I wondered in not looking for anything in particular on a Friday evening. One of the people working was showing me the demon slayer items they had in stock, including the blind bags and I mentioned how I wanted shinobu or rengoku in particular. The two people working on the floor and I then spent a good while feeling and poking around at all the bags seeing if we could detect any of those two characters. One more person working eventually came and was helping out as well. In the end, I was able to get both of them! The crew working on 8/27 that evening was absolutely amazing and is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at hot topic!

I love going to this hot topic! The workers are always sweet and helpful. Isaac has helped me a lot since I moved to Goodlettsville, and he is why I always come back to this store instead of Opry mills. I am a big collector, so it’s very nice to have someone that makes my random hobbies more enjoyable. He goes above and beyond any other worker I have met.

The manager Issac, and the rest of the staff were super friendly. I enjoyed coming here a lot. They were very friendly, and very helpful as well!

I’m not gonna lie, I spent a good amount of time in this Hot Topic today just talking to the staff because they were so nice and wonderful just to be around. Not to mention that the manager Issac was mad cute and I should’ve asked for his number, but they have a new regular so period 🤧

The store is always neat and easy to navigate. My go to hottopic. The people there are always friendly and the entire store always feels like home!

By far one of my favorite places to go shop for Funko pops while my kids look for other stuff! Isaac (one of the managers) is very knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to make sure I have the best deal and get everything we are looking for at the time! This store (Rivergate) is by far the most Funko Pop friendly store compared to other Nashville stores. Definitely go here if you plan on visiting a Hot Topic!!

Isaac, Catharine, and Joesie were incredible on my trip to hot topic! They were extremely helpful, professional, and kind! Everytime I go in and they’re working, they do nothing but be incredible. Love the employees!

Ive done a good amount of online shopping and this place is a game changer. While yeah you can order stuff from the comfort of your fav leather couch. If you go to the store and have them place the order for ya and said item is cheaper in store youll have it for that price.Before you comment on the inconvenience of going there in person, believe me the customer service from these people is ON POINT and makes those savings much better.The cherry on top is the HOT CASh thing when you review the store from its website with the Ill no on your receipts.

Honestly 10/10. The costume service was amazing, even after we messed up the employs (Isaac & Catharine) were amazing though the whole time, plus the clothing and jewelry we purchased are very stylish and good quality. :)

Actually it was my daughter that went in there and she was excited and the two gentlemen that worked in the store were very nice to her they had a lot in common they probably had like a 30-minute Conversation Over different anime and other things so the two gentlemen that were in there were absolutely wonderful great manners and yes you have great employees that works at that hot topic!

Incredibly friendly staff and management. I feel good shopping there as a parent. I dont look like a Hot Topic customer but am always made to feel welcome, whether my daughter is with me or whether I am shopping for her. Hot Topic is always a big part of my Christmas shopping!

Im too old for hot topic. The culture has passed me by. Im not a punk anymore, Im not ironic, Im not even cool. Hot topic might be, but how would I know. Im too old to understand it!! That said the attendants were nice. I think they were surprised to see and old 39 year old like me in the store with out an embarrassed teenager in tow... But hey its a free country.

This is a great one! This is a hidden gem of hot topics. Normally I find hot topics crowded and loud and hot. This one was clean and easy to navigate thru.

Great Store! Lots of great OG band tees, body jewelry, and current trendy items for younger customers. But dont think its only a store for younger, goth, punk, whatever term - great service - super nice people!

Its like the only store left in this sad mall. River gate Mall in Madison, TN is slowly dying. Sad part about all this, the store is so overloaded on clearance product - you cannot see or get to anything else. Plus, today when we were there - the two attendants were playing green day. There isnt even a shirt on the wall for this has been band. Nobody listens to Green Day except small dying mall Hot Topic girls.

I like Hot Topic for some things, but they dont carry as many band t-shirts as they used to. Also, they dont have many plus size pants or dresses for women. Its pretty disheartening to someone who wants the products, but cant fit into them unless they are large or under (up to size 15, and Im a size 18. Ugh)

Love this store. Have any kind of off the wall items you could want. I wish there were more locations.

I love this store even though it gets made fun of a lot lol. It has SO many things. Shirts, jackets, concert shirts, funny shirts, cool clothes, jewelry, fairy dust. They are a little pricy but you can dig through the clearance racks for cool bargains. The coolest Nirvana stuff. I love looking around but its not enough room to move around. Its really small

While not for everyone, hot topic is an interesting store and very nerdy and pop culture based as well as goth or emo. Home of interesting shirts and nice band merch, but also a lot of emo stuff. If thats not for you, then whatever. There are plenty of malls.
