I went in because the tire pressure light came on in my car. They aired up my tires, and had me out in under 10 minutes. Justin assisted me and he was very polite, and suggested I get new tires soon. He didnt try to sell me anything and aired up all my tires for free. I will definitely go there to purchase my new tires. Super professional and nice. I definitely recommend.

This place is AMAZING! Customer service goes way above and beyond. My car was making a ticking nose at 7:10 pm, i saw bay door open and pulled in. They been closed for awhile. The gentleman test drove my car, pulled all the hubcaps and then wheels, lifted my car up checked everything. Found out my wheel was cracked BAD!! Put my spare on the car, put bad wheel in car in a protective bag. Was always very concerned about not getting any dirt inside my car. Ordered me a new wheel. Charged me ZERO!! For emergency help after hours! I came back next week took tire off bad wheel put on new wheel, put spare in trunk. Had to wait a couple hours because it was after 3pm when i got there on a friday, and holiday weekend no less. But there are plenty of places walking distance from shop for dining and shopping. This is my new shop for all my car needs. And i live 50 miles away. Well worth drive for this kinda of service, skill and cost!!

I took a trip from Fresno to Hanford to run errands, upon arrival my tire pressure light turned on. I took it in to the nearest place which was this location. David checked all my tires and ensured we were safe to drive back home. It took very little time and their professionalism was beyond words.Thanks so much-

I came in at 11:00 am for a slow leak on right rear tire , I do see 5 employees gathered around frequently and I really do need to get back to work it is now 3:30 , I should have aired up my tire and drove to Billingsley Tire in Lemoore

I was on the road when my tire pressure warning came on, mind you I was on the 99 traveling from Fresno to Hanford on a medical appt. Get place these guys are working hard to get moving with your day. Had wheels replace told be done in a hour, they got it done a little pass the hour but they working hard, rushing to get phone calls answered while working on vehicles from shop to office. They even jog to the parking lot to get your car in asap. it was admiring to watch.

Got told that to replace my tie rods and lower control arms would be 1420 dollars. That is overpriced completely. For my car I can buy the parts myself for 400 dollars. Thats 1000 dollar premium im paying here for what? Tie rods are not overly hard to install I can knock it out myself or go to a local mechanic. Labor cost also came up to 400 dollars so they are charging 600 extra on the parts and 400 dollars labor what a rip off. Only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the free car check is cool ill for sure get the parts else where and done elsewhere. If you come here for the free check and all the small stuffs/tires but actual repair go to a trusted mechanic. Sum it up online tie rods full front set is 130ish both lower control arms 280ish from a trusted site. At les 291 and 191 install for tie rods. And 270 for 1 lower control arm when a pair is 280.

I love coming here for regular maintenance on my car. The staff are really great at making sure you understand their services and that youre getting the best care possible. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They either not torqued or over torqued my lugs after they balancing. My wheel studs broke while going 70 mph on 41. Luckily, I made an exit soon as I heard noises on my front wheel. A few seconds early or else it could’ve been way worse not just for me but everyone else on the freeway. My fender, lugs, wheel studs and brake rotor needs replacement and les schwab isn’t taking any responsibility even with proof they’re the last to touch my wheels.

I am a long time customer with Les Schwab and recommended my husband take our truck to the hanford location since he was in the area. Never again. The employees, rather than work efficiently to take care of the line of customers, were talking and wasting time with one another. For a simple oil change and tire replacement my husband sat there for over 3 hours as well as the other customers that were ahead of him in services. Needless to say we wont go back to that location. Very dissatisfied with the work ethic as other locations have held themselves to a higher standard of efficiency and customer service.

I stopped by to just have air put in my tires because I noticed one was low. While filling up the tires, the mechanic noticed I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it quickly!

This placed felt bias cater toward color of skin , I have my tire replacement for the forst time that took 4 1/2 hours , from 1pm to 530pm while I’m waited , I observed for the past 4hours , Mexican , black waited too long while white can easily go in and out in less than one hour. Majority of employees are white , the manager is white , this would be th last time I’m going to this place ... James has attitude big time !! I only went to this place because they do wheel alignment however it wasn’t done, they told me after 41/2 hours the alignment is not done due to age of the car , plus the spare tire was not done either perhaps the manager fixed the issues ...

I was pulled over on the side of the road with a flat! The manager of the store happened to be on the road and he stopped and made a quick call. Within minutes one of their guys had shown up to graciously put on my spare! They didnt try at all to drum up my business for the new tire..needless to say, I definitely took my car there to get fixed! Very appreciative!! Awesome job and a terrific random act of kindness!

Truly a 5 STAR PLACE! Yesterday I noticed my tire pressure light and alert come on saying low air so I went to gas station to put air and saw I had a huge screw in my tire! I put the air and drove home only to wake in the morning with a low tire again! So I took my other car to work and called around to get quotes on a repair or patch. Everyone was quoting $30+ dollars and that wasnt something I wanted to pay but I really didnt have a choice.... Well I got to calling Les Schwab Hanford CA and told them my dilemma and they said well we can surely repair your tire and it will cost you nothing! I asked the employee again what the cost was and she said FREE! I was so ecstatic and when I arrived they were the most friendly people ever! Offered me snacks and a coffee and repaired my tire free of charge and even shined my rim! Its rare that big companies offer anything free and to top it off be so nice! I will ALWAYS PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS from this point forward! I highly recommend you also give them a try!

Took my truck to have front end aligned. They aligned as much as they could, according to them, but said it needed bushings replaced. I took it back to have that done, was then told it needed new wheel bearings, and it would be $380.00 for the bearings. I pulled the bearings myself and all 4 (inner and outer both sides) were good. Wont be taking any vehicles back.

I love Les Schwab best tire company there is.I have a big problem with the one in Hanford CA though.. Ive never been treated bad at any other one I been to but this one in Hanford dont stand for wat Les Schwab stands for they only care about money an not helping ppl out just so happens everybody there is white David Smith is a racist.

This location rocks!!! The receptionist jolyne is very patient and helpful she took the time to go over prices and options with me very helpful and courteous! The manager Greg was awesome in helping me find a wheel I liked he even went out of his way to see other options at other stores in near by cities. My husband went to Les Schwab needing a tire repair. The customer service rep told him he was willing to do a free repair as long as the nail is in a repairable area. So, I met my husband at Les Schwab & waited around for the repair while my husband returned to work. About 10 minutes later, the customer service rep told me that the nail was NOT in a repairable area as it was near the outer edge of the tire. He said he can sell me two rear tires to match the front and gave me a quote. I told him I am going to wait on this & asked him which tire the nail was in. I was unaware of the location because I hadnt visibly seen the nail as my husband was the one who brought the vehicle in. Anyways, he pointed to the drivers side rear. So, I thought I would get a second opinion....I left Les Schwab and called my husband. I told him what the rep said. My husband said that the nail WASNT at the drivers side rear, it was at the right rear. I took a look at the tire and saw the nail at the right rear, IN THE MIDDLE and NOT at the outside of the tire like the rep told me. So, turns out the nail was in the repairable area. I found this to be deceitful as the rep probably thought I was just some stupid wife who would probably fall for this and buy new tires...Not ever going back because I do not like being lied to. Got the tire repaired somewhere else, saving hundreds of dollars...

I had a flat tire from a bolt that I had ran over. After deciding to drive to Hanford to the nearest Les Schwab, fully expecting to have to purchase a new tire for my new vehicle, I was surprised when the service man told me that my tire was repairable, and even more surprised when he told me there was no charge. I am use to servicemen and salespeople trying to take advantage of me being a single woman. I told several coworkers at my work and my children of the amazing service I received on a tire that was not even purchased from Les Schwab. Wow! They have my future business! In this day and age, this type of service is unheard of!

My husband took our Mazda in for an alignment and two tires, and he was quoted $381.69 including tax. A little more than we were hoping, but I get it, cars are expensive.He had to wait around for about 5 hours for it to be completed, conveniently at closing when he cant dispute the bill because they were closing up, and would have to email him a receipt. A receipt for OVER $535!!!Where did this extra cost come from? We certainly dont know, since the employee would not explain it, just saying, it will be on your receipt, and you agreed to this. Um, no. We agreed to the quoted services ONLY.The cherry on top? The car now has a check engine light that was not on before it was brought in for a freaking alignment. They should really consider changing their tagline from Doing the right thing since 1952, because that was certainly not our experience.We have still not received that itemized receipt detailing the extra expense.My job involves daily interaction with service departments all over the Central Valley as we maintain over 200 vehicles, and I have to tell you that this experience is unlike anything Ive dealt with from some of their competitors.

I came to see the price of a tire since I got a blowout early this morning and after taking it to the tire depot and them telling me that my under 1 yr old tire was not covered and i had to buy a new one I drove to les Schwab hoping to find a better price. I was surprised when they swaped it out and they told me it was a courtesy tire so it was free!!! I could not believe what i was hearing I will definitely come back and be a loyal customer

Rang me up a $500 bill to replace tie rods that I later found out werent even bad after taking the car to two other places for a second and third opinion. To make matters worse, I told the other two places (Billingsley Tire and Pep Boys) exactly what the suspected problem was and told them to find an issue with the suspension and they didnt find squat. I actually went to Billingsley to have the part installed but they refused to do the work because, and I quote, were not going to do work and take your money for a part that doesnt need to be replaced. The final conclusion was a bad alignment which cost me $98 at Pep Boys after my military discount and a free alignment check. So in the end I basically wasted 2 hours of my life that Ill never get back. PS- check RockAuto for parts before making these places charge you an arm and a leg for nothing. Cause the tie rods they rang me up for was $185 from them, $102 from OReillys (using the same part number) and $21 a piece on RockAuto.

Went in to have a tire patched they did very well and even rotated and cleaned the tires and gave us some new lug nuts because mine were stripped. It was all complementary!! Thank you Jesus and Adrian you guys did awesome. We will be back!!

LONG REVIEW INCOMMING...Took the wifes car for a free break inspection to get breaks and possibly rotors replaced. Upon dropping the car off, they said it will be about 2 hours before they can even pull the car into the shop to do the inspection. Seemed like a long time but, ok, it was my day off.2 hours later, they called me back only to tell me they couldnt do the inspection because the tires were bald and policy says that they cant do an inspection if the tires are bald. (Tires definitely had wear, but were not bald. Not sure how that would effect a break check, but what do I know?) No matter if the policy makes sense or not, policy is policy and theyre not gonna do. I get it. What bothered me the most was that 2 hours of my time was wasted and nothing was done to the car besides having the tires evaluated. Why isnt checking tire tread something that an employee can do in the parking lot before a customer leaves their car there for 2 hours?They wrote me up a quote for 2 new front tires. But I declined because I just couldnt afford it. The money I would spend on those tires were gonna be needed for the breaks and rotor replacement and we had to save up money for that. Unfortunately it just wasnt even an option.So now the wifes upset because now new tires werent in the budget and weve been needing to get this taken care of for her safety. So I called up PepBoys and explained our situation. They didnt have any policy about balding tires effecting a break inspection so obviously we were happy with that. The gentleman came out to the car to get some information and guess what he did? HE CHECKED THE TIRE TREAD RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT! He did say that the tires were near end of life and ONLY recommended that they be changed soon, but had no problem only checking the breaks and rotors. So we gave PepBoys our business and the wife is relieved that she doesnt have to buy new tires (yet).To wrap this up, Im gonna give Les Schwab 2 stars instead of 1 because I know those are good employees and Ive had good service from them before and I dont think it would be fair to give them such a poor rating based off their corporate office policies. Theyre just doing what theyre told. But feel like the simple task of checking a customers tire tread before they leave thier car for hours at a shop only for nothing to be done can really save people a bunch of time and patience. This should definitely be fixed.

As always no matter what les Schwab I go to Im treated very well and Hanford stepped up and took very good care of me when I blew a front tire out On i-5.I showed up at 7:30am and had my tire replaced and the front end aligned as it had changed. Got a screw in the thread of my Prius front drivers side tire on Highway 43. It was a small leak (ewww spit test), left the screw in, drove directly to Les Schwab Hanford. After drinking coffee and eating complimentary breakfast Popcorn the team at Les Schwab fixed my tire fast so I could get back to Covering the Earth in Paint (Sherwin Williams). I was expecting to pay $20-40 to patch the tire and they did NOT charge me for fixing the flat! Paid Zero! Wow! ...That deserves a Google Positive Review to tell my ten+ friends.

Worst place ever, had an appointment at 8am took 5 hours to do a 1 1/2 job. They called and told me it was done to pick it up and I came all the way down here and it still wasnt ready, the two times I came to get it no one was even working on it, and no one could tell me why. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would have gave 0 stars if it let me.

I went to this place to get a alignment done on my car as i was walking to the front door a. Service person approch me what do i need i told him i need a alignment on my front wheels and how much it cost he told me 83 something for all 4 i told him i need just the front ones and he told me 53 somethink. But when i told him that i just need the front ones he got offended and told me he couldnt do it with a nasty tone that he had no room. But yet they had no cars but one van getting alignment and it was bearly one oclok i always go to les schwabs in fresno to do my alignments on my cars and never had problems before with them. Till today he dint even ask me to come back or set a uppoinment for a different day. So i walk away and drove to fresno to a less schwab and they were super busy and they still did my alignment they dint give bs like this guy did u guys need to get better costomer service and not get offended for what costomers want done on their car
