If I had to use one word to use my Caliber experience, it would be incompetence.From the start they let my car sit there for two weeks without even tearing it down. Then the service coordinator kept pushing the delivery date of the car back to me multiple times. When asked why, he said because certain parts we were waiting on we cant get brought in. He even told me one part wasnt currently being made by Ford. I took the two parts in question, googled them, and called around Ford dealerships and had a list of warehouses we could order from that could ship out the same day within 20 min. When I presented him with that info finally they ordered the parts. The service coordinator went on to promise me four different dates of completion, and missed on all of them. It wasnt until the fifth time that I finally got my car back.It wasnt until I started visiting the shop weekly that I saw any sense of urgency for getting the job done.When I did finally get my car back, there were substantial issues with the quality of the job. They left the door jam unpainted, the wheels began to flake within a month, didnt even bolt down the brake line where they repaired the suspension, the new glass was not molded flush, and there were flat spots and orange peel all over the paint.I brought the car back up there a month after I first got it back to have these issues corrected. When I went to pick the car up there were more issues on it than the ones it came in with. Finally I got in charge with the regional manager who set an appointment up, for what would be the cars third trip to Caliber, to address the new issues.Id recommend to go to one of the non chains, if Caliber hasnt already bought all them up, and work with a team that actually has pride in the work they do and doesnt look at your car as just a check to meet their numbers goal.I really hate to write reviews like this, but its ridiculous that I had to wait a month and a half on my car and essentially do the service coordinators job for him and then get it back with so many quality control issues.

Can’t tell you about the quality of my repair yet because they haven’t actually finished it. Been over a month. They told me that they would be keeping me updated about when my parts got there and along the way. However, the only time I get updates is when I call them. And every time it’s been some excuse about why. (Manufacturers sending the wrong parts, having too many other cars to work with). Literally said to me “it seems like everyone forgot how to drive lately and wrecked their car and needs up to fix it”. The only communication I got was a text saying it would be ready on a specific date. That date came, and no call from them, so I called them late afternoon and they told me it still wasn’t put back together yet and would be at least a few more days. I wouldn’t not have been notified otherwise. I guess they just assume that if they don’t call you, then that means it isn’t ready and they don’t feel it’s their responsibility to let you know. There are some things that are out of their control, but professionalism and communication with your customer is something that they have total control over and is definitely lacking.

Due to an encounter with a deer, my front end needed repairs and replacements. My insurance carrier recommended Caliber, and I’m glad that they did. They were solid professionals from beginning to end. The estimate was quick, clear, and fair. They texted me regular updates on the status of the work. The car was ready on time and looks great. I unhesitatingly recommend them.

They do great work. I have had work done there 4 different times in the past 3 years. Each time I was extremely happy with the work and the timely manner they were able to get the job done. This place is top notch. The staff is very professional. I took my vehicle here to have a deep scratch fixed because I wanted it done right with repainting the entire area and clear coating it, not just a scratch touch-up job. After I got the estimate I scheduled my appointment. They said it would take 3 days and thats exactly how long it took. Throughout the process they texted me with updates to let me know the process was on schedule. When I picked it up I inspected the job and I was amazed. You cannot even find where that deep scratch was. It looks perfect. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing work done. I hope I never have to use another body shop, but if I do Ill definitely be going back to Caliber Collision on Woodruff Rd.

The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful, they gave me a reasonable timeframe for my repair, and it was done on time and looked beautiful. Taylor did an excellent job of making sure everything was done right and that I was satisfied. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing body work.

We experienced absolutely awesome service! I hit a curb with my car which caused some damage to the front. My fiancé made an appointment with Ryan to get it fixed. Ryan and his crew went above and beyond to fix it. And the best part is that it turned out cheaper than expected. The price was very reasonable either way. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. They were professional and fast. Best part is, they washed my car for me! I’m a busy woman so that was great! We truly appreciate their service and will go back for any future services! Highly recommend!

Ryan Wettlin was absolutely wonderful! He was very warm and friendly and above all, HONEST! He was transparent with me about the fact that sinking $8k worth of repairs into my car wasnt going to be worth it for my own unique situation, and was even kind enough to provide a pretty great quick fix for my cars body damage at no charge! Though I did not go through an official transaction with them, I am more than pleased with Ryans above and beyond service and recommend these folks to anyone looking for body work!

They have fixed my car twice ( sadly) and both times have done an amazing job with my car. They have done both front and back bumpers along with a new headlight in the front. Both times my car has been fixed in about 2/3 days. I can not recommend more they may be the best and friendliness bunch of employees I have met.

My sister had a flat tire on 385 and Bobby at the woodruff rd caliber collision stopped to help her. Not only did he patch her tire to help her get off of the interstate, but he also told her to give him a call if she needed any more help. We did end up needing more help when we had to change the tire and Bobby came right by to help! He even brought water for my sister and my niece who were out in the hot sun. Bobby was so nice to have done that to get my sister off the interstate. He risked his own life to do that! And he wasnt even on the clock. Just a really good person! Caliber collision is a great company with employees that really go the extra mile. Will be taking my cars there from now on!

It took two days to change out the bumper. I put new brakes on my car 2 months ago. I don’t understand why I had to have my brakes bled. Idk what they did. But when I got my car back I had to press the brakes almost to the floor in order to slow down. I do not trust them because of this.

I brought my car in for an estimate to fix a scuff on the front left bumper. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. Within 5 minutes I was on my way home after he took the time to simply buff the mark out of my bumper! You don’t find customer service like this any more. It’s not often that I have absolutely zero complaints with mechanics/body repair shops... but my experience with Caliber on Woodruff road in Greenville made that a first. They were excellent in every aspect of the interaction. Taylor was amazing in the communication department and kept me updated in every step of the way. He was also very down to earth and extremely easy to talk to. I would strongly recommend this location of Caliber Collision to anyone looking for excellent work and customer service!

I had a phenomenal experience working with Caliber Collision on Woodruff Road. The Admin at the front (Amy) was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions with extensive knowledge. She also handled getting a hold of my insurance company and took care of literally all of the needs of service after the wreck. Taylor was also great after evaluating the car, and giving a spot on estimated time for pick-up. I dropped off on Monday after a wreck on Sunday (and Amy letting me squeeze in to a morning spot just a few hours after calling) and the car was ready for pick-up and looked brand new on Friday. Cannot recommend this team enough! Taylor and Amy are the absolute best.

Some lady scraped the side of my car and put a hole near the gas cap and ran away. Caliber Collision fixed it in no time and made it look brand new! Professional, courteous, friendly. Last month while traveling from FL to SC our car sustained collision damage from a truck tire laying in the road. Our insurance company recommended Caliber for repairs. The folks at Caliber went into action starting with Amy at the front office, to Tayler Decker, our service advisor, and Steven Hill, the general manager. Tayler promptly completed the repairs & got us back on the road. Recently, we took our car in for routine service work at our local Toyota dealer. We happened to mention the impact damage we sustained last month while traveling to SC. The Toyota service advisor commented that the repair work performed by Caliber was “excellent.” We couldn’t be more thankful for the kindness & professionalism shown to us during a very stressful time, not to mention the “excellent” repair work that was performed.

I had a great experience while having my car fixed by Caliber Collision. The staff was friendly and happy to answer any questions I had about the process. I did not worry about whether or not my car was in good hands. I also felt that my situation was considered uniquely.

Took forever to get any information about what was going on about my car. They didnt call, text, or email. They said they were but it wasnt until I got mad I started getting updates. Its just they have my car and Ive been without for a month so its really not cool to not tell me whats going on. Would not recommend this location.

When I arrived at Caliber Collision, I was unsure how my visit would go. Ive heard mixed reviews and thought I would give them a shot. I can not say enough good things about this place. Never completed the job that was promised and now will not return phone calls about the incomplete job on my cars repair after I was rear ended. Also, they told me to purchase something that they didnt carry and they would reimburse me once I brought them the receipt. Almost 4 months later, they still have not reimbursed me almost $400 dollars. It should not be this difficult to follow through with something that you commit to doing for customers. Not returning phone calls about the situation is shameful, especially when you put a customer out $400 dollars.

When Caliber purchased Jackie Mauldins Collision I was concerned that I would not get the same quality and attention to detail with Caliber. I was pleased to find that they are still a great repair shop with talented painters and body repair team members. They did an excellent job of matching the color on a 10 year old car I had them work on. It looks like new. Logan, the GM, was very proffesional and attentive to my needs. I would recommend them.

Tracie handled my car rental and the insurance...super empathetic and attentive, loved her! The branch manager and employees know how to deliver quality customer service.

Service was good. Except that I didn’t receive a call about the additional damages. Quoted one price over the phone on Friday and picked my car up Monday with different price.

Have to make appointments for an estimate. Not just a repair.... An estimate. Funny the other repair shop I went to did it all instantly without an appointment. Some people work 9 to 5 and its hard to find time to schedule the repair... Who has time to schedule and estimate that should take 5 minutes.

I was getting the run around at another body shop and decided to try caliber collision because a friend told me about them. I spoke with Logan Greer and he answered all of my questions and was very helpful and definitely did NOT give me the run around.

Was initially concerned to learn that Jackie Mauldin no longer ran this business, but staff was friendly and helpful, and Stori Lombardi was quick and efficient in getting my dent popped out and providing estimates for paint repair and bumper replacement if I choose to pursue those. Thanks for as painless of a process as can be had!

The man who was supposed to do our estimate asked which car was ours, peeked out the door, and instantly quoted “4 or 5 thousand dollars” without even asking what issues we needed repaired. He was clearly not interested in serving customers as we watched him do the same thing to a young man and his gilfriend who came in just before we did.

Wow, this body shop ( not my body but my cars, lol ) exceeded every expectation I ever had of a car repair shop.I would score this business a 10 if I could. Let me tell you why.At 73 years old, Ive had a few fender benders along the way. Until this last incident, I have always had to follow up with the repair shop for the progress of the repair. Most of the time, what was conveyed was not what happened. Not so with Caliber Collision.My insurance company, State Farm, offered me my choice of local repair shops but had a list of preferred providers that they backed with their own guarantee. I wasnt required to use a recommended shop . It was my decision.Having worked with Stare Farm for over 45 years with prior claims, I knew I could count on their recommendation. I chose Caliber Collision on Woodruff Road because of their location to my home.An appointment was made for the next day. I arrived thinking that the appointment was for an estimate. That another day would be needed for repairs. I was in for a surprise.A rental car was at Caliber Collision waiting for me ( thank you Stare Farm ) and my car was to be left to begin the repair that day.! Within an hour I began receiving text messages from my contact at Caliber Collision updating me on my cars repair. It was as though my car was in surgery and my cars nurse, Stori, ( yes that is her name ) was my liasion.The text messages continued for the next four days constantly updating me on the progress of the repairs. Day five arrived with the best news of all. My car, Miss Daisy, ( I had to give her a name because shes an ugly gold color ) was ready for pick up!.I arrived at the shop. My car was outside the front door, all shiny and ready to go. Stori walked around the car with me, confirming the repair met my approval. I signed the release, handed over the rental keys and took my car home.The next day Stori called to be sure I was happy with the repair.In the fast paced world we live in, I never expected a personal call from Miss Daisys nurse! A first for me regarding a repair to my car.To sum it up... I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing a reliable, customer focused, repair shop. A definate TEN in my book!
