Came in to get some air in my tire that was a little low, and Rick was happy to check all the tires. While I was there, I inquired about new tires for my Chevy Colorado pickup and Vanessa, the manager, was able to get me the same tires that came as original on my truck, and...I could have them in today. That was the clincher! I told her to order them and I would return when they were reroute. Rick texted me and told me that they were on the way, to come a little early so they could get ready for the new tires. The tires arrived as expected, and Rick replaced my tires. Afterwards, I made appointment for alignment. Thanks to Rick and Vanessa, who went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

Vanessa & Georgia are awesome! Very sweet, attentive and professional. I work in the same shopping center and drop off my car to get services done there and i never have any complaints. The mechanics are quick and do excellent work. I recommend this place, you wont regret it.

This shop has been taking care of my Honda CRV since we moved here in 2018. Ive always experienced great service, the staff are always nice, friendly and straightforward. Recently I took my car in for tpms check thats happened more than once in the last 3 months. Turns out there were nails in two of my tires that resulted in me replacing the whole set since they were pretty worn. I didnt have an appointment that day, but was able to leave my car and they got to it in a reasonable time. Melvin and Vanessa are who I dealt with throughout the process, and they were both couteous and straightforward, my vehicle was in and out within the timeframe they stated. Its only been a day but so far the new tires are running smootly and Im extremely pleased with my experience.If I could give one tip for improvement, Id say they should resolve their online appointment system. I was told it doesnt work properly so it could certainly cause frustration and confusion.

Appointments are useless. Sat for 3 hours for just a tire rotation which I made an appointment for. When I got up to ask how much longer it would be, my car keys were hanging in the window, who knows how long they were there for.

Dont recommend using Firestone in Hanford if you have a planned out day. Even with an appointment, they do not start working on your vehicle until significantly later than scheduled. We have had multiple experiences like this one, so I know its not a one time thing.

Good morning! I’ve been meaning to send this for a while now. On August 1st, I was making my rounds and part of my day consisted of moving a lamb from Hanford to Le Grand. As I was loading it up, I noticed my tire was a little low. Being around the corner from a few tire shops, I started calling. Les Schwab wouldn’t help, local tire shops wouldn’t help and I thought I was in trouble. Being in Ca in August means heat. And heat and animals in a trailer don’t go well together. I finally got to Firestone on my list and called. A sweet young woman answered, I explained my situation and she said “stop on by, well help you out!”So I get there and they’re busy! It seemed like everyone in the county wanted to get their tires worked on that day. A woman walked up and asked, “are you the one that called with a lamb?” I said yes and she immediately got to work. She called over a gentlemen working in the shop, they both took a look at it and said “give us 15 min”We were out of there with a happy lamb and a fixed tire in a half an hour total!I just had to take a second to thank Vanessa Powell and a gentlemen that goes by Charles H in the shop.Thank you very much for still helping those in need. I will make sure to pass it on to someone else!

I had the greatest experience with Stephanie she took care of me while only having 5 minutes before closing I recommend coming to Firestone in Hanford with Stephanie she really love her job and saved the day !!!

I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience, and that’s saying a lot since car trouble can be a costly and irritating experience. They are honest, I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and they help out if you just need to quickly put air in your tires.

Stated open, but wasnt when we got there

I took my range Rover there and they told me one of my tire had a nail so I had to leave the car there for 6 hours so when I went to pick up the car they told me that they dont have tires there they have to order it so they should have checked ther inventory when I brought the car the same time they cant just leave the car there for 6 hours then when I go pick it up they tell me they dont have another tire so I took my tire to another place they told me my tire dont have a nail it was a rock what a b******* they need to know what theyre doing I will never go there again very bad place no experience telling me my tire have a nail when I take it to another place it was a rock dumb s*** 6 hours I wasted for nothing

Brought in my car for an appt after a 10 min conversation earlier in the week, they didnt have the oil I told them my car needed bc they said the customer is usually wrong. Then after explaining that I had gotten a new rim bc of an accident, they didnt do the TPMS diagnostic like I had asked. The whole 10 min conversation leading up to making the appt could have been a 1 minute coversation with them telling me to just come in bc Im dumb and dont know what Im talking about.

Found this place on the internet late on a Saturday night while sitting in the Hotel. We had just go back from the softball fields when I noticed the groaning in the power steering and sure enough once parked, the remaining fluid dripped onto the ground. Was happy to see that Firestone was open on Sundays. Took it in first thing and Miguel walked me thought what it could be and the possible costs. I was hoping to be able to drive back to Bay Area that evening once my daughters softball tournament was over. Within a couple of hours Miguel called me to let me know the high pressure line had ruptured and the pump was completely out of fluid. He asked to proceed with only replacing the line to see if the system would hold pressure. Couple hours more and he called me back to let me know all was good and I could come pick it up. Much thanks for them getting me back on the road same day and for not taking advantage with the cost or increasing the scope of repairs to the pump when it was not needed, especially knowing that I was from out of town and needed to get home. Very good service and integrity.

Place is a joke. They never give you a time frame drop your car off early for hours and then the job is not done. Famous line is we are super busy and we may not get to it today come back tomorrow. Tomorrow when you return the same old story. Will never return here. This place needs help.

Weve used Firestone for oil changes and basic car maintenance since we moved to Lemoore three years ago. Theyve been great about helping us schedule maintenance and let is know when something can wait a while. All the employees have been great to work with.

They were helpful but to busy for me on a Sunday, they must do good work being so busy.

I always purchase vehicle lifetime alignment and tire lifetime balance. That combo has prolonged my tired tremendously as I take it in every 5K mile oil change. Friendly and useful staff.

They were super nice and fast to get my car ready. Place look very nice and clean and overall a great experience.

I lost my trust in this place when I brought my car in to get it timed. I tried replacing the timing belt myself but I was too chicken to try it and wanted a pro to finish the job. Unfortunately I brought the car in not running so... No proofs. Also high turnaround makes me feel like they cant keep the good people for... Whatever reason. Good enough for oil changes and tires but not much more

They did a good job on my oil change and tire rotation, but are very expensive. The overall cost for synthetic oil and the tire change was $110. As standard, they tried to sell me a battery that wasnt needed. Still though, the work was good. I may return, but will be looking for a more reasonable price next time around.

The staff are professional very experienced people. Snap is also very friendly and greeted a smile coming and going. They hooked me up with some great tires that beat everybodys prices in town. I guess Im unofficial spokesperson now for Firestone. Lol.

Two tires they sold me there were defective I had one replace under warranty. Then the other one messed up but since theres a new manager he just makes excuses so they wont warranty them. Been a customer for over 10 years and not planning to going back.

Been happily going there for more than 5 years. They are the only shop that has worked on my car since living in this area. My suv is 10 years old and before their shop i used one other firestone in so cal. Always had very good serv and car care. U deserve more than 5 stars 🌟 :)

Went in for an alignment on a Volkswagen that two other places said they couldn’t do, they were done in less than 30 min (although it wasn’t very busy), and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Had to bring truck back after simple service. Smoke from engine. Now battery is dying. Seems to be never ending problems after coming to these guys. Friends on facebook also seem to have badluck with them after being serviced. I would look elsewhere.

Took my car in because the fuel pump was on its last leg, no appointment just a walk in. The car got same day diagnostic work which confirmed my suspicion that indeed the fuel pump was dying, the new part was then sourced and fitted and on the same day all without an appointment! Fantastic service Firestone you have a new very happy customer.

So yesterday I brought my Jeep into this location with a very bad leak of radiator fluid. I was very pleased with the service in fact when I called earlier that day about 11 and tried to see if they had any appointments they said they didnt but I could try to do a walk in. I got there about noon and they said it was going to be a 4 hour wait to get looked at which i agreed to. I got a call about a hour/hour half later saying they found the problem and could fix it. When i mentioned how i wasnt expecting a call that quick they explained that one of the tech heard i was trying to get it done today and went ahead and looked at it. They completed the repairs of a new water pump, flush/fill, and a oil change plus fluid checks before the end of the day. As weird as it sounds, because of you guys i was able to sit in traffic today for base without issues or a worry that i was going to overheat and have to pull over and i thank you so very much. P.S. let me know when you have a deal on AC/heater repair because thats next on my list :)

Great food but be prepared to wait a very long time. I sat in the drive through so long I shut my vehicle off atleast 3 times and just sat there.

Was there for 2 hours waiting for an oil change I had an appointment. I asked how longer it would be they said they just pulled up your car so I asked how much more time they said 40 minutes so I just left whats the point of making an appointment? I would have to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change

My go-to place for tire rotations and alignment. Great deal on alignment (Sears auto center was basically robbing me of my money) and true to the client. At one point they took a very long time rotating my cars tires so they did not charge a dime.

Great service and quick drop off and pick up of your car.

I needed some stuff done to truck before alignment and they let me know what I needed and told me other shops would of done the alignment but they didn’t they were so sincere with me. Girls in the front are so nice.

Got tires for my Camaro SS oh yea

First time there and never going back. Dishonest about their prices and/or wont tell you exactly how much the work will cost or will leave out prices. Started at $200 and ended up paying nearly $600 for a tune-up.

Staff has gone the extra mile to insure the repairs that I expected and the safety concerns has been addressed. They are standing by thier warranties.
