Right from the get go they were top notch!The moment we walked in the showroom door, we had a designer (Sara)who listened to what I was looking for and was patient with my process.She was very knowledgeable and had an answer to ALL my questions.Kyle, who came over to measure almost our entire 1st floor, offered helpful options on how the flooring could be laid. He made suggestions without pressure and was also very knowledgeable and patient.Their communication with me as a customer was impeccable.I felt like I was working with friends.We are so very happy with our new floors...Its hard to find great customer service these days but Complete Flooring and Interiors has mastered the craft!

My husband and I recently hired Complete Flooring & Interiors to renovate our kitchen, mudroom, and half bath in our 1940 Cape Cod style home. The finished product is completely stunning! We are so pleased with the craftmanship of the work, and cant believe how the team was able to completely transform our space. We especially appreciate that the hardwood floors in our kitchen are an exact match to the almost 80 year old floors in the rest of our home! We had the privilege to work Sara as our designer. Her style and design expertise is incredible and completely exceeded our expectations! We hope to stay in this home for a very long time, but if we find ourselves in a position where we want to renovate another home, we definitely would hire Complete Flooring & Interiors again and again!

CFI Did a great job on helping us select the right carpet for our basement as well as coordinating a good installer. Todd did a fantastic job turning and tucking to some awkward areas and overall I and my wife are both very pleased with the result. This is my second time using them and would defiantly do so again in the future.

The team at Complete Flooring & Interiors did a great job remodeling my master suite. The design was fantastic, and even with backordered products, they completed my project in a week less time than anticipated. I cant believe how much more functional the space is now. I initially started with a simple backsplash replacement. I pretty much knew the tile I liked so Sara got it ordered, Chuck installed it and I loved it. Then we had them quote our guest bath and master bath makeovers. We wanted to pull out installed inserts from the previous owners and replace with tile. I sent Sara samples of the flooring, cabinet color and countertop. She did a good job giving me some selections to chose from as I was feeling a little overwhelmed with making a final choice. Finally we did the master bath. Sara sent me a design based upon our conversation of what I was looking for. Once we decided on the final design, I once again sent pictures of the cabinet colors, flooring and countertop. Sara came up with four selections she thought would look best. My husband and I stopped into the store and quickly decided on the pattern/color we liked. Once the order came in Chuck once again came and did an excellent installation job. We were very happy with the service, communication and final product we received from Complete Flooring and Interiors and would recommend them to anyone.

We enjoyed working with Sara and the team to renovate our kitchen, the quality of the materials and the professional installation produced a beautiful final product. Complete Flooring did a great job minimizing the impact of being without a kitchen and keeping us on budget.

I had a kitchen installed by one of their installers named James. Made the whole experience unpleasant. Left a super bad taste in my mouth about this whole company. This guy was never in a good mood and was overall a jerk. I would not do business with this company if James was going to be one of my installers.

This company did both our hearth and entry way into our house.Our fireplace hearth was made of concrete and a piece of firewood was dropped on it. It caused a diagonal crack. We checked with several brick places and tried to get someone to come and fix it. No one called back. My wife had the idea to check with a tile place. Complete Flooring & Interiors was our third stop. They were very helpful and informative. They came to our house and we chose a tile. When the work was done we were impressed enough to have our entry way done. We really liked the person who did the work also. Our house was build around 1970 and the work certainly made our living room look great.

We worked with Ryan to have carpet replaced in our new home and get quotes for some laminate flooring. From start to finish, Ryan and his team were communicative and efficient, and he helped us work within our budget to get our flooring project done. When we went in to look at floor samples, I really appreciated that Ryan showed us a good variety within our price range and never tried to up-sell or overwhelm us with options. Carpet installation was quick and looks fantastic! I look forward to working with Complete Flooring in the future.

Complete Flooring is a professional company from top to bottom. The installer Phil was on time everyday and a perfect gentleman all around. I highly recommend this company to all... We are 100 percent happy with our results...

I cant speak to the quality of installation because their lack of communication and follow through. My boyfriend and I were interested in purchasing wood and tile flooring, backsplash, and counter tops through them. We asked if someone could come over to give us an estimate on the material cost. We also wanted some other work done such as removing/moving walls. They said that they would get back to us with the estimate for materials and labor costs. Over the course of several weeks we called and left messages a couple times and they still did not get back to us. So we went into the store to see if someone else could come in and give us an estimate. After we left the store they called and gave us one hours notice. Three people came over, including the original guy. We still have not heard back from them or got any estimates for any of the work or materials. We are both disappointed to say the least.EDIT: Any of your records would be under my boyfriends name. He did leave a voice mail today to clarify that. In the two times that people had come over there was no measurements taken and no pictures taken. We had two projects in the house where we wanted walls to be moved/removed entirely. Considering that they were to be completed before any tile or flooring I dont understand how that would be effected by picking out materials. Either way, we did not receive any follow up on those projects at all. It wasnt even until my boyfriend ran into one of your contractors at a bar where he asked if someone got back to us with a price and then let my boyfriend know that they might not be interested in taking our projects on. Unfortunately, after waiting weeks and weeks on end with no courtesies extended to us we will be going through someone else.

Very Poor customer service all the way around... I called looking for a certain brand of flooring trying to match a pre-existing floor, which it said they were a dealer for. She took all my info and said she would call me back after looking into it... Never received a call back, I called many times to try and follow up but she happen to always be busy.. They lost my business, I went to another local company that actually took the time to work with me and found a great match. Definitely would not recommend

I actually had a wonderful experience with Complete Flooring! I ordered my hardwood floor and was so anxious and excited to have it put in place.Unfortunately, upon opening the boxes the wood seemed a bit flimsily and not very structured. Ryan, quickly helped fix the situation by suggesting another hardwood that he happened to have already in stock. The problem was solved within only hours.. It was a upgrade and more expensive, but well worth it.The new floor, a Shaw, is all down and could not be more beautiful.. A very solid and sturdy wood, very detailed, a gorgeous pattern with distressed markings. A true natural beauty! I certainly will be investing more time and money with this company in the future! My wife and I worked with Ryan and Sara from estimating/scope development to finishing the project. Ryan and his trades were detail oriented and did a wonderful job tearing out our carpet and replacing with oak floors. They also did a great job with our new quartz countertops and veneer backsplash. This is a great contractor to work with.

We were in the store for at least twenty minutes looking at flooring, and we were ignored the entire time we were in the store. The salesperson actively avoided looking at us and never acknowledged us because he was so busy with his 8 box self-installed flooring sale. We understand that you might be helping other customers, but you can still greet people when they come in and say youll be with them in a bit. Were looking to put 1500 square feet in LVT in our house plus stairs, and have it installed, and you absolutely lost any chance at our business.I stand by my review despite the owners response. It literally takes 15 seconds to greet a customer who walks into the shop. It is rude to ignore them and it makes them feel like they dont matter. There is a difference between being focused on the customer you are with and ignoring other people, especially when they are standing in front of you.

We had Complete Flooring install flooring on our entire first floor. We originally had a mix of carpet, vinyl, and hardwood and they were able to make the entire house flow together.Their work ethic was excellent, they worked hard every day and cleaned up after themselves so our house wasnt a construction zone.Definitely would recommend.

We chose to go with Complete Flooring because of their quality selection of materials and their staff was friendly and well educated on the products they sold. We are very happy with our flooring and the installation was completed in 2 days start to finish. They have good contractors to do the installation as well.

We started working with Kyle Dodgson at Complete Flooring more than 6 months before the luxury vinyl plank was actually delivered. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and provided very good advice as to which kinds of flooring would work with in-floor radiant heat. We chose COREtec Plus XL from US Floors.He even arranged a meeting with the factory rep at their store on N. Plainfield so we could see the newest flooring options and colors for our cottage.Their price was also very competitive. It was an extremely good experience to buy from Complete Flooring and I would recommend them highly.

Kyle and Becky were very helpful to us in choosing the flooring and carpet for our home and cottage. They have a huge selection of Luxury Vinyl Plank -- the product we ultimately chose. The installation went well, and one year out, we are extremely happy with the product.

I had a great experience with Complete Flooring. Ryan was incredibly helpful and the Company was able to get the carpet style I wanted at a much lower cost than other providers in the Grand Rapids area. Installation was also very quick and clean.

We were having the entire interior of our house redone (carpets, vinyl flooring, countertops, backsplash, sinks, etc.), and they carefully and expertly guided us through every step of the design and installation. One of their interior designers Becky knew her products very well, and helped us make informed and budget-conscious decisions about what we chose. From our experience they didnt have the ability to change a floorplan to something that is actually viable in a 100 plus year old house. I would recommend finding someone who has specific experiences working on older farm houses if that is your need.

We had a very frustrating experience with Complete Flooring & Interiors. We ordered over 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring from them. They made 2 assertions to us during the sale process that affected us negatively.The first was when we ordered the product, our salesperson told us it would be 2 weeks for the product to come in....since this wasnt a special order, it would be pretty straight-forward, we were just ordering wood off the shelf. After we put down our non-refundable 50% deposit, we were told it would be 5 weeks. We would not have placed the order had we known that since we had a specific time-frame to complete the project. We specifically didnt order special order wood to get the 2 week delivery timing, but they waited until after the order was placed to communicate to us.The second was when we placed the order, our salesperson told us we had to have a minimum of 5 boxes to do a return, so if we were close on the square footage, to order a bit more to allow for a return. We did just that, and finished the project with 6 boxes. It wasnt until we came back with our return that we were told the return had to be approved and accepted by the mill....which it wasnt. Even our receipt from Complete Flooring & Interiors stated returns just needed to be made within 30 days. Had it at all been communicated to us that returns were not assured, we wouldnt have taken the risk. We wouldve ordered what we needed and then ordered more if the project had gone over estimate.Communication was lacking. We should have been informed of the correct delivery time frame BEFORE we put our deposit down, and we should have been informed of the actual return policies BEFORE they told us to order extra wood. We would have been better off ordering from an online source.I have emailed the company this feedback, and let them know that I am willing to change my review if we ever get a response from them with an attempt to make this right.

I recently moved from Chicago, and I used Complete Flooring to fix up my condo before the move. The condo Im in is in downtown Grand Rapids, and I only had a week window between closing and moving. I came in and made selections and they took care of the rest. They had everything measured and ordered so they could start working the day of closing. I was able to move in without a hitch, and the place turned out great.

Customer service and lack of follow up has been frustrating. Would not refer them to any friend or client in the area. Poor experience in buying wood floors. Be careful using their samples.....they may have been sitting in the store for 3 yrs with the sun hitting it and thats why it wont match. Nice people but awful at follow up, timeliness, and not motivated after the sale for any issues that could occur. Will not be using them for kitchen counters or backsplash and have to find another company to go to now. Pretty disappointed overall.

We purchased a laminate flooring from CFI to install in our kitchen/dining room/office for a home renovation project that we were doing at the time. The product arrived in a timely fashion and we were able to get everything installed in two days that was able to work well with our project timeline. The installer Joe and his son did a great job, they were very friendly and pleasant to work with. We had a minor issue with one of the stair nose pieces coming off which was more of a problem with the adhesive on the product itself, but they sent Joe back out to fix it a few days later to apply a different adhesive and we have had no problems since. Our whole experience with CFI was great, and Im glad that they carry the US Floor brand of laminate flooring, because its the most realistic fake wood Ive ever seen and weve been more than pleased with the results of how our flooring turned out.

We got carpet from CFI recently. They were easy to work with, quick to respond to emails and inquiries, and the installers were quick and professional. Im not crazy about the carpet itself, but that may be because I should have chosen a higher quality of carpet.

The whole transaction from beginning to end was fabulous. The sales person was attentive to our needs and the installation crew was professional and fast.

We looked at ten or more stores when searching for tile and backsplash for our kitchen, mudroom and bathrooms. Their designer, Kristie, had a great eye, and was able to find the perfect tile for us, and at a good price.Kristie and Ryan also came out to measure the house and had excellent installation recommendations for our specific concerns. I would say without a doubt that they were the most knowledgeable people that we talked to about installation methods and products. We bought all of our supplies from them, from the tile and grout to subfloor and mastic. They helped us all along the way with our many questions, including follow up after our installation.I’m very happy that we chose to purchase from them, and will definitely use them in the future for all of our flooring needs.

Like most people beginning any kind of home improvement project I was stressed about the whole thing and how it was going to effect my every day life. A new kitchen in my very small house was my goal. As an old telephone company employee I searched the yellow pages for contractors and came up with 2 I would contact. Since one of those never returned my call, but Sara from Complete Floor Covering did, I decided that was a good start. And from start to finish I had such a good experience. I told them on the last day I had no complaints. Every person that came to our house was professional and always concerned about keeping the hassle of remodeling to a minimum for us. The work was really well done and thanks to Saras help with picking out the products, it looks fantastic.

I recently contracted with CFI to replace flooring in a condominium. Through the entire process I felt like I was more of a family member than a customer. I was updated consistently (pretty much daily) on the progress as well as dealing with new developments that were unknown initially. Proposals were made with consideration to the budget and overall goals of the renovation. The job was completed on time and within budget as CFI had the ability to pull in resources (plumbers, drywall, painter’s) to “git er done”. The quality of work and the reasonableness of their pricing is outstanding!! They even took the garbage out for me… wow!Thank you CFI, I will be calling you for my next job!!
