Its sad a bride was told she could have a child as one of her 3 adults when booking an appointment. When we get there the child is thrown out because of Covid policies. Leaving her in tears. Im not sure why the Covid policies are discriminating against Brides who want their entourage to include children. If your looking to have a child as a critic Brides skip Bridal Warehouse and go straight to Davids Bridal. They are welcoming to children!

The staff was so friendly. The dresses were beautiful.

Bobbie helped me out and I ended up finding my perfect dress!! Going back this Friday to purchase!! Beautiful store and very clean! So excited to wear my Martin Thornburg dress :)

Unfortunately the experience and staff fell well below expectations. Staff members were exceptionally rude, insulting, and arrogant. This was less than desirable. I recommend moving this business to the bottom of your list when searching for the perfect dress or bridesmaid dresses.

Tons of options, prices are very fair. My cousin and I both ended up getting our dresses from here, one year apart. The floor associates were extremely helpful and patient.

Much better experience here than with davids bridal. The girl helping us, actually listened to me and kept bringing me things she figured I would like. It was sooooo much more less stressful. Mind you I had a breakdown at davids bridal. Thats how un-beautiful I felt in those gowns. And its shouldnt have been like that. Im getting married. I should be happy. Thank you so much bridal warehouse. Seriously.
