I had my car scuffed and resprayed from gray to black, a small dent in the trunk filled and sanded and had trunk emblem holes filled 6 months ago. Overall for the im very very happy with the result. Brian was very transparent about how long it would take and I felt like I was updated the whole time on the cars status. The body work was exceptional and you cant tell that anything was ever there. The paint quality is excellent as well. After getting it painted i waited a few weeks then polished the car and sealed it with a ceramic sealant. The paint has held up very well and you can only notice very few small details in the paint and masking but overall it looks super great and im very happy with the results, especially for the price. I would and have been recommending Greenville Maaco to anyone.

Rear bumper was removed for painting. Quality was poor. Paint showed signs of orange peel. On return the blind spot monitor no longer works. Probably not reconnected after work. Also several fasteners missing from fascia replacement. Also had a section of roof panel touched up. Now windshield shows signs of over spray. Overall poor quality of work. I guess you get what you pay forI have discussed the issues with the shop and they agree to prioritize the repairs

Ive always been a DIY guy, even painting my on vehicles, but 4 some reason after spraying my truck 3 different times (age, time, paint, etc) I just couldnt get the look I wanted. I spent well over $1,000 on materials, and spent a whole lot of time sanding and re-sanding, and it just didnt look good enough. (Im kinda picky), so after I finally wore myself out and got frustrated, I thought about MAACO. When I bought my truck N 4 the estimate RICKY DELEON was very professional and explained 2 me the entire process N great detail. I got my truck back N 2 1/2 days, and it looked AMAZING, not only did they fix all the orange peel caused by me, but they also fixed every little ding and dent on the truck. We had my mom’s two Honda Accords painted. The cars look great for being older models. These guys did a great job.

The Representatives who help me was curious and polite. When my SUV was returned I found my glove and console compartments had been rumored through. My gums had been pulled out of the package and thrown on the floor as well as other items. There was a sticky substance left on the inside of the left door rest. A oil substance was left on the console. My logo wasnt put back or the radio antenna. Other than that I was pleased with the work.

Mr. Pete and Mr. Brian were so professional and courteous when I reached out to them. They did not hesitate to get right on getting things taken care of with my vehicle. I was impressed that they were so quick to get things done. I had to drop my vehicle off before opening and pick it up after closing and neither of those were a problem. These guys are the best! We took our 2008 Toyota Tundra to Maaco with scratches, dents and a lot of sun fading and flaking. These very hard working and highly trained professionals did a fantastic job making our Toyota Tundra look brand new!! My heart lept when I saw the finished paint job!! They painted my car black the overall paint job was good I was waiting 2 weeks plus for parts etc. turn. around time was misleading. Although they left my car w problems like never before. I tried contacting the guy who painted it but he was little to no help. I would say take your vehicle elsewhere.

Well Im not sure if I want to bring my car here. lol. I have mixed feelings just from the reviews. I want to get my car painted, but some reviews says their unsatisfied, and some say their satisfied. I guess you have to catch Maaco at the right time. lol

I’m am very disappointed and will not be returning they took over 2 months to fix my car when my friend had her accident 2 weeks after me and her car was close to being totaled and she manage to get her car way before me and hers looked perfect on the other hand… I was very disappointed when I got my car because it was cheaply worked on very noticeable what happened and on top of that bumper didn’t match with the paint so much to say about this place but save your money and go elsewhere very very VERY disappointed and disgusted.

You will not find better prices or service in Greenville. Brian is a humble and honest man. His work is superb. Pete is kind also. My car was in an accident.. It was in pretty bad shape, but when I picked it up from MAACO, it looked brand new and it was almost less than half the price of other places in town to have it fixed. I highly recommend this place.

I was highly satisfied with the body work and full truck paint job I received at MAACO. It was actually beyond my expectations. The masking job however was quite disappointing, I have spent the better part of a weekend removing unwanted paint and still not finished. Masking is part of prepping and it can make or break a job. One can expect a place or two but that wasnt my case. Overall Im happy with the job and the price, its just a shame that another hour or so and attention to detail masking could have made this an A1 job. Terry was very nice and professional and I didnt relay the masking issue to him as I should have. I would recommend this shop to a friend if he did the masking himself.

The guy tried to charge me $2,500 for a small dent and scratch on the door. He told me one of my parts i needed for my car was $741 and hard to find. So i took it to another place and the part was only $45 and my total ended up being $650. If you want to get your car fixed plz do not go here. They will try to force you to pay with your insurance and try to get the most money out of the smallest thing. I seen him charge a lady almost $3000 for a small scratch on her door handle and side door like these people are ridiculous. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR DONE

It could have been done better. Over sprayed spots and parts that were taken off car so they could paint spot was not put back on. Missing srews in grill and the protection shield that goes at the front of the car to protect the fan was not put back on. They also forgot my pin strip

No one called me regarding the progress of work on my car and they had it over 3 weeks. There was some kind of spray on my windows that I had to bring back and get cleaned. Did not give a good explanation of work done on the paint job. Did not give explanation of paint warranty. Inside of car had dirt and dust imprints of person or persons that moved car. Tape was still attached to car when picked up. I dont think it was inspected closely. Lacked the professionalism I was expecting.

Three times a charm. I had to go back to them THREE times before getting my gas door panel correct. I was told it would be done 2 business days later but ended up taking a little over a week. The tech Harrison was nice and empathic to my inconveniences in regards to coming back multiple times. I was upset that no compensation could be given due to my inconveniences. When I asked the guy at the front why, it was because I did not spend enough money to get a discount.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the Quality of the repairs and painting. My 2008 Toyota Highlander looks like a new vehicle.The pricing was so low , I was surprised. I passed probably half a dozen Maacos to come to this location. Ive had several cars painted there and the quality is outstanding. Pete is great to deal with. They are painting my Tahoe as we speak.

I spent over 5000.00 getting my daughters car fixed. I am not satisfied at all. I took my car to Kia to have it diagnosed and looked at. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will be consulting an attorney as I have already started too. I plan on suing until I cant sue any longer. I almost cried. My daughter is stressed out because she needed this vehicle to go back and forth to work and school. I am not pleased at all with the service they gave me. My hood wont open, my trunk wont close/open properly. There is pounds of mold under the seat from which they let my car sit outside and continue to get wet.

The customer service was great, my only issue is some parts on the front of my bumper wasnt fully painted and is showing white areas. As well as on my trunk there is clearly visible a scratch that wasnt buffed out. SENT in my email with my information and was never contacted about fixing anything.

I was in an auto accident that was my fault, and I didnt have collision, so my repairs were coming out of my shalliw pockets. I went to 2 body shops and was quoted $1,300+ for part of the repairs, $2000+ for all the repairs Maaco did the whole thing for $1000. It took a little longer, but paying $40 in uber rides was a lot less than paying an extra $1000, and my car looks gorgeous!

I’m so disappointed with outcome of my car. The attempt that was made by the painters was very unprofessional and inconsistent. The irony of this disaster is, I’m actually a trained auto paint inspector for the us government. When I addressed the issues That I found with the work. The manager was very argumentative and belittling in his response to the problems. I’m a professional paint inspector with 13 years of experience.

Took my old Bonneville to these guys looks real good after they painted all staff was very nice not to add I want going to paint rite thin but the guy to the desk was so nice I left it there caught ride home I think his name was ronnie

I’ve been dealing with macco for years now but the one in Wilmington. So i decided to give the one in Greenville a chance and I’m glad i did!!! Robbie was very professional and helpful and they got my truck painted at a affordable price, and great timing!! Definitely will deal with them from now on.

Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy work. Primer overspray left on door. Dents not totally removed. Worst orange peel I’ve EVER seen. After complaints they made an effort to correct the paint screw up but the missed dents were left because I needed my darn car! Also was not contacted when car was finished. Found out it had been “completed” days earlier. If you have a clunker this shop is fine but take your decent car elsewhere. Will definitely not do business there again.

I had my 2008Hyundai Santa Fe painted at the Maaco in Greenville, NC. I have quite a few issues. 1st I was told when it would be ready. I called 2 days prior and was told it would be ready on a Monday. Well I took off work and went up to Greenville from New Bern (1 hr). Well when I got there it was NOT ready. Hadn’t even been taped up. Took off work AGAIN a week later when it was done. The paint color was nowhere near the same as it was originally. The overspray is way beyond normal. The entire windshield is coated with it. It’s been over a month and I am STILL using a razor blade trying to get it off. The top ¾ of the ENTIRE windshield is coated with primer. The plastic molding is ½ primed. The entire length of the trunk portion (about 5’) ling and 4” wide has ½ of it covered in primer. Now how rog t the primer off plastic molding? Yea good question. The antenna was broken and replace with a broken one. The vehicle decals were not replaced. The chrome HYUNDAI and the Santa Fe. I called and asked about them and was told to buy them and bring them in and they’ll put them on. Well I am over an hour away and don’t have time to drop and run to Greenville. Gotta say, I’ll not recommend anyone I know to the Maaco of Greenville. Well I’m going back outside to continue scraping the overspray off my windshield.

Maaco are nothing but over priced rip-offs, i asked to get a pre-primed spoiler painted and installed, and they told me $212.00. Just small piece of plastic? The paint price supposed to be $100, do you know how many cans of auto spray paint I can get for $100. Then they told me the labor was $100 for 2 hrs. but then they asked to see my car for a couple of days. The old guy is a money pincher. go find a better deal else where.

Ripped my bumper and took it in for them to fix. Charged me 140$ just for a couple zip ties. They said they were going to order to some new parts to fix it and when the parts came in they didn’t even order the right ones. Then they said they would order the right ones and call me back... still haven’t called me back after 2 months.

Bad paint job on truck bed cover. If I could give less than one star, I would. Managment does not inspect their employees work and then blames them for bad work. There is no pride of job performance and if I ever get this straight without going to court I will not be back.

Trash in the paint runs in the a paint drip still on the car being they dont color sand or final polish of the vehicle. Would NOT recommend anyone to use this busy
