Great family owned shop that does a great job. Treats your vehicle like they would their own. Ive been using Eastside for over 12 years with at least 5 different cars. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dropped off our car for repairs and Robert had my wife in and out just as he explained to her very happy with the work and price they do extremely good work and I wood advise anyone to try them. very pleasant to work with wife was excited when we got the call our car was ready early then expected .

Me & my brother both use this place when ever we got into car wrecks . The owner is really nice ,& honest especially when my brothers car was not fixable . We’ve been using this place the last few years & this will only place we take our cars. Made the mistake and took my car somewhere else once it was hell , but with them it’s never been a hassle . Needed minor work done. They were professional and quick. Made an appointment in advance and was out of there completely satisfied in 45 minutes. Fixed while I waited. Totally recommend.

Eastside Collision worked with State Farm to estimate damage to my car. In the end it was not repairable and my van was totaled. Robert and his staff were very nice. They were honest. There were a couple of things that bothered me. Mostly is was lack of communication by ECC. Seems like I had to initiate conversation with them. I had visited several times... I thought that would be enough to get the ball rolling.The other item was I never heard of an autobody shop that does not paint cars (that is the whole car). He said they were mostly a repair shop and did not have the space to take on full car painting. Wish I had known that before I went there. Probably my fault since I did not ask up front.Anyway I am sure they do fine work as evidenced from their reviews.Blessings,John 20:29

Unfortunately, lots of experience, all good, with this body shop.Ive known Robert for 17 years.I was one of his early customers when he started the shop at 14 & Pelham. He is a perfectionist.We have had my wifes cars there a couple of times, and our oldest daughters cars there TOO MANY times. Excellent work and excellent service every time.

I went in for a quote to get a simple quarter panel dent fixed and they said they would call me and email the full quote the next day with the price. A little more than a week later I have not heard a word from them. Seems like a cheap friendly shop just very disorganized

They priced fixing my quarter panel for my CRV at OVER 1,000$. I was paying for it out of pocket so I took it to another place and they fixed it for 185$. Im not sure if this place doesnt know what their doing or just tried to cheat a teenager either way I wouldnt take my car hear again

Horrible service. Hateful owner. Cursed at me and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!
