I had a great experience today. I was looking to switch carriers and my salesperson Angela was lovely. She was patient and helped me switch carriers and gave me suggestions on my phone purchase. Also there was another woman working next to her (didnt get her name) who was equally patient and sweet with her customers. I noticed that as well.Plus the store felt clean and there were markers on the floor telling customers where to stand. Good job!

My experience with T-Mobile on Battleground today was not that good attitudes floating around I am a loyal customer Ive been with yall 10 years I went there today because I was having a little issue with my phone the young lady act like she didnt know what was going on I tried to explain to her what the problem was to indicate that I need a new phone I told her I dont need a new phone my phone is just fine the store manager couldnt figure it out either what was going on we called tech support a two-hour delay so I kept waiting around waiting around since neither one of their employees could figure out how to resolve this issue I went to another provider which I shouldnt have to but I did anyway theres another phone provider right cross the street Verizon I went there because I have some friends that work there it didnt take but the snap of a finger to figure out what the problem was..... the servers was very poor very slow I dont normally give out bad reviews but I had to do this time I should not have to go to another phone provider to take care of of a little issue which they could have took care of the issue themself I am seriously thinking about switching over to another provider I dont want to but I am at the point right now I have no other choice Im a straight-up customer I pay my bills on time sometimes I pay my bill ahead of time I might be a little late but out of respect I do call they make up some type of payment arrangement thats the type of person I am whoever the the CEO of the company T-Mobile once in a blue moon I might see you on social media if I was you I would take a trip to different stores or have someone from your company to do a survey on each employee including the manager that works at these different T-Mobile branch not just here in North Carolina but other states as well Ive been hearing some bad news about T-Mobile a lot of people are talking about switching over to another provider that is not good and I am one about to do the same as well.

Just go to the store on Wendover. Came here at 7pm on July 2nd, got about two steps in the store before I was asked what I needed help with. I said I wanted to see what it would cost to upgrade my phone. He said it was about $300-400. That was it he didn’t move didn’t do anything until I asked if he was sure about that even though he didn’t know what kind of phone I had to upgrade from and hadn’t even looked at my account. Very reluctantly he pulled up my account and said yeah $400. I went to the Wendover store after this snotty kid gave me the wrong information. Turned out it was $130 to upgrade my phone. I also was looking to add three lines but we didn’t get that far at the Battleground store. No point in describing who gave me the rudest customer service I think I have probably had in my entire life because there were two other people in the store at the same time who were very aware of how the other associate was acting. All three should be fired because they sure as hell are costing you more than their salary.

I really enjoyed my visit to this store. The staff members were all friendly and sociable as well as knowledgeable. They answered my questions and helped me convert my long-time plan to one that it much more economical yet has all of the features. I will definitely return to this store if I have future needs.

I have always had super amazing service at this T-mobile location on Battleground. When I was there today they answered all of my questions and patient while I figured out which plan was for me. They also didnt rush me off just because new customers were coming in. I left completely satisfied with my new phone and rate plan, very good experience. I cant say the same for the T-mobile on Cone Blvd.

I highly recommend this T mobile store. My iPhone was cracked and water damaged twice so I went to get a new phone. The woman I was being helped by was Stephanie and she gave me her recommendations and personal experiences to help me with my choices. She found me the best deals on accessories and even gave me some pointers on how to keep up with my phone. I am happy with my experience and I recommend going there. Everyone was friendly and wants to make sure the customer is happy.

Best location in Greensboro to pay your bill , questions, concerns , products. All the staff are very friendly treat you as Family and are very knowledgeable in what they do. Some of the other locations could not answer my questions , had no knowledge of the products so I started going to the battleground location. I would highly recommend.

I visited this location once and will be my last. I honestly think the customer service rep was unfocused. Texted on her phone the entire time never made direct eye contact even once just walked over to the window and started looking at cars. I am not sure what her situation was but t-mobile as a company is awesome and has great customer service when you call the 800 #. Thank you

I had the best customer service experience ever! I went in scared about upgrading and left with my new phone updated. Also bought the new Samsung watch! All the staff we friendly and made sure I was taken care in a timely manner! My work offered to pay for my phone if I switched to V...and I said no way! T-Mobile forever!

Went here for the customer service as I couldnt get it all sorted on the phone or website. The guy was helpful. You could tell though that both employees had to deal with a bunch of bad customers although they were nice to me. All n all cant expect to much in these places. Especially when you ask questions and refer you to a customer service number. Why do you think I came to the store? Certainly not to call somebody but thats how it goes these days.

This facility provided my girlfriend and I with the most horrible customer service that I have ever experienced. My girlfriend needed help getting her contacts switched to a new phone that was with a different provider. A sales associate failed to address my girlfriends concern and insisted that he could provide her with a better deal. The Sales Associate had the audacity to ask her how much she was paying for her new service! The Sales Associate then spoke to the manager and made it clear that my Girlfriend was with a new provider. The manager rudely made it clear that he was not going to tie up one of his associates with a customer to help her copy down her contacts. He said because it was Black Friday, he needed everyone available to help customers. This would be a valid argument, if there were more than two customers in the store.I understand that T-Mobile may not have been able to do anything for my girlfriend, and thats okay. However, sleazy salesmen, rude management, and an unfriendly environment will definitely keep me or anyone I can convince from ever dealing with T-Mobile or Verizon ever again.

Poor customer service. Was told to be at the store for 1230. Waited an hour before we were served. The guy was supposed to help us instead he helped someone else and there were 3 other clerks who could have helped the other person. No excuse.

I just left from this location unserviced due to the fact that the employees were very slow. A lady I conversed with also had a slow experience and complained as well. Please try to hire no trainees, as well as people with better Customer service due to not being welcomed.
