The employees at this Home Depot are always professional and happy to help. From customer service when purchasing, returning, or holding an item, to purchasing plumbing supplies and paint, each experience has been good. Kolby was very kind when we purchased a vanity. He retrieved a flat cart from the front of the store, loaded it, and helped push it to the check out. When purchasing paint, the gentleman in the paint department helped us choose the correct kind of paint for our project. Always wonderful shopping here and will for sure be back!

Great deals on moving boxes. They seem to be the cheaper option locally. Have a very large selection of sizes and types. They take returns of your leftover and unused boxes.

I purchase things from this store that I cant get at the competitors store. I rent construction equipment such as, trenchers, concrete mixer, and jack hammer. We have purchased some plants here in the past, but tend to go to the competitor and only shop at this Home Depot when we cant find what we need. I think this store may have a larger selection than the competitors store near by. The competitors store is in the middle of remodeling, so some items were out of stock. Because of this, I purchased several things at this Home Depot store that were not available at the competitors store.My son shops at this Home Depot quite often and knows the store manager. He says the manager is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. My son told me the manager is also involved in many community improvement organizations and highly respected in this area.

Very knowledgeable older gentleman in a power chair helped me find what I was looking for. In and out in under 10 minutes!

Less crowded than the competitor. And has a better selection of spray paint colors. The competitor has barely any colors in stock and that place doesnt even seem to reorder them like they said they would after weeks of waiting. Thanks for the variety of colors in stock Home Depot.

The customer service in tools section was absolutely horrible. We couldnt find anyone for assistance for a good period of time. We went to the front check out to ask for someone to be paged. After they paged we waited for another good period of time just to have a guy come up, ask if we need help, said they would be right with us and kept on walking, just to help someone that just got there no less than 5 mins. Continued to not see anyone for at least another 5 minutes and walked out.

Had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for help with a pressure washer. Had someone page over the intercom twice and still no one showed up. I then called over the phone and spoke with the manager, Jim. He then came over the assisted me. Even went and got a flatbed cart to sit the pressure washer on. Thank you Jim.

I bought a refrigerator and it was delivered broken so I didnt expect it, I arranged for another to be delivered, it also was damaged so I told them to leave it and send a replacement because it was going on one month with out a refrigerator, when I called home Depot they said that since I expected it it was mine and I had to go through LG. Note, I didnt purchase it from LG. I talked to LG and they agreed to replace the damaged door..... Here it is almost 2 months later and nothing has been done. The fridge is almost $3000 dollars. I dont recommend at All.

This particular location is more interested in stocking merchandise than helping customers. Stems from the management. They fail to realize that if the customer don’t buy it, they don’t have to stock it. I hope y’all have as good a day as y’all made mine! Maybe when y’all get all the merchandise stocked, then maybe y’all have to invest in some salespeople. With out me telling you, you know where you can go and take this location with you!

This is where you get building materials. The blue and white place is where you get pretty stuff. I only gave it four stars because there have been too many times I go to Home Depot and scratch my head why they don’t carry an item. Was kinda hard to catch someone for help but, when we did they knew their stuff! Went straight to what we needed and gave us some very helpful insights to the project at hand.

I really hate to say this but based off my experience, its best to find an employee of your same race to help you. The negro employees completely disregard and ignore white customers if theres a question.

Its a big box store without enough staff and/or products depending on the day. Living wage shortage, childcare shortage, healthcare shortage, and paid sick leave shortage.

This is my go-to Home Depot. Never had a bad experience at this store. Workers are helpful and quick to answer. They don’t bother with self checkout at the front, which is a good thing since the Lowe’s self checkout experience is terrible. Instead they move lines through quickly and typically have enough tellers so there’s minimal wait time. I would say the biggest difference between Home Depot and Lowe’s is that Lowe’s seems to have a wider selection of appliances to choose from. Prices are relatively the same. At the start of the pandemic, they were a lot more strict than Lowe’s with mask and maximum occupancy rules, which I appreciated even though we had to wait in line to get in.

Customer service is great its easy to find someone to help you they dont point to where you need to go they take you directly to where you need to go and get what youre looking for in a try to help you find it very pleased with home Depot and Barbara that works there thats been there for about 30 years was helping me and she is awesome

Like many diy types, Im at HD often to find tools or material to complete my projects. I can almost always find what Im looking for, they are rarely out of stock, their prices are fair, and checkout is usually fast and easy.

Difficult checking out without anyone to do so... 20min wait Tuesday at 1pm to buy some plywood.

Just spent $284.08 on a power tool and battery with charger. The tool came with a blade but no battery so I had to buy the battery seperate. Cant blame home depot for how Dewalt sells batteries separate from the tools. Unfortunate. The person assisting me helped out a bit but couldnt find a better deal. We went to Home Depot on N. Pleasantburg Dr. In Greenville, SC to look at windows today (Sat. 08-21-22) @3:00 PM. The guy in the window dept. Was just filling in, so he had no idea about anything. He sent us to the Pro Desk to ask- that person had gone home for the day.Off to Lowes we go.

I bought a motion sensor light for my dark closet. It worked so well, I went back and purchased more for my linen closet, my coat closet and one for under my kitchen cabinets. Couldnt be happier with the results.

Its one days like this one, Dec. 24th, when customer service counts even more than on other days.Which was why I was particularly delighted to meet Brent in the hardware department. He listened to my problem, looked at the sample I brought along, searched for the right screws, and solved my problem in less than 3 min and for under $1.00. He was focused, friendly and engaged, which is exactly, what today many sales clerks arent anymore.Congratulations to the Home Depot for having hired such a valuable staff member.

I went in looking for a battery operated light for my dark closet. I found one that works perfectly, extremely easy to put up and is even motion sensored, turns on as I open the bifold doors. Couldnt be happier. The store was very clean with alot of options in the dept I was checking out. Pleasant experience.

They didnt have what I needed but they made some calls to point me to the right place. I appreciate them taking the time to help me.

I only visited the garden area on this visit. They do have a great selection of houseplants. However, they had a small selection of pots for the plants. Im giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is due to the current pandemic, hence the 4 stars. The prices are very reasonable for what I decided to purchase.

Previously my favorite store, but after dealing with Charles in paint numerous times, Id suggest avoiding this store if you need paint. If Charles is working he will mumble (usually insults), waste your time, and generally make getting paint a frustrating experience. The other staff has been friendly and helpful

This location has a really good outdoor section with a great selection of bird food on top of all the home goods and supplies youd expect from Home Depot.

I love this location! The staff is always super helpful. I am a new hobbyist woodworker and the staff in the lumber department are angels. Angels that will teach you what you need to know to buy the wood that you need for the project youre doing. They couldnt be more helpful without just coming home and building my stuff for me.

Do not buy bottles of water at home depot $ 2.10 dollar is too much for a bottle, nor in restaurants do they charge that amount

Please hear this warning. Do not have them install appliances in your home. Pay the money to a local contractor that has references. The hoops I’m jumping through to try and get the process started to fix my kitchen (dishwasher installed improper and destroyed all the hardwood and cabinets, etc) has been a nightmare and do not wish this upon anyone.Pay the money to have it done right the first time!

This home depot is very busy on the weekends. Sunday is usually a mad house but even with that said its fairly in and out. They always have what you need at this Home Depot versus the one in the District which is robbed everyday. I would rather come to this one and would go out of my way.

Typical Home Depot but they have friendlier than normal staff which is very helpful. It is a smaller than most home depots as far as product diversity but all in all a pretty good store.

I picked out 50 pavestones on this trip. Lots of friendly associates. I usually go to the Greer store, but they have been sold out of the pavers Ive been using. I really like this store too. Its worth the little extra drive for me. They have lots of gorgeous annuals and some great perennials. Extra friendly cashiers in the garden dept willing to help out too. I love the Home Depot.

Good experience. Found everything I went there for with the help of one of the employees, so no problem.

Came in with my 2 year old in tow to buy fluorescent bulbs, which I know nothing about. I took a photo of what I needed and within a minute of standing in front of the bulbs, a friendly employee came by and helped me pick out the correct one. At the register, my 2 year old spied the candy and went to grab some... The woman at the register (for which there was no wait) distracted her by letting her help ring up the bulbs. Helpful and friendly employees!
