I had some minor damage, approx. $2,000, repaired that involved several panels from my garage door closing on vehicle. They did a great job and truly cared about me being happy. I am very particular. Then they painted a side mirror for me from another car, a job so small that I could not find anyone to do it. They were happy to help out. Now, unfortunately, I collided with a deer and have some pretty major damage. I will be using them again. I highly recommend them. Hard to find a company that truly understands customer service, professionalism and quality workmanship.

Dropped my car off for some pretty big repairs. All work was done about a week faster than originally quoted and the car looked like it did when I bought it brand new. The staff was friendly and kept me informed every few days on the status of my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable about the process and I would strongly recommend this shop to others.

Eagle Body works has an amazing team. Unfortunately we were rear ended so my Acura MDX needed body work. They are efficient and professional. Car repairs are never fun, but this experience was made as easy as possible with the help of Jennifer and Robert. They were both very professional, kept me updated every step of the way, and the repairs were phenomenal. It looked like nothing had ever happened to the vehicle getting it back and they were even able to use the same piece of glass that had my daughter’s stickers on it when replacing the whole door. They were punctual, able to fit me in within 10 days, and had the vehicle back to me in a week. Fairly priced and would recommend to anybody with anything and will be using them in the future (and in the best way possible, hopefully not)

What a great experience. I expected the worst because having an auto accident is no fun and often times the auto body place doesn’t do their job right, well not with this company they were amazing! I was referred to Eagle Body Works by Nick at North Hills Auto, Augusta Street. I needed the front bumper of my Ram Laramie Longhorn reconditioned and repainted due to rust resulting from years of road debris (rocks, sand) chipping the paint. I met with Robert who provided me with an estimate promptly and Jennifer who made sure that the work was completed expeditiously. Both were very responsive to my questions and great to work with. I am very happy to recommend Eagle Body Works to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle! Too bad they cant do anything about my dad bod! :)

Robert does a fantastic job Im still not satisfied with the car because its not perfect the car only had 20,000 miles on it it is a 2020 Nissan Altima I had informed Robert that I needed the car to be perfect to where I cannot notice any damage I actually worked for a restoration shop so unfortunately I may be a little bit more picky than your average customer I gave you five stars because your customer service is awesome the work on the car I am still not as satisfied as I could be it has been there twice now

I have used this shop for collision repairs on all my vehicles, so 4 different ones now over the years. They are always polite and efficient. They keep me updated on times and when to expect what and handle insurance claims and even the rental if needed. Very impressed with their quality of work, never had any issues after being repaired by them.

Very professional and nice group there...

I recently had a bunch of work done to my car at Eagle Body Works. They communicated very well throughout the entire process and even took care of multiple extra things that I added on. I had parts replaced on the front end, driver side, and rear of the vehicle. The paint work was very well done and looks fantastic! All of the replaced parts fit perfectly with no excessive gaps or rattling. There was a little bit of over spray on the small side window at the driver front of the vehicle, but a few minutes and a razor blade took care of that. Other than that, there was a proximity sensor for the drivers door handle that was left unplugged, but also a very easy fix. Overall they did a great job on my car and I wouldnt hesitate to come back to them for more work in the future.

I had another opportunity to take my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT to Eagle Body Works and they did not disappoint. Excellent work and my van was ready when promised. Highly recommend them.My daughter had a little accident that wasnt her fault. She was in our 2002 Jeep Liberty. So I shopped around and found Eagle Body Works. From the time I called to get an appointment to the repairs being done as promised I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The work was done as promised and they even called when they found some hidden damage and let me know. They said it would still be done at the promised time. I would highly recommend them. This has been the 5th time we have used Eagle Body Works, their whole team is second to none. We had a huge hail storm in May and my truck sustained alot of damage. They did such an impressive job, keeping us informed the entire time and worked with our insurance company, handling all of the extra work without me having to be involved. A tree fell on our car, and we had to have the entire roof replaced in addition to a heavy buff and paint job on the sides. After sending my car here, per a coworkers recommendation, you would never know anything happened to the car in the first place. It looks that good! Robert and Jennifer called me several times while my car was in their possession, updating me at every step. They worked with my insurance company so all I literally had to do was show up when they told me to. Had a rental car waiting at the shop, and got to just leave the rental there when the job was finished. This made a stressful situation much less so, and we will absolutely return if we ever need body work in the future.

Reviews are rare from me, but I need to let others know that this is a quality body shop. I’m very picky and the fit and finish of the repair was perfect. I hope that I won’t have to visit Robert and his team often, but they’ve earned repeat business from me. Keep up the quality work and excellent customer service!

Ive worked with Caliber Collision before and they are the slowest car repair company yet just milking insurance money. I requested Eagle and it was super fast, and high quality. I was kept updated through out the repair process, parts came in within 2 days and work was finished in less than 2 weeks. Really happy with the service.

Eagle worked with my insurance company, did a fantastic job in replacing the entire cosmetic front end of my vehicle. Jennifer and Tom in the front end are professional and personable. If I didnt know, I couldnt tell my car had been in an accident. They matched the metallic blue paint perfectly, AND got my car to me just before Christmas, as promised. Highly recommend over my own insurance companys triage at a car dealer. Five+ stars!

I got a call from Eagle literally within seconds after hanging up with the insurance company to set up the estimate. There was no pressure to use them for the repair during the estimate process. The insurance mailed me a check and I chose to use Eagle Body Works due to the friendliness of the staff and great communication. They handled getting me the rental car from Enterprise and I was able to leave the rental there when my car was ready. The paint and body work is exceptional. You would never know there was any damage. I even had them fix a small dent on the other side of the car while it was in and that was simple and fairly priced. Thanks again! I will use and recommend them for any future repairs.

For starters they are very thorough while assessing vehicle damage. They found several things beyond what the insurance adjuster found. Jennifer at the front desk is top notch with customer service and made my experience less stressful. I am a stickler for automotive paint repair, and they delivered a very quality repair. And were very patient with me being a pain in the butt along the way.

Eagle Body Works replaced the bumper on my BMW. They got me in quick, set up my rental, completed the job within a couple days, and car looks great. I believe you get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny!

I was in a car accident in April of this year, I was hit while traveling on 85. After I submitted my claim, I did a Google search to find a repair shop, because I was not familiar with any particular body shops in the Greenville/Mauldin area. I went to this shop yesterday b/c it is a StateFarm agreement shop. When I cam in, a lady was talking and laughing on the phone. I waited for 5 minutes and no responses. So I left. For me this service is not acceptable...

VERY clean office and workspace. Estimated 4 days but finished in 3. Actual cost to repair turned out to be ~~$500 less that original estimate. Coordinated thru State Farm and all I had to do was deliver the car and pick it up. Highly recommend Robert and Jennifer!

The quote they gave me for very minor repairs was outrageous. I got another quote from a competing body shop. It was 50% less for the same work and guarantee. Im sure they do good work but definitely check around before you sign anything over to them.

The Eagle team was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. We had some body damage on a Toyota Rav4, and decided to pay out of pocket. When they actually began work on the repair, they realized that $200 of the scope of work that was quoted was not actually needed. They removed it from the scope, reducing my bill - they could have just as easily charged me the full amount I had agreed to, and I would have been none the wiser. This displays a level of honesty that exceeded my expectations.The quality of repair was excellent - the vehicle looks as good as new. The price was competitive with other shops I had quoted.

Unfortunately, I have had the pleasure of working with John and his team at Eagle Body Works multiple times over the last 25 years! I would not work with anyone else. They have always been professional...and most importantly...honest. If there were delays...they tell me. If they made a mistake...only one minor one in my experiences...they own it, and fix it. At the end of the day, I know the work will be done right...the price will be fair. I refer whoever I can to them.

What a great initial experience with Eagle Body Work!

Had a horrible experience with Eagle Body Works and on top of that the owner John acted like it was ok for bad work to leave his shop. I bought my car brand new a year ago it was involved in a fender bender. I took it to eagle in good faith. I got the car back with missing clips on everything they had fixed. They were to lazy to call the insurance company to approve oem parts. The fender didnt fit right and the headlight was a different color the projection of the light was also off. The car left there shop twice with swirl mark all over the hood. I had to complain and take the car back on several different occasions for them to call the insurance to make it right. I had to crawl under the car my self in there parking lot to point out clips that they did not put in. If I would have said nothing they would have had no problems letting a near brand new car leave looking like complete garbage. What could have easily been a good experience was destroyed due to the fact of the owner not caring about the quality of the workmanship that leaves his body shop
