The following is a 100% true story. I had damage on the left rear side of my vehicle. A reputable local dealership level body shop gave me an estimate of over $8,000 and told me 3 weeks. I visited Chase at Details and Dents and he said $2,400 and 1.5 weeks. I picked up my car today. Absolutely phenomenal experience. I mean every single thing about the entire process - from dropping my car off until picking up - was literally as top notch as I could ever possibly expect. The customer service was straight through the roof. Chase and Brice were ridiculously on top of everything. The communication was superb. They were right on it as far as time frame. And the work done was perfect. You can’t tell anything ever happened to my vehicle. Even the wash they gave it was immaculate. They were literally life savers. I cannot recommend this place enough. Seriously. This place is the absolute bomb. Chase embodies what it means to run a business. I have to give super duper major props to this place.

Absolutely awesome detailing, my Jeep looks brand new again! They were patient and detail oriented, especially considering the amount of white dog hair that I had in the back where there’s black carpet!

These guys saved me!! After spilling a gallon of liquid soap in the trunk of my brand new 2021 Audi S5. Pulled out the carpet and cleaned every drop. Looks like it never happened. Super friendly and professional. They did a great job with my minor dents. They used a paint pen on my scratch, which made a big improvement. The scratch is still very visible though. I think they might have done a little more to smooth out the surface after the paint was applied. The paint they applied sits proud of the surface, creating a shadow which draws attention. If curing time is a concern, they might have suggested I bring it back at a later date for further remediation. Overall, Im happy... Just not delighted. Thus the 4 star rating.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience with my truck being detailed. I really wanted to like this place because its veteran owned & Im a Vet. Disappointed at the lack of detail, miscommunication, time because it took 3 days for a 4-6 hour job. I shouldnt have a better eye for detail than the DETAIL shop & I dont like things changed from the initial inspection & what was agreed upon. Glad I didnt pay the $1400 dollar Ceramic coating I considered getting. There are alot of details and I dont want to write a book but its a thumbs down for me.

They not only got my car looking like it was fresh off the lot, but they did it super quickly. I will be using Details and Dents for all my future car needs.

Our experience with Chase and his team was superior. I was fortunate to have a friend recommend him and right away I asked for his expertise. He replaced both headlights with new lights and covers, replaced my interior mirror and completely detailed the Volvo to perfection. Honestly it looks brand new interior and exterior, clear coat, no scratches and super new car clean. Chase and his team are great! Professional work, reasonably priced, great customer service and completed the work on time! They fixed up my Honda Odyssey so it looks like new. They fixed a front fender, a rear quarter panel and light and a chipped windshield. When I then had an issue with my Honda Civic that could have compromised my safety on the road, Details and Dents is the first place I thought of. I was close to the shop so I stopped in at the end of the day. They stayed late, fixed me up quickly and got me back out on the road safely in no time! I will definitely be using them again. Hopefully next time it will be for a detail and not a dent! 😉

They fixed the front bumper on my 2002 BMW. I hit a pothole in the road. My front bumper was damaged on the front passenger side. I tougher i was going to have to buy a new bumper. They fixed my bumper Within an hour! They are extremely quick and their prices are reasonable. Check them out!!!

I consulted with Details and Dents, through Shane, promptly following my new car purchase. Shane walked me through the options, pluses and minuses, costs and benefits, of coating the exterior and other aspects and alternatives. We came to a plan and I was quoted a very fair price and we set a date for me to drop off the car. Following up I requested additional services but Shane didn’t charge anything in addition. I went to pick up my car today and it looked twice as new as the day I recently drove it off of the dealership lot. I was also instructed on how to best care for my car’s health and appearance.
