I paid to have my wheels get new rubber. Mounted and balanced. Been a dream to finally get wheels for my car. They dent the passenger side of my car pretty bad with the lift. Didn’t even say anything. Just told me. Everything was ready to go. Top it off. On way home. I learned they didn’t even balance anything. My car is all over the place. Practically hopping. It was a straight shot from their shop to my house. That didn’t stop it from feeling likely went from treating myself to hard earned wheels. To firmly grasping my wheel so I didn’t swerve into another lane. If this would allow pictures. I’d have them up with this. But a single star will have to do. They seemed really nice. Sad it was only to cover up the fact that there is damage to the side of my brand new to me car. I will only be returning to get compensation for damage to my car and time lost from work cause now my only vehicle is no longer drivable.

I have been going to Tires to go a couple of years now and have had excellent service the staff there are all very friendly and the service was fast I was surprised at some if the recent reviews I couldnt believe the reviews about not having there tires torqued every time I go my tires are balanced and torqued correctlyThe prices are great and overall the service is great I will continue to go here and refer friends!!!

They started putting tires on my car someone else came to the business they took care of them and left my car sit another person came they also took care of them the guy name was Pablo he was a very rude young man I will never go back

Save your money and go somewhere else. I purchased 3 used tires with half tread life left. They broke my stem had to pay for a new one. They’re balance machine need to be calibrated. My care was still shaking. So I just got tired of the BS and got new tires with a balance and my car was riding smooth again. Like I said don’t waste your money here.

The women answering the phone has zero knowledge in the industry she is working in. She could not understand the tire size after have given it to her 7 times. She also asked if I was going to need tires and I told her yes thats what Ive been asking her for the last 17 minutes. She was so lost

Minus rating! Rudy kept car for over a year! Used it as his own personal vehicle! Now has more needed to be repaired then when it was first drop off. His girlfriend even kicked in the driver side door. Had to call police for domestic standby because he didnt want to give car back. Weve also have had tires blow out on us from him! Hes crooked, unskilled, and dishonest!

Last year bought a brand new set of tires from tires to go today I tried to buy another brand new set of tires for my Ranger I was told to call Rudy the salesman and I got his answering service was not hooked up yetcall the shop back up and the guy tells me to text himapparently it seems they do not want more business its too bad I really like going there will have to look for a new place

They advertise oil changes...they neglect to tell you there is no oil in stock..so you sit around for over an hour for it to be delivered..not a good day!!! they dont deserve one star..all though the staff were great..friendly...

Do not go to this place they tried to tell me that they didnt do refunds when on the receipt itself had a return policy. First the owner himself was rude. Second he lied about the return itself saying you cant return. Third the customer service rep didnt disclose the info. That he was supposed to cover for us. We had to call and literally argue with him to get our money back and we paid cash. I strongly recommend to not go here hopefully this helps the people that arent trying to haggled.
