My charging port wasnt work, like at all. I went UbreakIfix and they were going to charge me over 300 dollars just to fix the problem. I went over to smartphone repair center and got my problem fixed for just $80. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to save some money instead of expensive replacements.

Throng helped me with my phone. I had a hard time from the first Verizon associate helping me with anything. I went without service everything, which we all know it is hard going with out your phone all weekend into the middle of the week. So at this point I’m very upset, not happy at all. Mr. Andrews hunt just made a email and a phone number for my phone not to mention his conversation about his female problems while trying to help me. Jordan Beane is the best!! I ordered my screen replacement from him March 30 and it was sent to the Eastchester location for my repair. I live closer to that location. It took a week to get it in the meantime most things were shutdown due to the virus. not too long after it was repaired my screen started to lift and there were yellow lines down the middle of my screen. I went in today and Jordan replaced it for me with no problem. I cant thank him enough for correcting an era that was made at another store location. He stayed after closing to help me. I really appreciate his help, good customer service is really hard to find these days.

Brandy was wonderful! My phone wouldnt turn on this morning and I had no idea what was wrong, but within 20 minutes she had found the problem and fixed it- and now its good as new! I had a great experience and I would highly recommend!

I went to repair shop in Reidsville mc and repair guy whose name is Michael did not show up till 10 when I had a ppt at 9:30. I turned around went to Greensboro nc to 1601 Westover terrace and Damian repaired my lid screen. I give Damian a 5 star for service.

I took my Galaxy Note 9 in for a screen repair. After I got home I noticed that the S Pen was not connecting, so I took it back the next day. Damian and Jordan looked it over and corrected the error. However I noticed it started to again show as disconnected soon after. I returned and after looking over it again, Jordan suggested I call Samsung to utilize my warranty as he thought it was the motherboard. Samsung sent me to another screen repair shop (and I wont give names, but it was one within walking distance). This guy told me that because my phone was opened by an unauthorized Samsung repair shop, my warranty was voided, but if I paid $60 to replace the back panel he would talk to his manager about getting my phone repaired! I laughed and walked right over to Cellular Repair and told Damian the whole situation. He immediately took my phone and got to work. After replacing the S pen holder with no improvement, he actually called his manager and requested to replace another part of my phone that he thought might be the culprit. He special ordered the part and had it overnight shipped. After replacing the part (I think it was the side panel or something) my S Pen worked! I was so thankful because if that was unsuccessful then it was definitely the motherboard and I would of had to send it to the Samsung factory for repair with a 3-4wk turn around time!Was it a hassle going back and forth? Absolutely! Did Damian know my password by memory by the end of all the repairs? Yup! But the point is that he did (and replaced) everything possible to find the solution to fix my phone. He never once disregarded my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer.He even called me to make sure I was okay when I didnt show up for the repair at the time I had specified! He takes pride in his work and wants you to feel happy with your repair! I was truly appreciative. I have used Cellular Repair in the past with great results and this time was no different. Yes, it was some hiccups along the way with this fix, but at the end of the day my phone is functioning at 100% capacity!!
