They were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a very detailed explanation on what they had to offer me and at what cost.Vincent gave me the most reasonable, cost effective quote that he could. I had told him that Im currently homeless and living in my car. He explained that the tires I had my car where from 2009 (very dangerous, ticking time bomb) and that all 4 needed to be changed. He gave me a buy 3 get 1 free deal.They have credit finance that you can apply for so you can make payments.They also listed some other things they saw wrong during my alignment that they recommended I get fixed as soon as I have the money to do so.I recommend ATD to everyone.

I brought my car for an oil change as a walk in and the service was done very quickly at a great price. Jason and Richard went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and I didn’t leave with any questions about my car. I’ll definitely be coming back.

American Tire Depot in Hanford is amazing!! I went in to get an oil change today and the sales manager Vince Perez was professional, friendly, and accommodating. My car was in and out in no time, and I can tell they do it the right way unlike those fast oil changers (they never fully replace the old oil). I was so impressed that I thought I’d ask about tires and he let me know how much life my current tires had, showed me a few brand options and gave me an amazing quote on tires/installation/alignment, everything. I’ll definitely be coming back here for tires and oil changes from now on. I highly recommend this place!! A++

I had steering linkage work done on my Ford F-250. They were able to get the truck in the same day I called and and was told when to expect it completed and the cost of the repairs. The personnel were courteous, friendly and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Needed a tire checked because it was leaking air, Jason told me it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait as a walk in, but they got it done far quicker and at no cost to me. Needed the tire patched for a long trip that day and the les schwab across the street told me with an attitude that it would be at least 4 hours before they could even get to me. Jason and the team here at ATD were super polite and professional; Ill be coming here for anything I need from now on.

I wasnt really sure I had the time purchase new tires but the management help me find the time by offering to give me a ride back to my job and pick me up when my new tires were installed.. it was very nice to see a friendly company take time out for my busy schedule it was very refreshing.. I look forward to my next visit for all my service needs..

Arnoldo and Vince were great. Got a great price. Only downside was it took longer than expected because the district manager showed up and loaded the understaffed crew with more work. The local guys were awesome though.

Tires were worn after 5 years of use, needed a new set. Joseph helped me decide what tires were best, and set me up with an appointment. The Tire Depot team quickly put the new tires on aligned them. My total was almost $200 lower than the other closest tire shop. Great customer service, great prices, and quick and helpful staff. Definitely recommend, they found themselves a loyal customer. I know nothing about tires, so when I went I go into a place to buy a new set and all the bells and whistles I hope the person helping me has great customer service and isnt gonna try to make me purchase something unnecessary just because Im a woman. Joseph, who was actually on his 1st day of work was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and definitely made my visit great. The entire staff that day was great as well. I appreciate you all helping me out. I will definitely make the trip from Visalia back to Hanford to get service again.

The price is right, but buyer beware, you get what you pay for. It took four hours to get new tires on my carolla. Then they blatantly lied when I complained about the time, having come back from the movies. The sales guy said, oh they are putting on the last tire and balancing and you will be done in ten minutes. I walked outside to the restaurant next door and there was my car with NO TIRES ON IT!! Needless to say, it wasnt ten minutes. I was livid. Please dont lie to your customers, especially when they walk outside and see the car with no tires! Bad way to treat paying customers.

The gentlemen their who helped me were friendly, I took my truck in for headlight bulbs. Also a few other adjustments were found so they fixed. I was back on the road in no time. Thank You American tires.

Super customer service oriented. They were prepared for my appointment, offered written specs, shuttle service. Timing was off. I was told about an hour and 1/2 and it took well over 3 hours.

I have my car service with American tire depot for over 7 years. All services done perfectly and affordable. Tire, wheels, oil service, breaks etc. don’t go to car dealer, they’ll rip you. American tire depot is the best.

Very friendly and professional service. Both Seth and Richard provided outstanding customer service. They were willing to answer all my questions and offer sound and reasonable suggestions. Ironically Yelps had a 3 rating online but what I experienced was a 5 plus Service. More importantly the price I had paid was 500 dollars cheaper than my regular shop for the same tire. I will be returning for my other vehicles.

This is the worst place ..they dont even deserve 1 star..I had 4 tires replace it took 4 hours ..then I got home I noticed they forgot to put my wheel cap back on missing 2 lug nuts ...I live 50 miles away...so I call talk to the manager he said he would call me back when hes employee got back from lunch never heard from him ..so I call again he went home..so I called and talk to the assistant manager he said he would call me right back ..never heard from him too...I dont now how they stay in business treating people like this ..so Im with out the center cap ..

Made an appointment at 10p.m. on 4-9-21 for 4-10-21. Arrived and tires I ordered werent there but ended up getting better tires at a cheaper price along with all the included services and the alignment! The service tech even showed me some minor issues with my suspension that I was not aware of! The guys there are very professional and efficient. Richard even fixed a check engine light that came on (unmetered air code). A. Diaz-Collado and R. Avalos are outstanding people and they have gained a customer for life. I will never go to the dealership again for service. If you want great prices, people, and service, go to ATD!Talmadge

Everything went pretty good. The guys there were very nice, very professional. Helped with the price a little bit. The only issue i had, i was told that i would be called when the inspection and when the job was done. Didnt receive a call both times. Overall its still a 5. Looked kind of busy and they got the car done sooner than expected.

**** Buyer Beware******This is the type of shop that ATTEMPTS to make repairs based what repair service cost MORE first and they work their way to the least expensive repair last...Took my car to fix a vacuum leak that was causing my car to choke and turn off which apparently took $700 to fix and after multiple attempts to fix the car, it is STILL not working and Richard actually told me they couldnt fix it and suggested that I take it somewhere else! My car has been parked for the last couple of months and I am now stuck disputing the transaction through Synchrony to get my money back since American Tire Depot has not fixed my vehicle!! They do an okay job on changing tires though, it was my mistake to trust a tire shop for a general repair!!

I have many things done here. They are always very accommodating and on the ball.

Rich is the best not only did he help in finding me the right tires and a great price, but he made sure it got done when I needed it going above and beyond when there was a mistake in the ordered tires. I didnt talk much to the rest of the team but from what I did they are friendly and helpful too. They alway make sure we were taken care of!

Awfull, Sorry to say ,I bought 4 tires for my rv , they never offered the buy 4 get one free offer, got charged full price. Took my GMC Truck there later for 2 new front tires , Vibrated like crazy, I brought it back and they said tire balancing machine was broke and would call when they got parts, never called me , took to another shop for balancing they said they were never balanced or done incorrectly. The Bridge stone tires I got were defective and out of round come to find out.They will not honor tthere tires

I called before coming in to a scheduled appointment, and a clerk said I’ll get a call back to see if they have the tire on stock. Two hours later without a call back, I gave the shop a call again, this time they left me hanging on the other line for more than 10 minutes without any kind of explanation. This shop lost my business at that point. I called Carrol’s Tire Warehouse soon after, and they are already installing the tires I needed as I typed this comment. You can definitely appreciate good customer service after experiencing a bad one.

Hello, the tire shop manager was less then thrilled that I bought my tires online. I selected this tire company because it was an option on the check out after buying and they were close to my house. from the start the manager was having trouble on installing my tires and even ask to keep it overnight. when I picked up the next day I drove it home and discovered they had possible pulled and starch the sidewalls so munch, the tires had a bubble on two of the wheels. when confronted he did say it may have been caused be the tech installing, and that he would look to replace the two tires. week past by and no word, I then have to go to the store to confront him but he tells they have located them and is waiting for another store to end them. at the store the manager ask if I needed any tires and if so I could buy them from him and off set the price of the tires he destroyed. then he ask me if I could buy them online because he does not deal with that brand. I tell him no, and he says he will call me when the tires come in. one more week pass and I am forced to go into the store and look for him. he was not their and would be off for the next day or two. four days later I get a call, but I did not answer it I am done playing games and bought the tires myself. I will never use this company again.

Pretty pricey depending on what your going in for. I went in for my car brakes and rotors and all together was pretty high, but then again I had my car for 5 years and never had to replace any of these parts. My car now feels and sounds good.

It was after 4:30 pm Saturday when my daughter noticed one of my tires was making a loud noise. I look down and see a huge metal object sticking out of it. Went to American Tire and the guy behind the desk was with a customer but a worker named Johnny walked in & asked if he could help. Explained my situation and he checked my car and confirmed it couldn’t be repaired. They were having an amazing sale and although they closed at 5 pm they made the time to show me tires in my budget and put them on. Great customer service!!

Last time I took my vehicle they were saying stop by warranty if we dont get this done they cant guarantee it if you buy the tires there or bring it from somewhere else and you have a mountain stalled I mean thats on you but long say tell you but they give you this big run around like come on psychiatrists no different than mine I bought it from the actual company and now you give me a stiff

The man at the counter was excellent I told him I was there for oil change and transmission fluid change you said with the age of my vehicle that its not always good to change the transmission fluid and he recommended against it putting the customer first instead of the sell . No as far as waiting time I would recommend leaving your car and coming back when they call you as it took me over 3 hours and another gentleman that was there said he was there for almost 8 hours.they do honor their coupons they do honor their sales ads and theyre very kind and caring. I would highly recommend them other than the waiting time I recommend that if you dont have a lot of time to weigh that you have a friend go with you to drop the car off and take you back to pick it up.

Awesome service! Called for a quote and found their prices appeasing. Went in the next day for 4 new tires. Went to leave and they forgot to give me my spare back (I didnt know at the time), but one of their mechanics spotted it, stopped me, and made sure I got it back before I left!
