiches did a phenomenal job, normally when I get something quick it’s thrown in the box and not very pretty looking. But not only did the food taste great it also looked like someone really took their time making it. So dope!

The Egg & Cheese croissant was really good, the European Hot Chocolate was also good. I also got a cinnamon roll and the reason my rating isnt 5 stars is because the cinnamon roll was fine but it would have been significantly better if it was warmed up. Cold/room temperature cinnamon rolls are underwhelming.

This is a great spot for breakfast and lunch. Very healthy options and the bread is amazing. Try the 12 grain hazelnut.

I’ve been here multiple times and the food is not good. The Turkey bacon avocado comes with very little Turkey, and this has happened multiple times. Two times now, I have the avocado stump in my sandwich. Thank goodness I always look at my food because I would’ve cracked a tooth. This very last visit, I found dirt on my lettuce. It was dirt, not pepper. The castle rock location was the same, dirt on lettuce, hardly any Turkey meat on giant pieces of bread. But this place also provides stale dessert. I got strawberry cheesecake and the topping was hard as a rock and the cheesecake had dry scales on it. I’m so sad because the only good kneaders location is lone tree. Tell the employees to clean off the lettuce, put some Turkey on the Turkey sandwich, and throw out old stale desserts. This place lacks serious quality control. Oh yeah, and the employees will tell you that you can’t order what’s on the menu. She was obviously new, but she was rude. When I insisted that it was on the menu and she stopped to look she realized I could order what was on the menu. I just wish they could all be like lone tree.

Was at vitamin cottage and decided to stop in for coffee, and Im glad I did because this place is wonderful. I had the ham egg and cheese croissant. Wow! Very impressed that the egg looked like a real egg. The coffee was made perfectly. Sometimes drip can be a little bitter, but not this one. Smooth and delicious.I will definitely be back to sample some sweets. And who knew I could get my caramel apple here? Everything looked super yummy, for sure.Parking is soooooo convenient and they have the best views, along with outdoor seating. If youre in Highlands Ranch this is a must try. :)

Great pancakes & French toast this morning. Was a hit with our kids as we dined out as a family for the first time in months. Cant wait to try the chocolate mousse bombs. Peanut butter Reeses cookies are delicious. Polite customer service.

On a Saturday in late June, there was plenty of room for social distancing, as well as outdoor dining. Staff was masked. Salad and desserts were fresh and very good, though pastry choice was limited.

Highly recommend the French Dip, one of the best Ive ever had.

This place was decent. The French toast was really good my Mexican omelette was just OK. The customer service was lacking upfront, the person taking orders barely spoke to anybody that was coming in. Almost all of the empty tables were dirty. Everybody was waiting quite a long time for their food. I am not sure it’s worth going back for a second time.

Pulled into your drive thru lane and by the time I could get to the speaker it was 11:03. The employees refused to serve breakfast because it closed at 11:00. That’s NOT customer service! I understand having breakfast hours but that’s ridiculous.

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. Got two of the exact same sandwiches even though we ordered different sandwiches. Ordered extra toppings for my salad and paid for them, didnt get them. The food we did get was good, but quality control over the order was really lacking. And DoorDash delivered to the completely wrong house, had to drive around neighborhood to track down.

This location has been understaffed for weeks. There are so few employees working, the lobby is closed and the drive thru takes at least 15-20 mins, when there is no line.Its really frustrating, as a customer, to receive such poor service. However, my main concern is the employees well-being. Im concerned that the current employees are being overworked, since there is a problem with being understaffed. This creates a stressful work environment and I dont believe the employees are getting paid enough to consistently show up to short staffed shifts. Very poor upper management / ownership

Ordered A cranberry turkey crossaint sandwich about 20 minutes ago. All cranberry with about a tablespoon of turkey. Lettuce in the salad cup was wilted and brown. Will not return.

Great place for a quick bite, you can dine in, take it to go or drive through. They have some good soups, sandwiches and salads. Their deserts are really good too, and I absolutely love their tea selection!

This location has always been amazing. Every employee Ive ever encountered is polite, eager to help and professional. The food is always consistent. Whenever we have had an issue or error, they correct it immediately. From a former fast casual managers point of view, I cant say enough positives about this location. Great job all around to each and every employee.

I ordered a half pastrami on rye with cup of soup, which I have had at another Kneaders location in the Denver area. Unlike past experience at Kneaders, the pastrami sandwich at this location was served without lettuce and tomato. I was never asked if I wanted, or did not want, the sandwich toppings. So, I was disappointed in my lunch for the first time ever at a Kneaders location.

Prices and quality are ok. My kids each got a cookie, and all cookies were hard and crunchy. Also there were no customers in front of me in line, staff standing around, and still I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to go to the cookie cabinet and get them. Was the designated cookie cabinet person unavailable? I did not understand why it took 5 minutes to get cookies located 10 feet from the register. Not sure if we will return.

Had a great lunch here this week! Love that they have a drive thru. The food is delicious and healthy and the staff are so nice. Get the turkey bacon avocado!

I love this place. The sandwiches are so delicious. The chocolate mousse is literally the best. Great customer service. The bread is heavenly. I asked for some old bread to make bread sauce and received a free (older) loaf. So obliging. The guava smoothies are really good too. Go!

I love this place...baked goods, sandwiches are great. The only reason I didnt do 5 stars today is that we ordered the chicken salad croissant and it was really salty...couldnt finish eating it. Croissant was very flaky just like I like them!

Every item Ive ordered has been delicious! My favorite is the turkey, avocado, and bacon, either as a sandwich on focaccia bread or as a salad. The smoothies are tasty, and be sure to save room for dessert! My favorite is the chocolate dome, but the tarts and other pastries are just as good. Visit Monday through Saturday- theyre closed on Sundays.

My sister loves this place and often takes me to this bakery. We usually have something sweet. I like their croissants and cinnamon rolls so much. Would definitely recommend trying the french toast and pastries.

So, walked in to pick up my online order. Arrived about 2 minutes after pickup was scheduled. I walked in and over to the pick up station. Several staff saw me, but didn’t acknowledge me. So I walked over to one of the employees to let him know I was here and he put his finger up to me, as to say he would be with me in a moment. But he wasn’t. Stood there without being acknowledged for another 7 minutes. Will never be back again based on the very, very poor service.Update- had to go back because three of the five sandwiches were wrong. One was missing altogether, one was missing an item on the sandwich, and one was user error. Called, no one picked up for four minutes. So, I called back. Someone picked up after three minutes, and I spoke to the manager. Once I arrived, they remade the sandwiches. Manager did not offer a refund for the huge inconvenience, spent nearly $50 there. He only offered me a brownie or a cookie. Once I got home, came to find that they did not fix the sandwich that was the user error even though I told them that I needed a new one, and the sandwich that I paid extra bacon for absolutely didn’t have what I paid for (pic). I am from the restaurant industry, I know how hectic it can get. But, when you just don’t care, it shows.

This place is great! My fiance and I stumbled across this place waiting for an appointment in Highlands Ranch. The service was friendly and informative, the bread is amazing and the ingredients were very fresh. Great spot for lunch we will definitely be back! Thank you Kneaders Bakery for a delightful lunch.

I had a friend recommend Kneaders so I thought I would give it a try since I was in the area. It is a really cute bakery and café. When you walk in it smells like yummy deliciousness. I decided to try one of their savory items... The Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant.Similar to Panera, they serve items on real plates, for dining in which I really like. They brought it to me very quickly with a smile. The lady running the Register was very knowledgeable and friendly. She help me narrow down my choice very quickly. It did not disappoint! It would certainly come back and even really want to try lunch. Sidenote I love the selection of these tees that they offer. If youre in the area on in, they also have a drive-through which is pretty convenient.

BAD BUSINESS!!!!! I went to buy some 4 cinnamon rolls a pice of cheesecake and a coffee and they didnt have enough change to do business! I tried to pay cash to the CASHier and they didnt have change because of a change shortage which refers to coins. When they asked if I had anything other than a hundred I found a 10 in my car handed it to them and instead of them giving my full order to me they took items off the order. So not only are they unable to make change for the business I was trying to give them they also didnt feel like it was their obligation to have good customer service and give me my full order because of their mistake. unfortunately I wont be going back and I wont be recommending them to anybody and Ill probably tell everybody not to go there. On the plus side I get to learn how to make cinnamon rolls.

I tried Highlands Ranch location again after having a disappointing visit. It is official, this place is the worst!I ordered breakfast sandwiches and paid for extras. Never got the up charged extra avocado. My breakfast was so salty it was inedible. The additional 4 sandwiches I purchased for my co-workers were so smashed, greasy and unappealing. We tossed everything!I will never visit the Highlands Ranch location. Just horrible. I will drive to the Zenith location if I EVER decide to go back to Kneaders. Time to give my money to quality business. Avoid this location at all costs. You will be disappointed. .

Im a UPS driver and came here for lunch. They have a huge sign saying the dining room is open but door is actually locked when I tried to place an order. I asked the guy who opened the door if I can place an order to go from him, and was told no I must go to the drive-thru. Again Im a UPS driver, so Im not sure what would make him think I would fit, but Im not willing to risk my job over damages. Sorry kneaders I love your basic sandwiches, but you have lost my business

Really good food. Breakfast sandwiches are really good. Some of the best pastries around. Love the pumpkin bread, cinnamon rolls and cookies. All the pastries are good. They also have really good bread at fair prices. I havent tried the cold cakes and desserts yet but they look amazing. The staff is of high quality as well.The only suggestion I would have is to institute a better system of finding the table when the staff brings out the food. They just kind of walk around yelling out your name. That way of doing seems to lessen the otherwise very good experience. There has to be a higher class way.

Panera bread over This place any day. Unprofessional and not worth it!

Very tasty salads, sandwiches! Better, fresher than similar concepts like Panera. Like the seating options, it was a super hot summer day and the granite tables were nice and cool. They have free samples and little gifts available. Will definitely return.

Good place for sweets. The sandwiches are full of flavor. I had a bacon turkey avocado sandwich this past time and it was spectacular. I also love that they have lemons next to the drinks for those of us who like lemons in their drinks.****EDIT:****Came here again but this time for breakfast. It was wonderful! The sausage, egg and cheese sandwich I had was piping hot and flavorful. The croissant it was on was flaky and crispy, just how you would like. The atmosphere is cute and I love all the Knick knacks they have for sale.

My good friend and I have a standing weekly breakfast appointment, and unfortunately lost our small, warm, charming breakfast spot (demolished for condos...). We have been on an elusive journey in search of a replacement that has good food, decent service, and a nice quiet atmosphere. I must say, after trying this place out today, I was impressed. The staff was very friendly, even offering me a cup of coffee while I waited for my friend. The menu offered a good selection, and I was not disappointed in what I got (sausage croissant breakfast sandwich). The layout of the restaurant was nice, a beverage station at the center divided the main area and cut down on the noise. This will definitely be a repeat breakfast spot.

I ended up here for breakfast today and I was highly impressed by the service. It’s a casual fast type of place and it was fully staffed. I’ve noticed that a lot of restaurants don’t have enough people working to really take care of the customers but this place looked to be fully staffed which tells me they are doing something right. I ordered the sourdough pancakes and they were very yummy. I don’t do sweet for breakfast regularly but it was a nice treat.I went back a couple days ago for lunch, and had the chicken pesto sandwich. It was pretty tasty and I loved the potato chips. I went around 2pm and it was much less crowded than when I went for breakfast. Im not sure I would drive a distance out of my way for this place, but if it is in the neighborhood I would go to it on a regular basis.

Unimaginable slow service.

I needed a quiet spot to wait for a friend and was ambushed by french toast. One of the employees saw me staring at the menu and made some recommendations, heavily suggesting that I try the french toast. It was really good! I god to enjoy my morning with a good wifi connection and a tasty breakfast. Knowing that this location has such friendly staff I will 100% go back.

We loved going to Kneaders when we lived in Utah, so when we moved back to Colorado, I was excited to see it followed us here! This is the first time Ive visited the Highlands Ranch location, and I was very pleased with with the experience. The restaurant was rather busy (it was peak lunch time), and we did have to wait awhile for a clean table to come up, but our food came out quickly, and it was very fresh.The girl who was taking our order was new, so she was having a little bit of trouble, but she was very kind and did her best to help us.I ordered the Southwest BBQ Salad, which was delightful. I loved the dressing on top - it was a little different than your typical BBQ Chicken Salad, which often is topped with some kind of ranch dressing. I really liked the green dressing (I would assume cilantro based). My husband ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich, and we shared a chocolate mousse. We had our two boys (5 and 2) with us, but all the food was more than enough for all of us to share.Kneaders is a bit pricey for what you get, but it is quality food. Its a cute shop with tons of baked good options. We will definitely be visiting again!

I like the menu items so i ordered online for curbside pickup to avoid a wait. I arrived at my scheduled pick up time and waited 30 MINUTES in my car for 1 sandwich. In the meantime, I watched a group of 8 ladies walk in, order at the counter, get their drinks, find a patio table, receive their lunches and eat. #epicfail #doingitwrong

This is a great option for a quick breakfast or lunch, and of course sweet treats! Their staff is super nice and it’s always clean and festively decorated inside. They also have a drive through - which as a mom to two toddlers I really appreciate!

Nice ambience and very tasty sweets. I like their cookies and bread so much. Salads and french toasts are good too. I was happy to know that they have some vegan options on the menu. Ill definitely try some of them next time.

I live close by. I’ve been shopping here for 3 years. Recently it appears there is new management. They hire very young people, run the place understaffed. It not as clean or orderly as before. Much longer wait to order and get food. Not much customer care at all. From my experience it’s a management problem. Needs a new manager.

SO happy to have a Kneaders here in Highlands Ranch. Delicious high quality food-we love the French Toast and Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich! Great atmosphere if you want to sit and eat or meet with friends. Also, SO many delicious treats. We love it all but some favorites are the chocolate domes, german chocolate bread pudding, and the cheesecakes.

I really want to like Kneaders. I eat at the one in Lone Tree and now Ive tried the Highlands Ranch location. The decor is super cute the staff for the most part is friendly but the food is just never very good. It is attractive it looks like its going to be amazing and inevitably Im usually disappointed.On my prior visits Ive had soup thats been downright disgusting salads that are just so so and today all I ordered was a hot chocolate Im not sure how you can make hot chocolate not taste very good. Somehow Kneaders just manages to do so.

I had a great lunch here today! The cashier was incredibly sweet and I love the bread samples they have at the front. I had the chicken/ham/cheese sandwich and it was delicious. This restaurant has a very homey feel that I appreciate.

Terrible, for the fourth time!! Never going back- they are always out of whatever it is we order, there’s not much for customer service- they walk past you many times before you are ever acknowledged—ordered a bowl of soup in a bread bowl, of course they were out of bread bowls!! They offered to give two slices of sourdough bread to go with the soup, 30 minutes later our cups of soup came out, COLD!! How is the soup cold?? I would assume a restaurant that offers soup would have it cooking all day In stock pots-since the soup was warm around the edge and cold in the middle, it must be microwaved. We sent it back to be reheated when it was brought back , the waitress said She couldn’t remember whose was whose and then just sat them down in front of us!! Omg. it was barely warm, Now that we wasted our whole lunch hour waiting on a cup of soup- Never going back!! I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but the other kneaders that we have been to have always been amazing really disappointing for such a busy location.

Check your order before leaving the drive through! Bad experience today, placed an online order, picked up through the drive through, it was bagged and ready when I got there, but missing items, I realized a few things were missing before I left the drive through and then drove away, after a mile, realizing I had more items missing so I had to go back. I was meeting my family at the park to have a picnic lunch and I received no napkins and no utensils with my order, so I had to stop at the grocery store before meeting my family. Very annoying!

Went here for lunch while on the Whole30 diet. I did a little research on their website beforehand to see what items were allergen-free. It was easy to determine what I could and couldnt eat, and I was pleasantly surprised there were quite a few lunch items that were dairy/gluten/soy/sugar free! Great option for lunch if youre trying to stay healthy. Just takes a little will-power to get past the dessert display while you order!

I have a lot of food sensitivities, so its always a challenge for me to go out to eat. My husband and I wanted to get breakfast, and after scoping them out online we decided I could eat there! The inside is cute and has a cozy vibe to it.I was also astonished, in a good way, to see their dessert signs had all the allergen symbols... And they includes corn! Im extremely sensitive to corn, but its almost always excluded from allergen menus!We will definitely be back soon!

Great breakfast!! They make their stuff from scratch daily, and it all tastes very fresh! Their coffee is nice and strong, you can tell they dont water it down like other places. This location is also super cute! A nice spacious, but homey cafe thats perfect to meet up with people for breakfast or lunch, eat by yourself, and/or do some work without distractions. The manager here is also very kind and personable. He can be seen actively walking around the cafe to help behind the scenes, but also talking with customers and bringing out their food. Its rare to see a manager that does the same work as his/her employees!

UPDATE 9/4/18; Big improvement from times past, plenty of help, no order mix UPS, even all things plenty in stock. Food was great, had Tuna on Hazelnut. A bit salty, but love the bread. Wifes salad come in To Go container rather than normal eat in bowl. No complaints.Always seems like the place is under-staffed or in a constant state of employee training at cashier. Always have to ask for something such as straws, correction to what was charged, etc. Love the Hazelnut 12 grain bread, always has good treats and soups.

I have been to this particular location several times and been happy with my visits. Today, I went in and ordered lunch. Granted that the person taking my order got a little confused with my order and forgot to put one item on my order, I realized the mistake on my way out. Therefore, I went to the drive through & explained the two mistake made (I was charged extra for something I didn’t want & an item I ordered wasn’t on my receipt/in my bag) and they were apologetic and refunded the mistake, gave me the item missed for free, and really they handled the situation with customer service as a priority. Being in the service industry myself, I was very impressed with their friendliness and how they treated the situation and went above & beyond to not only correct the mistake but gave me an extra treat “for my trouble”. Listen...mistakes happen and it’s not a big deal but again, I was just really impressed by the way the staff handled the situation and took care of it right away.

Tried this bakery for the first time a few weeks ago. I got the chocolate pecan tassie and it is hands down the best tart I have had. The portion was perfect and the tart delicious. My husband got a slice of the carrot cake which he loved. Will be going back for breakfast since I love the cafes cozy ambience.

My Reuben was tasty but very thin. The Turkey club was more mayo than sandwich and the loaded potato soup was flavorless and too floury. The pumpkin spice cheese cake was okay as it had a light and creamy texture and good structure but was also lacking in any significant flavor. Even the green tea tasted like a dirty cup that had not been cleaned since the last chai latte was in it. The staff members were very polite and helpful.

The coffee and cinnamon roll combo is something I could order everyday. The breads are so good and their retail options are super cute too. Always a great crowd of good people.

I truly do love kneaders, however after getting the kids all excited for French toast in a Sunday morning, we packed that family into the car to learn that it wasnt open. Not just that Sunday due to maintenance or anything EVERY Sunday. Who does this?!

Love this place. Super tasty sandwiches and amazing desserts. A little bit on the pricey side, but I cant really find a better pastrami and swiss anywhere else. Kids love the huge raspberry croissants, I really like the German Chocolate bread pudding.

Best pastries in town! Theyre always delicious, irresistible and consistent. Only complaint is that they sell out of my favorites earlier in the day, like the cinnamon bread. To die for!

Breakfast sandwiches are good, but a bit too salty. Pastries are delicious. Service was fast and friendly. They don’t have wi-fi, though! I had hoped to finish some work before an appointment, and had to scarf down my sandwich and go to Starbucks.

This was the first time my office staff of 6 ordered from this place & it will definitely be the last! Every single salad had wilted lettuce & the dressings were rancid. Absolutely disgusting, cant believe management would allow the food to leave the establishment in this condition.
