I had ordered and received a cab spoiler for my ram 3500, it was in raw finish, I stoped into benson body shop in greer and spoke to a very pleasant young lady at the reception window, she then referred me to Derrick the man in charge of the body shop, I told him I needed my cab spoiler painted and he said yes they can do it so I left it with him, I received a call back a few days later and was told the job had been completed, I picked it up and was amazed on what a great job they had done ,it was a perfect match, I have purchased many cars and trucks over the past 18 years from benson CDJ. And was always impressed, now I can add the body shop to the top of my go to list, thank you very much mr. Repaired my truck in less time than they said and everything looked great. I think the truck was actually cleaner when I got it back also. Friendly helpful folks that do great work!

Went to get an estimate. Had to call multiple times to get it. They claim it was emailed... I gave them another email, still nothing. I called back up there no response. All they had to do is tell me they couldnt do it.

They will do everything to make your car the way you want it even if they get something wrong they will admit it and do everything to try to make it right

Derrick Mann was very professional and courteous, and the body work they did was great. The only issue was that after we received my car back one of my brake lights was out, but Derrick actually met me in Anderson the next day and fixed it. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

I typically never leave a review unless I am just completely disappointed in service or have my expectations blown away. I was rear ended, and brought my truck back to these guys because it was close to the accident and I had purchased from them. Best experience I have ever had in this situation. Insurance company has been a complete nightmare fighting us every step of the way. Thankfully these guys really stepped up and helped me through the entire process. I had a small bump up in my Fiat and came up to the body shop on a Saturday. Not knowing they were not open on the weekends, but there was a guy there working in the office, who came out and looked at my car. He scheduled me the up coming Monday without an appointment and got my Fiat out in three days looking good as new. Great customer service!

What a friendly, professional staff they have at Benson Collision! My experience was everything you could possibly wish for. The timetable was communicated to me upfront, and my car was ready to be picked up on the promised day. It was in pristine condition when the repairs were completed.

Dont bother. Just DONT.My car was suppose to be done within 2 weeks, but something broke so they had to move it. Thats fine, totally okay. It was gonna be painted. They had been working 2 weeks to fix the hail damage and a couple days wont hurt.Suddenly they find more damage? And then its extended another week.... then another week.. Now another week.They keep finding more damage or something messes up? This is just ridiculous and fishy at this point.**UPDATE**Went to the Spartanburg center after being told there was a spoof in the paint by this place. Everything we have been told was lies.No extra damage, no spoof, and the shop my car is currently is isnt directly related to this one. Theyre taking up the excess of cars because this place has no idea what theyre doing. They had never even TOUCHED my car.

Bought my Dodge Magnum here last year...unfortunately it was damaged by a hail storm a couple of weeks ago. Their collision center works directly with my Ins company (State Farm) and they did a fantastic job! New hood, fender blends and PDR along the entire roof. Polite and always happy to update me on the repair process status. Thank you for making my Dodge Magnum look like it did before the storm!!

Wife had a little mishap in her car. Needing a bumper and some few other parts. Instead of bringing car in the shop for days to repair. The shop had everything painted and waiting for her. In about an hour we were back on the road with a new bumper and did not have to use our rental coverage! Great service.

Benson auto body shop did a wonderful job to restore our wrangler to its original condition after a auto accident. They were very prompt and kept us informed of the progress along the way. I would recommend them and would take my cars back to them in the future.

Beware, they will steal anything from your car worth over $25. Had my car repaired here and when I got it back my OMEGA Taser is gone from inside my once locked glovebox. Do not trust them, remove your valuables if you must use this company, otherwise, look elsewhere.

Great body work on my sons high dollar Jeep Wrangler Sahara, but dont trust Blake Bensch any further than you can throw him. He cost us a couple hundred extra bucks by not turning in the revised estimate to our insurance company until after the work was complete. He intimated that HE was our adjuster for the claim. USAA says no. He made sure he was nowhere around when we picked it up. Mr. Nice Guy turned into Mr. Hide Away because he knew I was furious with him for taking advantage of us. We should have told him to take the non after market parts off that our insurance was refusing to pay the difference for on the bill.
