In there grabbing stuff for Mr. Beast. The staff was super friendly. Limited stock is a problem all around not just this store. I was lucky to score a toner cartridge for the printer I bought considering the limited stock.

I raised this review to 4 stars! Their customer service is friendly & helpful. Its the best time of year to buy a new TV! Great deals! Sometimes I still have issues with the speed of check out. I could be waiting for long periods of time. The Geek Squad appointments are readily available. Its my first time using their services. Lets see how great of a job they do on freely installing my new radio. When you purchase certain electronics at Best Buy theyll install it for free. Which could save you a lot of money. Just because a tool, gadget, or part is cheaper elsewhere. Consider their free complimentary installation first!

Very disappointing. I have the Total Tech, but I havent been able to use it to its full benefits. This location doesnt have the car audio install available. They havent had for about 2 1/2yrs. So every time I want to use my Total Tech benefits, I have to drive to Wilson, Jacksonville, or Kernersville. And then when I drive to one of this location, theyre not able to finish the installation in one visit. So now I have to take a second day off of work to return and get the job finished. And if something starts to go wrong with the items that were installed you have to make that long drive for a 3rd time.

Went to purchase AirPod Pros and while the transaction went smoothly, I wasn’t a big fan of the level of customer service I experienced. Walking in it seemed as if I was supposed to help myself. There weren’t any reps available on the floor and I had to walk around in search for someone. I was eventually directed to customer service and there it too seemed like they had trouble finding someone to help me. I was able to purchase four AirPod Pros but had to ask about the Apple Care before completing my transaction since she immediately asked for payment without asking if I’d like it.I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or if it was a slow night but I would have preferred a better experience.

Expensive! I made an apt. to get my PC looked at and it would cost a flat rate of $200 for diagnostics n repair. Dont get a choice for repair after diagnostic. Went across town to University PC Cares n got Diagnostics for $60 and cheaper repair cost with multiple different repair packages all lower than Best Buy not just one flat price.

I pay for a service from Geek Squad and was really excited for the services offered through them, until now.. I dropped my brand new laptop along with my old laptop off Friday to do a data migration. As a full time student, you don’t have many weekends to sacrifice your laptop(s). Was told it would be ready in three days. Today is Labor Day and I hadn’t heard back from them. Calling does no good now for any business because you speak to robots, so I went in. Told them I was here to pick it up and he proceeds to tell me that they have been trying to get up with me because I didn’t leave my passwords. Considering I wrote the passwords down for both laptops prior to leaving and I have no missed calls since Friday, I’m unsure of how hard they tried to get up with me. This is frustrating but also questions why I am paying a yearly fee for someone who says they have been trying to get up with someone, when clearly they haven’t.

Went to buy a 65 TV and Sound bar. Layout of entertainment area is confusing and small signage is hard to read. When help became available the young man was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a TV that met our needs. Loaded the TV and sound bar in my truck.

They dont deserve even one star. I needed help with buying a computer. I was willing to spend $1,000 or more today. No one would come and help me. And when I asked for help, some guy told me I had to go wait in line at customer service and then wait for someone else to come and help me. If youre looking for a computer and you need some help in buying one, I strongly suggest you go somewhere else.

While waiting for service in the computer area, the only associate in the area was a tall young man. We patiently stood by waiting for him to finish...he never even looked at us nor even acknowledged our existence. He then walked off. But thanks to the young lady associate that popped over to assist and rung up our purchase at 06/03/21 15:57 we were about to leave but she was knowledgeable and helpful. And we found what we needed.

I bought a TV about a month ago and got it delivered. I just opened the TV today because the room in my house was not complete until today. When I open the box (box had no signs of damage) I discovered a crack on the screen. I go to try and return it but they said since it is passed the 15 day return policy I am not able to return the item. So, now I stuck with a damaged useless TV. As a customer that spends thousands a year on electronics at BestBuy. I no longer want to purchase there and I will buy from Target or Amazon instead.

I’d give this place a zero if I was able too. I have never had such bad customer service. I went in to find supplies for a new job and couldn’t find what I was looking for I nicely asked an employee if they could help me, he huffed at me and in a very angry voice told me to hang on. He tried to call someone else to help. So I was like I just have a question. He rose his voice and asked why I didn’t ask the people at the front door and I said I didn’t know I was supposed too. So very rudely he asked what I wanted so I told him and he pointed and told me what the sign said in a very sarcastic voice. A sign I didn’t see because I’m short and it was just out of my view. So I finally get everything I wanted and go to check out. The check out was blocked off completely so I ask the guys at the front where checkout was they pointed and again in a very rude manner said over there where that lady is checking out. I will never shop here again!

I have no complaints with this Best Buy. The staff have been super helpful and some of the computer guys are just as nerdy as I am - so we talk about computers often. Like all Best Buys, some stuff is marked up insanely or entirely overpriced (I am familiar with Best Buys distributor and wholesale price) but support these brick and mortar businesses. We are in the endgame of in person tech stores, so cherish it while you can.

I came to pick up replacement chargers for my son, ended up buying a portable charger for work too!! The agents assisted me in my purchase & taught me which device lasted longer. 73 hours of battery life is incredible. I cant wait to use it. I also bought the 2yr protection plan. Better safe than sorry.

We were there at a busy time, but were able to get someone to help us right away. Unfortunately, what we went for they didnt have. We were told if we went to the customer service desk we could order it and have it delivered to the store. Unfortunately, all the items we tried they said they were out of stock in all their stores and didnt know when they would have them again. We asked if we could buy the floor model..were told no with no explanation given. I do know that they sell floor models . Very disappointed

Best buy still has most of the electronics selection as when I worked there prior to 2007. But the store looks bad a lot of empty shelves but nice selection of electronics. Best selection of 4k movies everywhere else has none.

Stopped by to check things out since I havent been here in ages. Was offered help upon entering. Looked around with my friend and was again greeted upon exiting. Store was clean and neat. Kind of disappointed the movie section was a lot smaller than the last time I was here, but I have no doubt I could have ordered it while I was here. Staff wearing masks. Noted on door customers are to wear them as well. Parking lot clean and no so crowded.

I had a very enjoyable shopping experience here at the Greenville Best Buy. I was there to purchase both a laptop and a home desk top computers. The employee that assisted me was very knowledgeable on the products sold there and helped us find a laptop that was in stock. We are having the desk top delivered (its due to arrive on the 31st). My daughter absolutely LOVES her new laptop. I absolutely recommend shopping here.

I walked around the particular department that I needed help in for over 15 minutes and nobody asked if I needed help. Once I asked for a manager, I was able to get the help that I needed. The service in Store was great! Problem come into play web you try to call the store and try to get customer service on line. In this case, I feel COVID 19 is being used to cover up l o n g wait times on the phone. Their lovely Tree assistant would never be able to help with my issue and never even began to let me tell the problem. The minute I said I had an order number......the tree began to look for an order under my phone number. I need to make sure the electrical plug that will be delivered on Friday, which the Tree confirmed, will be a 3 prong not a 4 prong!!!!!

Good morning! I went in to purchase some Sony headphones for my class work and I saw that Best Buy price matches guaranteed. Well I found a brand new pair online for $60.00 cheaper expecting them to honor their word and of course they did not. The cashier was very rude! She said to me I dont make the rules. 10/06/20 @ 10:14am is when I was in your store. Dont state guaranteed without a list of companies that you will not match that is very misleading.
