Heard about Cody James work boots, so I got me a pair to try and love them so far, first day break in wasnt bad. Didnt realize they were new. Very good prices also $140-$200. Lace up and slide on.

Mike was fantastic, his product knowledge really helped me find what I was looking for. Very attentive staff and a well organised and clean store made it easy to find things. A really great rewards scheme and Military discount saved me about $75 bucks on a $600 purchase! Do not hesitate to give them a go… I think you won’t be disappointed.

We spend over 13k a year on boots for our employees from boot barn. Went into it today and the red headed kid was extremely rude to my husband when he asked about a specific pair of womens lace up boots. He absolutely acted like he didnt want to be there. Needless to say there are other boot companies such as Redwing that our employees can go to. We wont be going back to boot barn because of this. You need to tell your employees to treat customers better.

Was time for a new pair of work boots. Had Ariat work boots and they just didn’t seem to last long enough for the price. Wanted to try something else, found Cody James, went with the lace up style, non steel toe. Size is true, took about 2 days to get the stiffness out. Older gentleman helped me, was Patient while I walked around checking out all the boots.

Came in for a new pair of work boots and wanted to surprise my wife and get her a new pair too. Lucky the sales clerk Brandi was there to help. She pointed out a lot of boots my lady might like and really helped me widdle down till I picked the one I think she would like the most. Well, my wife absolutely loved them. Thanks again.

This is a real boot store with a nice selection of Western wear the best selection of jeans I have ever see and a great selection of boots You will be fitted Properly so that the boots are comfortable long after youve left the store. The staff knows what their doing most of them have been here for years. Many of us consider this the last real boot store in Nashville!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best customer service and great selection of bits for all price ranges and people

I found what I wanted to buy. The employees seemed to think that wearing a mask over their chin, but not over their mouth and nose, is a way to follow Covid safety protocol. That seems unfortunate that they couldnt pull up their mask over their nose and mouth while we were in the store. Fair warning but not surprising, about half of the customers were not wearing masks.

Brandi is the most helpful employee. I ask for her help everytime Im in the store. She so friendly and really knows her boots. I really love how she will help find things in the store to match what I already chose to purchase. Shes helped with so many outfits lol. Ask for her everytime.

Amazing customer service. I am very very picky and I explained what I was looking for and what I didnt want. With help from the staff I was able to get the perfect 2 pairs of boots. I only wish there was something like this around home.

I needed new boots and have large feet with arthritis in toes. The lady helped me find the right fit. In 40 years and 4 pairs of boots riding my motorcycle this lady took the time to explain why I needed to keep conditioning my leathers and the benefit of shoe trees. Stopped in here to buy a pair of cowboy boots for my cousin and there was a huge selection to choose from. The prices were reasonable as well. You can buy a good pair of cowboy boots for under $200

Got what I wanted, quick.

Amazing selection of boots and western clothing for women. Unfortunately the selection dwindles dramatically when the sizes go up. Also, the service was not as hoped. I asked 4 questions and received the same answer try them on...which not only did not answer my questions, it left me feeling as if I was bothering the sales associated. My visit was one snapshot in time, hopefully the service is better with other associates.

I love the style and selections of clothes, boots, jewelry, hats, and home goods here. I wish they sold more home goods. Ive visited this location several times, and the staff has always been friendly and willing to help.

Not much of a selection to choose from in womens apparel. Quality of womens tops not very good. Thin fabrics not worth the prices. Mens dept. Is great a bit pricy but mens stuff a tad high. But nowhere as high as prices on the womens items.

Store is not set up customer friendly so you can find a section or type of boots. Didnt have the size needed in stock. Most of the employees were hiding from the customers. One nice sales lady helping all the customers. Spent 40 minutes wasted for no reason. Next time we will just shop online.

My experience boot shopping at Boot Barn was great. We were helped by a staff member with courtesy and professionalism. We expressed that we were looking for quality boots without paying premium prices, and we were not treated any differently than had we been looking for $400 designer boots.

Way too expensive on their boots but everythings expensive these days to me. But a wonderful store if only I could afford the clothes, I would buy there all the time. Got boots there for a wedding and they will lay forever. You get what you pay for honestly.

My fiancé bought a pair of boots from Mike 6 months ago. Something is wrong with them and the snakeskin is coming off.We have went back to the store and call d several times and the young lady there says “Mike” will return our call.This was in December, now it’s March 26th.We contacted the Manufacturer who said the store would replace them. Ha!Still no call back from Mike and Still NO replacement!!We called today and the young girl said he wasn’t there and she would give him the message.He was standing by her on the phone telling her what to say!!Take our advice, Do Not shop at this store!!The Management does not hold themselves accountable for defective merchandise!!Customer Service Sucks!!

Mike and Chuck are the DUDES!!!! Ive shopped at this Boot Barn store for a few years now. Always feel welcome and they have great stuff for budget or high dollar. Ive bought a few pair of boots from this store, and my most recent pair was a high end El Dorado pair of boots. I had some issues with the boots falling apart over the course 6 months. Well past the return date but clearly something was wrong with the boots. My first pair of boots I bought from Boot Barn is still going strong after 4 years, many many gigs, and even falling in a lake with them. So I took my El Dorado boots into the store and Mike and Chuck helped me out and gave me a full replacement for boots. They treated me as a customer should be treated. They will continue to get my support and its nice to know that customer service still exists in this day and age. Thank you Boot Barn Goodlettsville!

Ok so let me start off by saying that I am not from this part of the country. I from the heart land of America and there we have real boot stores, real tack stores and real feed stores. That point aside, I wanted to find some boots for my wife and by boots I mean boots that you can actually ride in and work in. Not the boots that have bling on them. Anyways this place is the only place in the STATE That I have found to sell real people boots, not these make believe rockstar boots.

I came in expecting to spend 250 dollars on a pair of work boots after some cheap boots from Academy Sports tore my feet up all of the sudden (ie sudden catastrophic failure) and I wanted some boots that were made better and would last longer than a year.I got a pair of boots for 139.99 that are hands down made way way WAAAAY better than what I would have paid at a shoe store, and was in line with Redwing Store, Northern Tool and TSC.It was exactly what I needed, and would recommend anyone go to this store for work boots. You wont regret it.
