Juan Hernandezs team came to my home and installed new flooring in the entrance to my home Thursday, October 21. It was not an easy job as they had to flatten the sub floor first before they could begin to install the flooring. They are experts! They also cleaned up afterwards. It looks great and transitions with my kitchen beautifully! Thank you so much!

Had carpeting installed this week by Standale Interiors using the Costco discount promotion. The complete transaction from initial contact, on-site measurement and installation was great and very professional. Used one of the big carpet retailers in Holland/Zeeland previously but there is absolutely no comparison in the quality of the Standale experience. The installers were particularly efficient and neat.From end-to-end, Standale did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Extremely delighted with the outcome.

Standale Home Studio provided professional help, they were friendly, knowledgable, exhibited expertise and professionalism. The experience of working with Robin Sharp to choose new hardwood flooring on the main level of our home was enjoyable and communication was excellent every step of the way. The communication from their scheduling team Drew and Mari was always timely and appreciated. It has been a difficult time with shortages and deliveries from many manufacturers, but they always kept me informed, were honest, and it was extremely appreciated. They always did their very best! The installation team, Jeff, Pat and Bill did an amazing job as well. The team went above and beyond to be sure the job was done right! They kept me informed and always arrived on time and when they were expected. They also did an amazing job of keeping our home clean. You would never know they even did any wood work in our garage, they kept our home and the worksite safe, clean, and organized. The entire process was wonderfully orchestrated and the team at Standale Home Studio exceeded my expectations! Thank you to each one for everything you did to make our home beautiful, I am a very satisfied and happy customer! I absolutely know who I will be contacting for any future projects at our home!

We had Standale Home Studio install backsplash in our kitchen and carpet in our bedrooms. I am very happy! Our sales consultant was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable and very friendly! The installers that came into my home were very nice and did an amazing job! I was especially impressed with the detail work that was done so well with our backsplash! Its flawless! I was also impressed with the speed and quality job done by our carpet installers. Even with a minor mix up, Standale Home Studio did an amazing job to resolve it and went above and beyond!!

Holy cow, what a bad experience we are having with Standale Interiors. We are building a new house and ordered cabinets back in May at which time Standale Interiors promised we would have them 10-14 weeks. 18 weeks later we received the cabinets and they were measured wrong by 8 inches... not a couple of inches, but 8 inches! Walls would have to be moved to make them fit. On top of that almost all of the delivered cabinet doors had some damage. The Standale Interiors consultant assured us she would remeasure and expedite our order; we would have cabinets in 4 weeks. Now we are told they will not be available until an additional 4 weeks. So, to recap we ordered cabinets in May and who knows when Standale Interiors will get things right so we can move into our home.

My experience with Standale Home Studio has been beyond my expectations. Juan installed our bathroom flooring and did a fantastic job. He and his assistant were very professional, polite and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work. The flooring looks perfect, job well done!

Like many others, we finally decided it was time to up date our kitchen with new counter tops and a new backsplash. (weve only been putting it off for about 15 years...) We shopped around but finally settled on Standale because of Patrick. We had lots of questions and he had the patience to answer all of them. He was wonderful to work with. Always available and quick to respond when we emailed him even more questions... Actually, everyone at Standale was wonderful to work with. The installers were terrific, explaining everything and making sure we were happy with the results. Everything exceeded our expectations. You folks are the best!!!

Our new flooring is in and I cant believe how happy we are with the result! Working with Patrick was a delight and he helped us pick out a vinyl plank flooring that was perfect ! The installers were on time, very friendly and answered any questions we had and left the area cleaner than when they arrived ! We had shopped at a few builder wholesale places but I am so glad we went with the pros. Everything about our carpet and flooring experience exceeded our expectations!!! This was a replacement from a carpet dye defect from Karastan in 2 large rooms. Danette was very responsive and helpful in filling out the paperwork and communicating with both parties. Patrick did a great job at helping us pick out carpet and then vinyl flooring for our lower level. He was so patient and reassuring. We have been so overwhelmed looking at vinyl flooring and big box stores. The guys that came to install our carpet were amazing. They even brought us our vinyl flooring that had come in. Normally we would have had to pick up our flooring at the store. Keith, Micah and Caleb (the installers) were very friendly and extra cautious with our newly painted walls. Caleb and Micah even helped us move all our smaller furniture and household items from the basement back upstairs. We ended up giving them a gift card for going above and beyond what was expected of them. We love the customer service, attention to detail and kindness that Standale Interiors offers to every aspect of your experience!!!

After 25 years we decided it was time to update our kitchen countertops and backsplash. After visiting a number of kitchen design studios we met Patrick at Standale Home Studio and enjoyed his easy going personality and attention to detail Patrick took his time going over our options, didnt rush us and helped us pick colors and materials that match our kitchen cabinets perfectly, which was not an easy task. The installation went without a hitch and we are thrilled with how great it all looks!

I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. Yuliya is an amazing designer and I had a skilled carpenter. Every morning when I go into my kitchen for my first cup of coffee I feel as though I am walking into a dream. I had envisioned and now have a larger age-in-place functional kitchen but also received a magazine worthy showplace too. My family and friends are surprised that this could have been accomplished in my small mid century ranch. The only thing I would change is the cookware rack--it seems not to be space efficient--at least it doesnt suit my pots and pans. My kids are impressed even though I may have spent their inheritance!

Standale Home Studio did a great job with new flooring in my kitchen and living room as well as with tile in my bathroom. They got the job done a half day quicker than expected and it looks great and makes my condo look twice as big. Highly recommend!

Exceeded our expectations! We worked with Jill Peterson and she designed our new and beautiful kitchen. Jill is amazing, so easy to talk with, it felt like she was my neighbor. We talked so many times while we planned and about so many ideas, even where to store everything in my new cabinets. We have an open concept kitchen and living room, but our kitchen was so small and it just wasnt big enough for my husband and I to even work together in. I even had to use my laundry room for pans and canned goods. Jill made the impossible happen. Now, we can fit several people in our kitchen, comfortably, and all of my pans and food is in my kitchen cupboards. We did quite a big renovation, new cabinets, counter tops, recessed lighting, flooring, electrical, painting, swapped around where our sink, range, dishwasher and refrigerator were. We now have a huge island and a large place to gather. Jill was with us every step of the way, not only did she help us choose the best cabinets and design, but she even helped us choose paint colors, flooring, and backsplash that all worked together, we couldnt be happier with the outcome! I often will just sit in my kitchen in awe at how beautiful everything has turned out, I dont even mind cleaning it, haha. Never imagined what a difference this would make in our home and lives.Again, thanks for all of your help Jill! We had a great experience all around when we had new carpet installed in our home. It was great quality. Service was fast and efficient. The installation was timely too. I would definitely recommend!

I gave them three chances and should have walked away after the first failure. Never received quotes or responses to our new build inquiry. After not getting the information we asked for multiple times. Took our business elsewhere. Had an issue with flooring delivery timeline, called Standale and was told they could have it in a week. Paid for sale, week goes by no call for pick-up. Called them day later and was told the product wouldnt be in for a month. Would of been nice to know days before that.

Thank God for Yuli and Standale Home Studio!I was a couple months into the process of working to get quotes for a kitchen and main floor remodel and had several installers who didn’t show for their evaluation and quote. I was beginning to get truly disheartened and was worried that I might never move forward with the plan and certainly not in the timeline I had originally hoped for.An acquaintance mentioned Standale Home Studio and I realized I hadn’t even thought to get a cabinet quote from Standale. I reached out and heard back from Yuliya Kononova almost immediately. She connected me with Bob Potter from Potter Home Improvement for installation and he was at my home the next day to look at the project. I had an estimate within days and was in the studio picking out cabinets the next week.Yuli is amazing to work with! She provided a design concept drawing almost immediately just from my rough drawing and photos and it was beautiful! She gave me things to think about that I had not considered, yet wasn’t pushy at all if it didn’t fit the design or budget I had in mind. She steered me towards a cabinet color I hadn’t even considered and it’s amazing how well it fits in our space and has really pulled the design together.I knew pretty much exactly what quartz countertop I wanted and when Yuli suggested the cabinet color to make the counters pop, she was so right! I love my cabinets! They are of a high quality and the company (Great Northern) has been very responsive with an issue we had and corrected it right away.It’s been a joy to work with Yuli and Bob and I love the rapport they have with one another, which I imagine Yuli has with all of her recommended installers. My husband & I had a follow up phone call in response to our previous review from the new Studio Manager, Sam Rich at Standale Studio. We were very pleased and impressed by his communication, understanding of our frustration and the desire to try to make it right. Although what happened cannot be changed, cant put toothpaste back in the tube once its out, Sam was very sincere in his concern for our experience. We believe it would have been a whole different experience if Sam had been with Standale back in 2018. We wanted to publicly thank Sam for reaching out to us.

We just had Patty help us with choosing flooring for a very a large area of our home .6;rooms . She was extremely helpful, professional and timely with responding to questions I had , which where plentiful ! Also the installation team of Drew and Josh were also awesome . Always right on time , hard workers , helpful and very pleasant to talk to . I used Standale Interiors when we built our entire home 16 years ago and now again. Will be going back to them when it’s time for carpeting !

We would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. We had a very unhappy experience with Standale Interiors & contractor who works closely with them. We had a very unexpected kitchen remodel situation summer of 2018. It has taken until February 2020 to “complete” due to poor quality of cabinets. The new cabinet that was installed in Dec 2018 stated pulling away from the wall !! So we had to have contractor & gal from Standale out to check it. To try to shorten this review, I will just say we were made to feel it was nothing to do with either of them-have ANY of you heard of cupboards or cabinets falling off the wall??!!! That’s what caused our kitchen remodel in first place! The original cabinet fell off our wall summer of 2018-surprise that our original cabinets were from Standale Interiors!! The wrong counter tops were installed in December 2018 & NOT ONE APOLOGY or any compensation offered!! Wrong one had to be removed & correct one installed five days before Christmas 2018! So we were dumbfounded when the new cabinet started pulling away from same wall - we had to be constant in communication with Standale-if we hadn’t we would not have been updated on anything. We were promised that new cabinet would be exactly same size etc as previous one - this was very important to us as we had our kitchen, dining area, entryway all professionally painted after remodel. Well, to our dismay the new cabinet is not same size or wasn’t correctly installed/placed as there is at least 3/4” area where old paint is visible along entire side of cabinet & on wall above there is baseball size chunk were paint & layer of drywall was tore off in the removal of defective cabinet. I took pictures & sent them to our Standale Interiors contact person. No response from her at all!! I have pictures documenting everything. We are not pursuing this error with them any further. We are done. We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH STANDALE INTERIORS & PROLINE CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION

I randomly went to Standale Interiors when I decided to remodel my bathroom. I was introduced to Michele Harder and the process began. She was very helpful in pulling cabinet choices, countertop and hardware in a short amount of time. She was awesome staying within my budget with no pressures to do upgrades. She then introduced me to Michelle Cooper in flooring to pull it all together. I could not be happier with the end result...it is my favorite room in the condo! Thanks ladies! I appreciate all your help and suggestions:)

Pros: The sales people were friendly and prompt at returning calls. We ordered about $1,000 worth of flooring from them and were happy with the product.Cons: My husband and I were sad when we ordered transition pieces (T-molding) to match the floors for $50 a piece. The T-mold was about half the size of a standard transition piece. (To be fair, I should have asked the exact dimensions but I figured they would have said something if they were going to be half the size.) When we told the staff that the pieces wouldnt cover the entire floors, they apologized but said you cant return it and there was nothing they could do.

We worked with patty-she was so very helpful in explaining and guiding us in our choice of picking out our kitchen countertop. We werent sure in our choice of granite or quartz but she explained the qualities of both- in the end we went with granite and love it! She went with us to pick it out which was so helpful- and it didnt matter the size of the job- we got just as much consideration as if our job was a large one! I had a wonderful experience going through Standale Interiors for the flooring and countertops of our newly built home. Robin was incredibly kind and helpful. She was purposeful about responding back to any question I emailed her. My builder recommended one of their sales people (she may have been a designer but I never saw any design) so I paid her a visit. The selection was good and I found my cabinets on my own. What really frustrated me was that the sales person would never return my calls and she did not keep office hours so they never knew where she was or when shed be in. I wasted an unbelievable amount of time trying to track her down to give her my business and then correcting her mistakes on my order once it was finally placed. And, even after admitting she made a mess of my order, she never once apologized or thanked me for my business. I hate that she made money on me because she didnt deserve a penny of it. I would not recommend and I will not go back.

The design staff was very friendly and easy to work with. We spent Thousands of dollars on semi custom Haas cabinets and very happy with them at first. After a few months the cabinet doors started to show some raw wood. I called Standale and they told me that was normal and wait a few months to asee if they go back to normal. When they did not I contacted Standale again and since then have been going back and forth between Standale and Haas and still have no answers and have gotten no real help. It has been a year now and I am still trying to get this issue resolved. Dont ever go through Standale they only care about making money and not the customers. I have gotten now where with them. I cant even get anyone to return my calls. Very disappointed with them.

When I wrote my review a month ago, I neglected give Standale a five (5) star rating. Let me be clear: Standale is a five (5) star company in every way. Standale provided our floor coverings and cabinets when we moved into our condominium ten years ago. Patty Bylsma, who worked with us, was terrific.We could not have been more satisfied with the product and service. More recently we had a water leak and had to replace some flooring. Again, same experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends.

Best place for service and design!

First let me say the staff was friendly, however the communication at Standle Interiors is absolutely horrible. They had to send the estimator out 2 times to get an accurate quote, as the specifications of the job were not correctly given to him the first time he came out. It took weeks and multiple emails/calls to get both the estimate and the install appointments set up correctly. We were having 4 rooms done at our house, so we moved all the furniture, etc. On the day of the install, the installer showed up an hour late, took a look at the job and said this is way too much for me to do alone. He took off about 10 minutes later. We received a call later that day to re-schedule. By that time we were pretty fed up with the whole process, so we just canceled the install, received a refund and bought our flooring elsewhere. The next place we looked was significantly less expensive as well.

I saved for a long time to remodel my bathroom. Im very picky, and I knew exactly how I wanted it to look when it was finished. I watch way too much HGTV! I completely gutted the bathroom, so I needed everything. I visited many businesses to look at what they had to offer. I found my counter top for the vanity right away, although the women there tried to talk me out of it. Right away, they were not listening to me. I have a real issue with that! I went to Standale, and started working with Michelle. She is the best, btw! I told her I wanted a bling bathroom. She knew exactly where my brain was going, and we came out with exactly what I wanted. Then I dealt with Mary for my cabinets. She came up with a great idea for my laundry center. I just love all my cabinets, and the laundry center! Again, they actually listened to what I wanted. Their tile guy did an excellent job. Their carpenter that they suggested, also did an excellent job. I must say, Im very happy with my finished product. I actually enjoy cleaning the bathroom now! When people see my bathroom for the first time, I get the wow from everyone. My overall experience was just great. I plan on having them do my new flooring in my kitchen and living room next. Do yourself a favor, and just walk through their showroom. It will give you so many great ideas. All the people there are really friendly and knowledgeable. Again, my experience there was just great, and I made a new friend, Michelle. She is my new sister from another Mother. lol... So, I got a new bathroom and new sister, and I couldnt be happier!!!

My experience was not good. Standale had my area rug for 2 months while having it rebound. My calls were not returned. Fortunately, Mari George took the time to help us out.
