I usually go to the Einstein Bros which is on S Colorado Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO because the service and the quality of food is excellent. Today I thought of trying this store (Coffee & Bagels - Quebec and County Line) and the experience was horrible. The lady who took my order was really nice, helpful and courteous (The 2 stars is for her). I ordered an avocado toast and 2 sesame bagels (toasted w/butter) to go. I got them home and the avocado toasted bagel was slightly burnt. I thought it is okay. And when I opened the Sesame bagel, it was burnt a lot and we couldnt eat them (pics attached). How can the person who puts butter on these bagels was not able to see that it was burnt? Horrible experience. I will never go to this place....

Usually this place is great but today I ordered bacon egg and cheese sandwich. But I was given a sandwich with some sort of pulled pork?? I didnt even know Einstein had pulled pork. I was in a hurry to get to work so I couldnt even go in and get it fixed. Im incredibly bummed and disappointed. I dont know how someone couldve gotten this so wrong.

Went late morning today to get a brunch box for two in the drive thru. Lady taking the order sighed loudly after my husband told her our order before stating she had to make sure they had all the items available. It seemed like we were inconveniencing her by ordering that, but if youre still open, shouldnt you expect that to happen? And no friendly greeting at the window either when we paid. With some other reviews Ive read, I guess this behavior isnt a big surprise at this location. I understand if its been a long work day, but having that kind of attitude in customer service isnt acceptable and will lose (and is losing) you more business.

There was a guy working named Kyle and he was very unsanitary. He never changed gloves or washed hands, took orders at the register, touched his face, eyes, and head multiple times, then went and made food. He was also very negative to me and other guests before me. Worst Einstein experience I have ever had. There was two girls there that seemed really nice and showed EXCELLENT customer service.

I went to this Einstein on three separate occasions (around 1:00pm) and each time, the staff have been very rude. They are not friendly and seem as if they don’t want to be there. I gave cash and the cashier made it seem like it was a big deal. When she handed me my change, it didn’t go in my hand and fell on the ground. I then went another day and didn’t understand what the lady said though the drive through speaker, so when i ordered she interrupted me and said “i’m sorry, I said one moment” in a non called for tone. I love the food and drinks, I just wish the workers were more friendly and personable.

We eat at Einstein Bagels in another town in Colorado often, but we were on vacation (6.24.21)so we ate at this Einstein Bagels. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences Ive ever had.Upon entering the store there was a sign that said We require masks when entering and exiting the store so my daughter and I put our masks on. When we entered, there was a couple sitting at a table eating.The lady who took the order was matter of fact, not friendly, not too rude.While my daughter ate her bagel sandwich, the couple who were eating in the dining area left.I didnt like my bagel sandwich, so I purchased another bagel. When I took it to the table, and when I did so, a woman leaned over the counter and said, very rudely, You cant eat in here. I looked at her with confused expression. She said, Our dining room is closed. You cant eat in here.She walked over to the customers who were waiting in line, all of whom did not have masks on, and she was chatting and taking their orders.Needless to say I was quite upset. I didnt say anything. We looked around as we left and there wasnt a sign that said their dining room was closed!To treat customers like this is horrible. I am extremely disappointed.

I dont typically write a bad review on anything but when I went through the drive through. It took 30 minutes just to get to the place to order and another 30 for them to give me my meal. I ordered a breakfast bagel with bacon,. Egg, and cheese but when I unwrapped it. There was no bacon. This place was a waste of money and time. Dont go to this place

No seriously the slowest drive thru ever 20 minutes and I gave up didnt even make it to the speaker box. Normally would have patience, knowing that everyone short staffed problem, but this is beyond short staff issue. I could understand short staffed and everything is made fresh as to why its that slow for each customer, but no its all precooked food. It shouldnt take 20+ mins to put some shmear onto a bagel and give it to a customer. Even short staffed, shouldnt take more than 5 mins per customer. 2-3 minutes in reality. This is a management and organization issue, not short staffed issue.

Been here many times. This place is understaffed right now. They were working hard during the morning rush. Ordered mobile thinking that would help. It was the opposite. Ill never order by mobile app from here again. I waited next to the mobile pick-up for 15 minutes for my order. Turns out they had it at the counter. Probably sat there the whole time I was waiting. Watched a dozen people come and go. Frustrating morning.

I don’t usually ever fill these out unless the service is impeccable or continuously poor service. This is the third time they are not only out of bagels but the service is slow! The Castle Rock Einstein’s and the Highlands Ranch near Broadway always have lots of bagels and provide friendly service. 3 strikes you are out...will not be back to this one.

I tried ordering 3 dozen bagels for my team this morning. I asked for just a random mixture. I’m not sure why this confused the staff so much. There were probably 10+ people running around like crazy behind the counter. No organization or order. Just mad chaos. I’ve done this before at other locations and just grab a couple dozen with no problem. After they finally figured it out, I was told I should have ordered the day before. So I guess someone can’t decide on a whim to pick up bagels for their team, if going to this location. Not only that, they over charged me for them. I had already waited way too long for the order, so wasn’t going to stay even longer to fight them more on it. Do yourself a favor and either go to a different Einstein’s location, or choose a different bagel place all together. So annoying!!

As much as I like the bagels, this Einstein Bagels is never a pleasant visit. The staff seem to be annoyed being there. Theyre rude & unhappy. They take longer than other places. I had a reward for a free bagel & the girl was so dismissive in helping us redeem it so we just didnt bother getting it.

The employee with the sparkly mask was the rudest person I have ever meet. Not only was she rude to her customers she was mean and slowing down the order that went out the door. She was mean to her co workers who where doing their best. I was there for 30+ minutes and saw her almost make her co-worker cry. She is the reason I will not be back. My apologies to all her coworker she should not be there.

They literally never have anything on their menu and always try to sell me other things I am tired of waiting for half an hour in line for them to have nothing that I want its infuriating.The last 3 times I have been there they have never had my menu item.I even go extremely early to make sure they still have things I want they do not have them I suggest they black out those parts on their menu and stop tricking people.

I ordered a caramel cooler and got this. No whip, no drizzle apparently. I asked for whip and drizzle thinking it was a mistake or the wrong order, but the gentleman pointed out it was on there. That little squirt in the middle was the whip and no drizzle. Maybe they dont do that anymore, who knows. If Im paying $5 for a blended coffee Id like to receive all that it entails.The bagel was good though.

Ive been going to this location for years and this morning will be the very last time.Arrived to a line out the door and despite having 8+ people working only one person was cashiering. While the 20-minute wait just to order my food was annoying thats not why Im writing this review.I ordered my food along with a coffee. I go around the corner to get my coffee and theyre out of the kind I want. I politely ask one of the employees if it can be refilled and am told Im going to have to wait a while before this can happen. I think to myself, okay, ill wait for my food and ask again if it hasnt been done by then. 5-minutes later i get my food, and this time I ask a different employee if the coffee will be refilled soon. The employee literally looks me in the eye and says no, not for a while! and just walks away.Her tone and rudeness combined with the fact that I just paid for a coffee and Id expect to be able to choose whatever kind available was the whole reason I bought the coffee in the first place. Im not going to make a scene over this so I say, whatever Ill just get a different kind of coffee. And guess what? That ones gone too! Had to get some flavor of coffee that tasted like cheap 7-11 coffee in the end.If corporate actually reads these reviews you might want to evaluate your managers and their ability to maintain the restaurant. At the very least the employees should tell people, hey, were out of this or this, just fyi before we pay and get less than what we just paid for. Also, I know you guys pay minimum wage, but some of your employees need to be taught customer service skills, seriously.Whatever though, Im done with Einsteins after this morning. Quility of food and cleanliness of their facilities have been going downhill for a while now anyways so I guess so big loss.

This location has never quite gotten it together. With the current circumstances they are really struggling to be friendly and efficient. I would not recommend this location if you have any sort of time limit and the parking lot can be a bit of a mess. Try not to park near the drive thru and come with time to spare.

We drive pretty far out of the way for coffee and bagels. It’s the best of both worlds. My husband and I get to enjoy a freshly baked bagel and caribou coffee, which is our favorite chain. The service is great and they move through long lines both inside and through the drive. I would recommend going on an off hour or early in the morning for weekends.

Absolute worst run business, consistently, that Ive ever dealt with. Its right next to my gym and I go there almost daily. Every single time, it takes forever to get a bagel with cream cheese. Really? Today was the last straw. I pulled into the drive thru. No one else in line. I ordered, pulled up to the window while I waited 8 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Then i was told to park around front because the now, 5 cars behind me, were waiting on their orders that were ready yet my ONE BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE wasnt ready yet! What!? Just unbelievable. As someone who very much likes caribou coffee brand I can not stand this location. I have never had a positive experience, the cashiers are always incredibly frustrating and unfocused and are poorly trained (if they even are). The way it came up on our phone we thought it was a boutique coffee/bagel store. We were disappointed a bit that it was an Einstein Bagels and Caribou Coffee place. Food and drinks tasted good but was a little underwhelming compared to what our initial expectations were. Service was outstanding and the person waiting on us was extremely patient as we were making our order. Good place to stop for a quick bite or to sit down and can check up with friends.

Never had an order right by this location and its closest to where we live - a shame since my family loves Einsteins. Cant even count the number of screw ups and missing items. Ask for plain cream cheese and get a strawberry smear. No potato salad. Missing lettuce. Not toasted. The list goes on.

This place is really cozy and inviting. Caribou coffee is great tasting, and Einsteins has the best bagels around, so Im glad they combined.The people who work here are very nice, and my order was ready within 2 minutes, so Im impressed.Inside is not terribly packed with people, so theres enough space to hang out. The line for the drive through was barely moving, went inside and found a long line with one Cashier. Brandon, on 12/21 has to be the single worst cashier that exists. Slow working, unable to communicate well. We ordered a pastry and waited around 10 minutes when my girlfriend asked if it was ready, the gentlemen told us it was the cashiers duty to give it to us. He just watched us stand there waiting. Never coming back here, our total time waiting was half an hour

I have been to this location a bunch of times now. The asiago, and onion bagels hardly ever have anything on them. Wish I had pictures to show. The cashiers always seem to be a bit clueless when taking your order. I gave it a few tries thinking maybe that visit was a fluke. Not going back. Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. This was not the 1st bad experience, but it was the worst. On Tuesday morning at 7:58 am, I walked in to an empty restaurant, placed my order for a ham, egg and Swiss on a potato bagel to go. 9 minutes later, I still had no sandwich. I asked the server if I could have just a bagel as I was going to be late for work. The server walked into the back and never came out. The manager was working the line and didnt seem to have any sense of urgency.I left without a bagel or a sandwich, for which I had paid. This location is usually VERY VERY SLOW and I have friends who have had the same complaint. With so many choices, service, good service is of the utmost importance. Disappointed in Denver :(

I order several dozens of bagels to take to my offices for work and have always called first thing in the morning to have them ready when I pick them up. I called as usual to this new Einsteins location on Quebec and County Line and talked to the manager Ryan. I ordered my 2 dozen bagels and asked to have them in freezer bags. I get there several hours later and the bagels are not ready. Ryan tells me they do not take orders, which I have been told by other managers to please call ahead. So, he didnt have them ready and was incredibly rude. This is not the first time the service has been slacking. The last time I waited almost 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru. As we all know in business, customer service is everything. A manager such as Ryan cannot be rude to a customer, especially when they rely on repeat business. Do not go there if you need anything quickly or correctly.

My catering order had a flaw in it but to the rescue was Adrian Hill. I was very upset about the flaw but Adrian helped me and called to explain what happened and how he could make it right for me. I felt bad because I was mad and not being to pleasant but he took the criticism well and handled me with grace and patience and over all he made it right! Hard to access location... You have to know its there and plan in advance to enter the location. Had a mediocre customer experience, wasnt bad yet wasnt satisfying. Atmosphere was nice but temperature inside was cold on a cool day. Food was okay but they didnt toast our bagels like other Einstein bagels do... It must have been set on a 1 or 2... Barely toasted if you could call it that, more like a little warmed up. Coffee was ho-hum, not sure if it is a carabou thing or this location. All in all we had an unexciting subpar customer experience which is unfortunate with Starbucks diagonally across the street. Theyre going to have to up their game if they want to be successful at this location.

Drive thru is terribly slow. I spent nearly 10 mins in line with only three cars ahead of me. When they finally gave me my drink, it was wrong. I parked and went in. They didn’t acknowledge me for some time. Finally did and remade my drink. Gave me a cursory apology and sent me on my way.
