Every time I go the store has fresh produce and every employee is always extremely helpful.

The highlands ranch whole foods is my favorite location. The staff is phenomenal and they always have a great selection of fresh meat. Everything in their bakery is delicious, best New York style cheesecake! They always have beautiful house plants as well!

The store is always clean. The shelves are organized. It is a great place to drop off any Amazon returns you may have. The flowers are fresh and they frequently have new fruit for my kids to try out. I am also impressed with the amount of local Colorado products that they carry.

Normally people ask me what I want and wait until I say a specific item. The old lady (dark brown hair, about mid 50) at the bakery was yelling say that again 3-4 times in a row as soon as she saw me without even asking what I wanted. The voice was loud enough to withdraw other shoppers attention.Yes, there are many other workers friendly and willing to help at this store, but she ruins all their effort.

Shopped today and am really surprised by the amount of rotten food in the produce section. It was hard to find a package of strawberries that wasn’t moldy, I thought I did but still ended up with a few fully moldy ones and the rest that have to be eaten ASAP. and I also bought a gallon of milk with a sell by date of today, frustrating and took extra time to be sure my food would last the week and I still ended up with some stuff that I’ll have to consume immediately.

BEST pizza! This Whole Foods makes the best pizza. The associates working in the meat department are always super helpful as well. Great Whole Foods!

This review is about how this store processes Amazon returns. I returned 2 items on Monday this week. The girl that helped us scanned both items, confirmed what they were and told us we were set. (They wont give you a receipt for your returns, they say that you will get the email right away). Its now Friday, my Amazon app says my item hasnt been dropped off for return yet. I just went back in to ask an associate what they can do. She told me that I can call Amazon on my own time, even though it was their mistake. This is truly AWFUL customer service. I will never return an item here again. My item and money are now completely lost.

Just dropped off Amazon returns and seriously, Erin may be the most pleasant person with whom I’ve ever come in contact. Thanks for the smile and wonderful attitude.

This is a well stocked market with a friendly and very accommodating staff. The prices are well above average, but the quality is excellent. Finding sale items is always your best bet. A nice place to find occasional treats for yourself, but not a place to do your everyday shopping unless you have excess means to do so.

Very rude staff in bakery and checkout. Older woman checking us out in express lane kept yelling after me when I was inquiring at another counter. Not willing to help with basic questions. Salad bar has no available basic condiments.

Navigating parking lot can be tricky at times. Speed bumps are Mt Everest size. Staff could be friendlier. Prices are a little high but not ridiculous unless you want filet mignon.

I have been a devoted Whole Foods customer for many years so I hate to leave a bad review but I am hoping that my review prompts a change to your policies.I came in to your store on 12/5 with my mask on as per usual these days. I got my groceries and rounded a corner in the dairy isle and came across a 50 ish year old woman without a mask! This startled me so much that I stopped in the middle of the aisle and did a double take. How is this possible during the peak of this pandemic?! I asked the lady why earth she would not be wearing a mask and she told me that she had a medical condition. As a medical condition ( I am a PA working in urgent care) there is no medical condition that precludes you from wearing a mask. She should get her groceries delivered!I spoke to a very nice supervisor who told me that if a customer simply states that they cannot wear a mask, they dont have to!This puts your customers at significant risk and breaks a State mandate.At the very least, if there is a customer walking around in there without a mask at least let us know before we walk in!Thank you

The elderly woman GAIL at checkout not only was extremely rude to me but to my family.She has the great customer service attitude with the woman infront of us and the moment we came to check out her attitude took a 180. She was rude, raising her voice and unhelpful when I had an issue with my Amazon prime account scan.I dont know if it was my tattoos, my skin color, or the fact that I am a girl with short blue hair but this is the most unprofessional cashier at a whole foods that Ive ever dealt with.

Was in on Monday afternoon. The fish monger was very rude, argumentative. When my wife didnt push the cart all the way into the holding area the person outside yelled at her. Will have to drive the extra distance to Southglen. They go above and beyond to help customers.

We get Keto Bread here and it is very good. One of the few places we have found that carries it. Also, excellent selection fo normal baked breads in many unique flavors. Awesome!

As a 75-year-old Senior, I appreciate the care that WholeFoods takes to ensure that all shoppers wear masks and that there’s adequate space between shoppers in the check-out line.

A little too expensive for everyone to shop, although they did have creme fraiche that we could not find other places, could have some beluga caviar, though..

Their employees seem to get more unhappy every time I shop here. Ive been shopping at this location for years now and today was the final straw, the cashier was bagging and as soon as a bagger became available she came over to help. There was some lettuce sitting out so I said to the bagger, here Ill put the lettuce on top in this bag because I had a small cart and otherwise too many bags wont fit, I had to ask her to hand me the lettuce 3 times, then she acted as if I had done something wrong and then just started aggressively throwing my produce into a bag on top of my lettuce, I said to her im sorry if I upset you and she just said oh and kept doing it, I just spent 200 dollars on groceries at your store, that was uncalled for.

I was afraid that once Amazon purchased Whole Foods the customer service would diminish along with the quality of the products, and I have now seen both. The guys that work in the seafood department at the Highlands Ranch location are horrific. Is working at Whole Foods so difficult? Isn’t Amazon capable of providing its employees with courses in manners, courtesy and basic customer service? They are rude, always pushing me to make a decision quickly (as though I’m wasting their time), wrap the fish terribly, and are unfriendly. Each time I need a piece of fish I dread going in there.

Googls navagatio to the Whole Food on Union failure, ends with no store but there are condominiums. Google failed.

Went to buy some seafood today and I had a bunch of questions. Nathan begins the counter was so nice and patient!!!! We were probably super annoying! We will definitely go back for his expertise and great customer service!

He seems like an absolute nightmare. Google should have better tools to help have reviews like this removed. Especially when there are multiples.Back to the store. The bakery is the best place in town for your bread. Dont even bother going to the aisle to pick up a prepackaged loaf.

This Whole Foods is definitely one of the better ones in Denver; their bakery is always fresh and have a wide variety of baked goods that other Whole Foods don’t have. They also have an awesome salad bar with perfectly prepared vegetables, both roasted and raw. Finally, unlike other Whole Foods in Denver, they have a showcase or local truffle candies in their bakery! Some of the truffles are also vegan! The only negative thing I have to say about this location is that the employees leave their supply carts in the center of the grocery isles, which make it difficult to get around. Other than that, a WONDERFUL location.

Best place to shop for hard to find vegan and organic foods. Just Egg is under 5 dollars, they have the best vegan jerkies, and those Chicken of The Woods mushrooms!

Always out of everything or they just don’t carry anything. Do not go to the coffee bar. It is not a wfm coffee bar. More like hotel coffee.

I love soup and I have found that whole foods has pretty tasty soup. However they reheat and put out the same pots of soup for days on end. Soups containing sea food nevertheless. I called the store and asked if they put out fresh soup daily and the store manager told me that the do. I explained to her that I was there on Sunday, Monday and Thursday and the same pot of clam chowder was put out. The pot was @ the same level that it was on Sunday and every other day I went so no one was buying it. By Thursday the clam chowder consistency was now watery and not thick like clam chowder should be and what it started out like on Sunday.

Last week we bought some chicken salad from this store. I threw it away because it had a long white hair in it. None of our household has long hair (nor white). Yesterday we bought a huge bowl of fruit for my dads birthday dinner and it had a fly in it. Nice and juicy from the fruit. Yum! This place is disgusting. Much to whole for my taste.

They have a line to the back of the building and one register open and they 4 employees standing near the front door. I came back here to give them a second chance and the cashiers are rude they were yelling at me for being in the wrong line. I just walked out and didn’t make a purchase. They need to put there people through customer service training the guy who got my pizza was a jerk too.

I have to say this store have got great selection, and helpful people. Its clean and a nice place to get coffee and sit after shopping. Good prices clean and well stocked.

Instead of telling me the truth they pretending they still wanted a 2nd interview with after I missed the first one for very personal reasons. (1st one went really well! Juuust to get there and be degraded and turned down by Chris from produce anyway. Waste of my precious life.And get THIS I interviewed with Chris instead of brain cause Brian was gone that day because of an EMERGENCY. Which obviously all low level workers are immune to. Remember this people crisis isnt an excuse in food service unless youre the manager.P.S. : 90% sure it was deliberate because theyre all about protecting feelings, but deep down theyre just as toxic and cutthroat as any other food place.

I usually have a good experience at this Whole Foods. They have pretty good produce and its pretty cleanly. Today however, during checkout the cashier made multiple remarks about having to unpack my bag that I put groceries in. She did so in a way that was snotty and rude as it was extremely troublesome for her to do so. What an inconvenience is basically how she made it.Pretty disappointing.

Prices are slightly lower since acquired by Amazon. Staff has changed and some newer kids that dont know proper bagging. Otherwise most quality of produce and meat is as it was.

It is a very neat place to shop.

It sounds hilarious now, but....I would go get the dessert before the place closed and everyone was so nice. The food is pricey but the dessert doesnt make me bloated.

Super friendly staff at this location. Sadly, hot lunch bar is not as varied as it used to be, and not as fresh. The hot bar at the Southglenn location is much better. The product selection at this store is also not what it used to be, for example in the tea aisle.

Pretty good Whole Foods, not as homey feeling as other locations. Would like if it had a pour your own kombucha bar. The hot bar is pretty good with a lot of selection.

Awesome staff, super friendly and helpful. It would be 5-stars if they didnt have such outrageous prices. I particularly like the fish section, it is 25% off whole fish on Tuesdays, and $1 oysters on Fridays. They also have a $5 ready-to-eat dinner on Tuesdays.

Customers are great , it gives me a great deal of inspiration to be around people who care about wellness and doing our best in this life. The workers on the other hand are sadly super superficial. They crushed my dreams because i was having a bad day and in my 2nd interview wasnt hired because I didnt have the right energy, but you did in the first (SMH makes no sense). Its sad and dont know if ill ever recover the love he once had for such a place. Now all i think about when i think about whole foods is toxicity and stress as my 2nd interview was driven into the ground by people rephrasing what i said. Im tired and has decided to give up on doing what I has found I can do while works on his bigger goals, serve people. I have no will to ever be in food service again, I was built up and subsequently destroyed. It wouldnt be worth posting if they didnt say i basically had the job. I believe it was deliberate, i just lost a lot of hope in my heart, i just lost the belief that people in my community want me to be front , center, and a positive force. Id rather be homeless then work in the food industry and i thought id have one chance to turn it around because i actually do LOVE food, its just the toxic people you work with. Seems that whole foods sadly, extremely sadly isnt above this.

Whole Foods market is our “go to” stop on long road trips.They always have great food, snacks and drinks that you can enjoyed in the store, which is always a relaxing atmosphere.

I am a little disappointed in this normally friendly Whole Foods. I came in Christmas Eve to grab dinner to go. I arrived ten minutes before closing. I had multiple employees approach me warning me that I had 8 minutes, 5 minutes, 3 minutes till THEY WERE CLOSING and going home. I felt borderline harassed. I get people want to go home to their families on Christmas Eve, but if you are open for business till 7, then let people get Christmas dinner in peace till 7. Disappointing service from a highly reputable store.

Its a supermarket thats very overpriced. The quality of the produce and meat is top-notch though. Im not an Amazon Prime member, but I believe that since they purchased the grocery chain you get a discount there if you are a member.
