Great experience. Called ahead for an oil change because three other places were too busy. They fit me in in just a few minutes and the whole experience was quick and painless. The men were all very friendly and even offered me donuts while I waited. A very humble shop with great service.

I was in Greer for an appointment and on my way up the interstate I got a nail in my tire. I went to Moon’s because it was the closest place. They were so incredibly nice! They fixed my tire and didn’t even charge me anything! What a refreshing thing in this day and age. Thanks again guys!

Just want to give a big thank you to Moons Tire and Auto Repair. They repaired my tire that I85 decided to flatten this morning. I saw a few other examples of great customer service while here. It is good to know a small town dealer and repair shop can still make it. They seemed to really want to take care of their customers. Thank You!!!

Fair and honest, and good about not doing anything until they confirm it with you. Extremely competitive prices, too—they refused to charge me for diagnosing an issue they couldnt fix. Small auto parts store inside as well. Only two minor caveats you should be aware of: They dont do transmissions; and their prices and quality are so good that theres always a long queue of cars ahead of yours. Thats another testimonial to their quality and prices in its own right, of course.

Just as a point of contention I will say that the Melissa girl who gave a one star rating literally said I dont know the store so please ignore the one star rating they received (since its not relevant at all!). They are very friendly, since it is a family business, and they do not raise prices on you or constantly try to upsell you. They give you great prices and great service, very highly recommend !

Had gotten a diagnosis from the dealership of the wrong wheel bearing and an abs sensor. Moon Auto re-diagnosed the correct wheel bearing and the abs, and kept the price quoted on the phone even though he ended up having higher labor costs. I cant recommend the integrity and service of this company enough.

Family run and great service. Pleasant and pretty witty jokes. I bought a set of four tires from them and they were $50 cheaper than anyone else I checked with. They also were able to schedule me the same day. I will probably go back for more tires for my other cars and more difficult car servicing needs. Take note that they are behind the Bojangles in a blue building. Google maps was off for me. It may have been fixed by now but just double check.

They were able to fit me into the schedule to get tires put on my car, but the actual charge was more than my husband was quoted on the phone. The place is a mechanics shop, so its dirty, including the waiting area. The people were friendly and they got the job done.

These people are the biggest crooks! I bought an 02 Chrysler Sebring from them. Their ad said only 113800 miles! No problems with the car at all! The car broke down on the way home! The ac compressor locked up and snapped the serpentine belt. The radiator fans also wouldnt work and the car would overheat in traffic. The car also had a junkyard engine in it also. I discovered the junkyard numbers on the back valve cover when I got it home. These people refused to do anything about the problems and said they had already bought another car with my money and was not going to do anything about it. This place is a joke! Please stay away from them!
