I think this quite possibly may be the best experience Ive ever had with a collision repair. The staff were professional, kind and courteous. They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle the entire time and finished ahead of schedule. The paint work was outstanding the color matches perfectly I cant even tell I was in an accident. I would recommend them to anyone

So far so good I took a Caterpillar part to them earlier today amd the staff was cool. And was informative. Will let everyone how the work is when i puck up the part.

As far as I know they do good work. The MAIN drawback is the snarky assistant at the front counter. I asked to see the OWNER thinking he was going to correct the problem. Im assuming there was corrective action after I left because when I came back everyone was in the chipper mood or it was because they wanted me to sign the insurance check. Idk, I just know they dont have to worry about me EVER AGAIN.

We just picked up our 1957 t bird last Friday. Before we chose Ozone Collision we had checked out three other places we had heard about. Our expectations were very high and they exceeded our expectations by a good margin. Their body and paint man is a genius. No wonder they were chosen Best in the Upstate. So impressed with this shop--they fixed some pretty severe hail damage to my car in a timely manner and even took a large dent (not hail related) out of my front bumper at no extra cost. My car was cleaned inside and out (and I have two small kids, so the inside was no easy task). The owner and everyone I encountered there were always professional, friendly and just went above and beyond.

These guys charge one price to do insurance work and when you come pick up the vehicle they want more than your supposed to pay. The vehicle had body shop trash in the bed, they left compound residue on the plastic, the truck was dirtier than when I took to them and the owner wanted to get into a physical confrontation with me about my comments. When I went there I took the police with me to ensure my safety. Thats just bad business.

Ozone fixed my wifes Infinity QX56, did a perfect job, car was clean and neat when done. Can not tell where they blended, excellent workmanship, quick service.
