I don’t even know who’s fault it is at this point? Clearly they are understaffed and need more help but also it just looks like organized chaos while they try and make orders. We’ve been waiting for about 10 minutes now and watched people who ordered after take theirs. And the icing on the cake is the avocado on my bacon cheddar sandwich that doesn’t have avocado… Corporate, come back and train your employees please. Cross contamination is legit dangerous to some people, they got lucky this time.

Kat is amazing. We come every Saturday morning and it’s never the same without her. She knows our order, is quick, and so friendly! We come to this location for great service and awesome food.

Food itself from here has been decent. My complaint is mainly that this location continues to temporarily disable ordering ahead via the app. This has been the case for the past few weeks Ive tried to order ahead. Why bother having your location as an option in the app if customers can never order from you? Its pretty frustrating.

Heather was so nice and friendly. I did a silly thing (something along the lines of but not identical to forgetting to order my own sandwich in a group order…) and they sorted it out for me with a minimum of laughter (although well deserved) thanks you all!

Sure would be nice to have a gluten free options. There are none. Great smear, I just can’t put it on anything that you serve. Your company is missing out on a mass of people. This gluten free thing is not a fad or going away. Time to make a change.

Customer service really kills the rating of this place. You are rarely greeted, acknowledged when walking into the store. Last time I decided to time it, I was ignored for 7 minutes and 32 seconds. Second away from losing my business. They are never friendly or professional. Tried to avoid this unfriendly atmosphere by ordering online. All 3 times my order was very wrong! How hard is it to toast a plain bagley and put plain cream cheese on it???? See the photos.. this is what I received instead... ugh. Not worth going back for the correct order. Pretty sure, they lost me as a customer. Too bad, Ill miss the plain bagles.

Finest bagels and spreads is all I can say. As one enters the restaurant, all one can see is an array of fresh bagels of as many kinds as you can think of and the spreads, again of as many kinds as you can think of. Such wide variety of bagels and smears is hard to find. Every bagel is worth having atleast once and once you’ve had them, you’d definitely want to have it more than once. A single bagel is big enough to satisfy your appetite and taste buds. The smears that they offer are in great variety and each flavour is beautifully balanced and is always fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. Packaging is good too for take away orders. They are trusted for a lot of corporate and social events like breakfasts and brunches.

Order made completely wrong.HAVE SOME STANDARDS2 other customers had an issue WHILE my wife was there.Garlic doesnt belong on a apple cinnamon bagel with strawberry schmear...They switched our bagels in prep and added my garlic to her bagel, and cut them opposite of order.Also I get this all the time, and the Avocado/egg is why I spend so much on a dam bagel. So spreading a bit of avocado (compared to pics and previous orders) is insufficient for price.So my pregnant wife went to get our normal order because she was having a bad day and we love the bagels. Brought it home, to me working and we tried to eat them.Thanks for upsetting my prego wife...

Bravo, Kayla! I really like Einsteins bagels anyway, but Kayla made this purchase exceptional. I called my usual store (Quebec/County Line) at lunch time, as inventory dwindles, to see if they had a certain kind before I made the trip. They said no and have a good day. I called this Colorado Blvd. store and Kayla asked my time of arrival, baked them, had them ready when I arrived. Beyond that, she included thoughtful items with my order and hustled out the door when I almost drove away without the 2 mugs I had purchased. This is an impressive lady who made just buying bagels at a chain into something to write a 5-star review about!

Rude and impatient. We were ht only ones in line and they acted like it was inconvenient for us to be there ordering. On top of that they were out of plain bagels.

Slow service with many staff. AC is broken so they have big, loud machines that dont work. Cross contaminates bagels, drink machine is broken. Deeply disappointed by how this store has gotten bad.

Very attentive customer service quick to get your food and get out of there.

This place is terrible. The worst part is that Einstein has potential to make decent bagels, but the staff here just doesnt care. I will echo others complaints that the wait time can be outrageous even if youre just getting a single bagel (10-15 minutes for a bagel with schmear is ridiculous). This place needs serious help. Luckily for them people in Highlands Ranch have more money than taste and will likely continue to keep this location in business.

When Einstein’s was able to reopen, they opened with new management. It was totally different than the previous management & staff. Staff before were so pleasant, efficient & congenial. Now they seem to be struggling to keep up with less business. Today we waited 20 minutes for 2 chorizo sunrises. They were out of green chili & jalapeño bagels. My husbands was to have 2 eggs on his which I paid for; he got none. Mine was as ordered. This is so close to home, but we will look for another Einstein’s or hit McDonalds.

We love bagels and I keep going here and the service continues to be terrible. The girl with the blue hair is always annoyed and ALWAYS messes up our order. Every single time! This last time the lettuce was wilted and slimy (on the verge of molding). This place needs some serious help.

There were 6 people behind the counter, but yet it still took over 15 minutes to get 1 bagel. I could have made dough and baked a bagel in the time I waited. Look under the coolers and main counter next time you clean, theres a glove and tons of dirt under there. I can only imagine the rest of the place is just as dirty. No one seemed to concerned about getting food out fast.

5 employees in the kitchen/drive through talking and joking while customers lined up wanting to order. When asked by another customer if these any of these other individuals could help he was told that the employee at the register was the only one who could take our order.I wanted an ice tea, however when I asked where would I get a refill for a tea, I was told that there were no refills for ice tea. I told that employee that this is very strange and I dont know of any food establishments that do not give refills for ice tea. When I talked with another employee they also stated there are no refills for ice tea. Later they came back and told me I could. I told them that I wanted an ice tea and they pointed to the end of the line I was originally in. They waited until I pick up my order to give me the correct information. Then they stated that I would have to get back into the end of the line to order the ice tea. Very frustrating when this is supposed to be my relaxing moment. Not happy with services or lack of employee knowledge of products served by Einstein bagel.The cinnamon bagel also had a strong flavor of garlic. Not what I expected for a flavor on a cinnamon bagel.

Went in today to get two of the chicken tater breakfast sandwiches. Got told they didn’t have the bagel needed for the sandwich and that they didn’t know when they would have more because they were more concerned with getting the Asiago bagels made. They also had a very poor selection of bagels and pastries to choose from. I ended up going to the Einstein’s on University and Dry Creek. They always have all the bagels and pastries available. This is not the first time I’ve had to go to a different Einstein’s to get what I want. It would be nice if they could get it together and be better prepared.

Very rude employees. I went up to the counter to order, and not one employee out of 4 would help take my order. I was the only customer at the time, so they had no reason for that. When one guy did decide to come over, he then turned around to joke and talk to another worker about the furniture in his house. They carried on this conversation for a few minutes, before he turned back around to take my order. Not a thank you, or do you need a receipt. Nothing! He just turned back around to finish his conversation. This will be the last time I go to this location. Sorry to bother you, and have you actually do your job!

Good food, they were short staffed so it took 30 min to get a breakfast sandwich and they were out of the good coffee.

Prior to writing this review I wanted to give this shop the benefit of the doubt and see what others had to say first as maybe today was just an off day. Guess not!Shop wasnt busy, Ive seen it much much busier, so that wasnt it... Without wasting too much time on the details and keeping it extremely basic, they couldnt get our order right after four attempts. The only way I could have given them any clearer direction was to go behind the counter and show them by making it myself!Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence at this location and for additional insult, no matter how many times we, as Customers, have had to adapt to ensure they got the basics of an order correct, they continue to fail to execute on those simplest of requests.Hope EB is paying attention!

I work across the street so this is a super convenient location, Keagan is always there smiling and makes sure that my order is correct- love this Einstein’s!

We waited over half an hour for three sandwiches. It was not just us the restaurant was filled with waiting customers. No one was eating we were all waiting for food. When we finally got our food we had to get it to go and it was cold! Pick another location....hopefully you will get bettwr service because the service and food qualitu sucked at this location!!!

Love this place! The cashier was friendly, food was prepared well and in a timely manner. Place is clean and a nice place to meet friends for lunch.

The crew works very hard to get customers orders done quicky. This is a very busy location, so the bagels are always fresh! Get there early for best selection.

The Santa Fe breakfast bagel is amazing! Get it on a garlic bagel!!! This location is pretty nice, obviously busy on weekend mornings, but the line moves pretty fast.

Horrible. Waited ten minutes just to order, then they got the order wrong, no apology for slow service, and the staff all had a smug demeanor about them. This Einsteins is the closest one to my office but I will not be going back! The Einsteins across from Arapahoe High School is busier and their staff is friendlier and faster with a higher volume of customers!

While our bagels and coffee were satisfactory, the cashier wasnt very pleasant and I asked for a sweetened iced coffee and was given a black coffee and told where the sugar packets were in case I wanted it, more sweet.

Idiot dude with the long hair still put cheese on the breakfast sandwich I ordered, despite everything explicitly saying no cheese. Even mentioned it was due to allergy.

Wow. Cold sandwich. To fix it they microwaved it for 3 minutes. You know what that did. Restaurant was filled with smoke from burning bread. Just wow.

Stupid staffs: miscalculated $, did not put reward points into my card, lost my gift card after payment. Also Worst Nova Lox ever!

Good bagels, good prices, and good customer service. My only complaint are the sometime long waits, and the busy mornings.

This location has failed me 2 out of the last 3 times Ive been there. First time they gave my order away to another customer. I was almost late for work because i had to wait on them to remake my order. The last time they got my order completely wrong even though Id repeated it 3 times.
