Ashley T. has been great. Doing cabinets can be a little overwhelming. I’m not exactly decisive or easy to work with. Ashley has been patient as I ponder, and offers her guidance when asked. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I did two vanities with her previously. I did my kitchen cabinets this summer. I’m very appreciative of her expertise while working on these projects. She is highly recommended.

I am building a new home and worked with Autumn to get my counters and tops. She was wonderful. Truly went above and beyond to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer.

Sales people did a nice job. We made a purchase and upon pick up expected it would be wrapped so it would be protected on the transport home. It was not. They did find some cardboard and taped that around our products. Having to ask was a disappointment and clearly is not part of regular service. They have nice quality products but for the price, even on clearance, they should have done a better job once the product is purchased.

All They Do Is Tell You To Do Your Job When Youre Doing It and Tell You, Youre Doing It Wrong And Not Show You How To Fix The Problem. Customer service Is Even Worse Dont Let The Fake Reviews Get You, Most Unprofessional Company In Grand Rapids

They carry beautiful bath and kitchen solutions but the real steal is their outlet center. They keep some reasonably priced new products for those who are flexible in their designs.

Walked in & told them I was looking for a kitchen sink. They had what I wanted in stock and delivered it and the Delta faucet to Signature Stone Tops.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Amber at Williams Kitchen and Bath. I came into the showroom with some kitchen layout ideas of my own and she helped guide those into a definitive plan. Her knowledge of basic kitchen requirements and measurements as well as her expertise in design was invaluable. I had pieced a lot of information together from blogs and google, but having Ambers professional input was far more reassuring and personal. She even came to the house to make sure my kitchen measurements were accurate before placing the cabinet order.Unfortunately, there were some quality issues with the cabinet line we chose, and in retrospect, I might have purchased cabinets that were manufactured more locally/in-state. However, Amber worked tirelessly, quickly, and patiently with me until all issues were completely resolved. Her presence helped alleviate the stress of the situation. With her assistance, I did not have to spend my time and energy to get what I needed rectified from the cabinet maker. Amber was a welcome go-between who made the process go as smoothly as possible. I love my new kitchen! Thank you again, Amber!

If youre looking for custom cabinets but your job isnt huge, dont count on their designers to take you seriously. If they cant make a big commission on sales they ignore you. I went in for a quote over two weeks ago and I could tell the designer did not want to be bothered with my smaller project, I have yet to hear back with my quote.

Websites awful, not current or up to date. Went there on a Saturday, to find out they were closed. When the website states they would be open. Staff at the door was rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Just told us “we’re closed”
