Paint job itself is not bad. Its a great price for what you get. Get ready to have overspray on your door trim, lights, and windows. I also had some run down paint on the edge of my hood. Just know what youre getting into

Took our car in to get painted. Signed a contract for the car to be painted the same factory color. Days later received a text stating it would be several more hundred dollars to get that color. 5 days after the car was suppose to be ready we went to pick it up and there was a large paint imperfection on the front bumper. Was told they could take some of the price off but it would void the paint warranty. Who does business this way? Would not recommend to anyone.

Sarah was great to deal with and prompt in communicating. That said, if you are looking for a quality paint job this is probably not the place to go. For the cost I think the paint quality is about aligned as any other body shop would be charging 2 to 3 times the cost. I ended up having to take the vehicle back for a 2nd trip due to some runs in the paint as well some other issues. Those issues were addressed for the most part but new issues were introduced that I am just going to handle on my own. Auto painting is certainly a you get what you pay for type of quality item. For the price I paid I am OK with work, no thrilled but OK. If you want a real quality paint job expect to pay a lot more than you will here. For me, I was painting a 20 year old vehicle hoping to get another 5 years or so out of it and I think this will work.***UPDATE: I have replied to the owner per their request and will update if anything changes.***UPDATE 2: As expected, Maaco did not respond to my email. They should not ask for information if they have no intent to respond. Pretty sad customer service.

Research prices on line. Specials started at 300. Then around 400-500. Took car convertible no body work. Touch up paint $1150, all car paint over $2000. Crazy. But the salesman was very polite.

My 2017 Ford Edge was rear ended. I brought the vehicle in and received a repair estimate of $2200 from Sarah. I chose the “elective” repair that would allow us to save some money using after market parts. When I brought the vehicle in Sarah was not present but Tristan checked in the car. I told him we had an estimate. While checking in he causally mentioned we were not in the system and asked for my wife’s information. He read through a contract and asked for her initials. Something about him gave me an uneasy feeling so I called the next day to confirm he would call us if the price we would pay would be over the quote amount. He then told me he had lost the quote and was billing us and the insurance company for the full amount of the settlement. When I told him I would pick the car up he said they had already started work and ordered parts that I would have to pay for. . He also told me that by law he had to fix the car to factory standards, Both untrue. I had been unable to find my copy of the quote so he thought he had me. I asked my wife to pick up the car and if they refused to give it to get a bill for what it would cost to release it. When she went to pick it up she found the $2200 quote in the glove box. When we presented this to Travis he said it was $1600 to low. At this time I had lost all trust in the Maaco and asked for the car. We received no apology but had to pay $220 to get the car back.

Highly recommend these guys for any body work services that you may need. Left my 2011 Maxima for just a full paint job with Urethane base/clear on Wednesday morning and got it back Monday afternoon. An extremely professional and seamless process for a very competitive price.

Black spots in white paint on 1 of 3 panels; store manager said they wont take care of it. Franchise owner happened to be there that day, he said he wouldnt do anything to take care of me either. The total was $456.02. I dont know about the rest of MAACO but Im going to stay away from any of the three that the franchisee owns - and make it known.

Get most of my paint business even tho i have to drive my cars 40 min one way. Quality is definitelly way better then spartanburg store. Dark colors turn out very nice.

Very professional and quality work. They gave a complete run-down of all the work and what to expect. No push or up-sale. They detailed the schedule and delivered ahead of schedule. The work was fantastic. Could not be more pleased.This was a complete repaint in original color. My care looks fantastic. Highly recommend.

I would advise anyone NOT to take your vehicle to this location. By far the worst customer service and paint job. They even broke a brand new grill that I ordered and observed myself in perfect condition prior to leaving it with them. Travis claimed that they find out it was broken when they were Messing with it yes! Thats how he word it out... not installing it but messing with it...The paint job sucked... very sloppy... I believe my kid would of had done a better job with a spray can... I give a star... otherwise I wouldnt be able to post my review... but dont deserve it! Sad my friend will have to consult an attorney now to have issue resolved.

I had another auto done here when they first opened using the special that was offered and loved the result, however this time around I brought in another auto and the deal was no deal, things changed a lot! I probably will not be back.

I was disrespected, insulted ,and received poor quality work with a worthless warranty. Do not take your car to the Greer Macco.Now the long story.On 10-7-19 I dropped off my 1996 Ford Bronco for a two tone repaint. I told them I wanted the best paint job they could do. A couple of days later they called and told me that the owner of the business said my vehicle was not worth enough for them to do this level of work to with out an $800- $1000 deposit before they would finish painting it. They told me this after they had sanded the car down for painting. To me this was very disrespectful and insulting. If they had told me this before they agreed to do the work I would have had no problem giving them a deposit. Two days after picking the car up I realized they did not paint the roof. It does not look like it was sanded and the only paint on it looks like some over spray. It does not even cover the original paint. The car is taller than I am and I cannot see the roof without a step stool. I called them and spoke to the manager who told me to bring it for him to look at. I showed it to the manager the next morning. He told me they did not warranty paint on fiberglass and seemed very happy with the crummy work they had done. The warranty papers I was given does not say anything about not warranting paint on fiberglass so I guess he just made that up. When they were sanding the car they left the rear window open and inside was covered with sanding dust which they did not clean up. I will have to pay another paint shop to fix the mess they made on the roof. In short I will NEVER take any more work to them.

Daily email to update status ready when promised and they all really care about the customer, was also 1500.00 less than other estimates I got! Didnt want to sale it because its AWD will go anywhere now looks better than new. Go see Travis, Sarah and Jasmine really will love there customer service! The bad reviews on here truly believe its another body shop trying to damage there reputation! Mine and the others who rate high are telling the truth. I run my own Roofing company and with me and them customers are king!! Exceeded my expectations

Great golly, WOW !! Took my Lexus to Maaco Greer because the car had rather severe crows feet cracking on both the top and the upper surface of the rear trunk lid. I also had a rather minor dent on one rear fender and a fairly minor dent on a door, plus a few scuffs and abrasions here and there. Sarah at Maaco explained in detail what they could do for me to make the car look superb again, and quoted me $625. She said the car would be done in 5 days. After 4 days I was told I could pick the car up the next day (day 5 as promised!). The honest truth is I wasnt sure what to expect, but I was actually wonderfully thrilled to find the car looking absolutely superb ! The body work was done to perfection, and the paint they sprayed was a very high quality Sherwin Williams automotive paint which gleams from every angle. If I had taken my car to Lexus and spent $2000. or more the car would not look any better ! Thank you, Sarah, and thank you Maaco Greer. Im TOTALLY thrilled !

Worked wonders on repairing a previously repaired roof. Paint was cracking and leaking, poorly repaired 8 years ago. Travis and crew did absolutely the best job. Also worked well with me on a hood issue. But thats a review for another company...

Macco of Greer did an amazing job!!! They called me just about every single day with updates on my car. I had an accident with a deer that required body work and they took care of everything. They were amazing!

Our daughters 2004 Civic is in great mechanical shape but the body and paint was old and tired. The body had a few bangs and bumps from previous owners. The roof hardly had any paint left on it. Travis, Sarah, and the crew took great care of us. The body and paint guys did a very good job on this civic. Took many years of old and ugly off this car. Although not perfect...for the cost this was the best bang for the buck on refurbishing an old civic, Thanks Maaco!

They did a great job on the repair of my car

I went to Maaco to repair my car through my insurance. They never sent to the supplement to my insurance company so I had trouble with my rental car being extended the proper amount of days. When I went to pick up my car on a Monday it wasnt done until right before they closed so I had no more days with my rental car. The damage was to the rear drivers door and when I arrived the inside of my door jamb was not properly reshaped and there was a paint chip on my back bumper that never got repaired. When I pointed this out to him he told me to take my car, return the rental car, and we would deal with it after the July 4th holiday. He offered me no explanation as to why my car was not properly repaired except for that it was not part of the estimate. clearly he had not looked at my car before he brought it to me as he was very surprised at the lack of proper repair. now I have to deal with another rental car and another weeks worth of an unrepaired vehicle. I do not recommend this particular Maaco to anybody. The service was terrible and they do not work with Allstate Insurance very cohesively

Go elsewhere! Had bad hail damage and read the good reviews on here. The shop is right around from my house so I gave them a try. The repair itself went okay, roof was destroyed but paintless dent removal did a decent job. I am very dissatisfied however with the poor replacement of my headliner after the bodywork and the damage done to my car from being worked on and stored at the shop. I was contacted by Maaco and they said they would be in touch to resolve my issues, never happened. The ability seems to be there for the bodywork, but no attention to detail and they are ready to get the money and get you out. Definitely not recommended.

They painted the car WRONG COLOR and then had to repaint the car 3 times and still did not do as promised missed so many spots , TO MUCH ORANGE PEEL.
