The young lady who waited on us, must have been having a bad day. Thats ashame, considering we were some of the first customers there. She only had to get us one pair of shoes to try on. We bought them. Then she forgot to give us our receipt. When we ask, this young guy was very nice and helped us. The young lady was still walking around like she felt bad. Hopefully her day got better.

I went there 8/11/2021 for some shoes for my 9 yr old daughter. It was 3 young girls in there around 6:40ish and no one other than 1-2 customers was inside. I sat there holding a shoe literally looking for help while they all stared in looked at me helping no one. I had to ask if anyone was working. The one girl finally came over and no faster than her walking off she came back and stated not available. VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL!

My daughter’s birthday is Friday and she wanted a pair of Nike Air Force 1’s! No shoe store in Bowling Green,KY had them and you couldn’t order them online or have them shipped to the store. So I searched other Foot Lockers and found a pair at Foot Locker in Rivergate. I was prepared to drive down there to pick them up. So I called that morning to make sure they had received my order. The employee asked me if I was coming there just for the shoes. My reply was yes. Instead of me driving down there he kindly offered to overnight them to our Foot Locker, but he took it a step further... once he had the tracking number he sent it to me so I would know that they had arrived. So not only did he save me money and time, he saved me having to call the store possibly numerous times to see if they had arrived at the store. It was a simply act of kindness that makes me recommend Foot Locker if you need an item that you can’t find locally!!!

I have reserved pairs of jordans 3 times and never got selected, i will never spend money with you guys again. I love jordans but i cant even get what i want. You say its to make it fair but how fair is it to watch a pair of shoes for a month and still not get to buy them.

On Sunday 15 2018 the power was out they power came back on .and after waiting over 30 mins they still dont open the door so you could shop .and they just walked around inside not answering the phone when its ringing off the hook.Ask one worker what time they opened and she acted like she didnt know .poor poor service .management needs to step up and find out why this store wasnt opened after the lights came back on.

When I first heard of foot locker!! I thought I was going to see somebody foot in a locker lol!! I brought Jordan first pair of shoes here!!!

Well I have to give these guys some props. I wear tennis shoes rarely and I had a pair of KD 8s and they popped after 6 months and the manager made sure to exchange them for another pair at full price. Thats customer service.

Misleading name. They do not sell lockers of any kind at all. But they do sell lots of shoes.
