I love this giant so much. It’s always clean and always has what I need to make my own Starbucks drink at home . Customer service is great and the cashiers are nice. I had strawberries at checkout not to long ago and the cashier said “you know it’s buy one get one free” and I didn’t so she let me go back and get the other pack of strawberries which was nice. She didn’t have to tell me.

The bakery, seafood and delicious staff are very nice and professional. I only had a bakery issue one time with my cake I ordered bit the manager discounted it. Just make sure when ordering a cake to make sure to ask for the head baker or place the order and call or come back to confirm with head baker when they are on schedule. The front self checkout staff have been so helpful as well as customer service. This is my favorite place to get certain seafood and my favorite kind of birthday cake. Anytime you have an issue just ask for the manager and it will be addressed properly. I wish some other giant locations would take some pointers from this location. So happy to shop at Giant Glen Burnie! 🛒

Overall experience was good but I was highly disgusted with the item I had to return after I purchased it. I purchased some utensils and when I got to the car the spoons and forks were dirty the utensils in blue were dirty couldnt even purchase them the ones in the white box looked clean on the outside but the inside was dirty Im going to see again if things change if not Im going to upper management about this covid is real and this could be one of the primary reasons why people catch it . Things need to change.

This the better Giant if you are looking for prepared, ready to eat options. Still kind of pathetic compared to what I could get in Chicago. Come on Giant go visit Mariano’s and expand your options. What is here, good. The layout of stores could be improved. I just want it to be consistent.

I like this Giant. It is recently remodeled, spacious and well stocked. Right around the corner from the Costco I frequent too, so a good geographic combo for me.

This store is huge! The workers are very friendly. The store has practically everything in it. There is even a Starbucks inside! I enjoyed shopping here very much.

Their selection is lacking, either due to the surge of customers or not restocking yet. The real issue is the lines. There was only three lines plus the self checkout. It was backed up! Our cashier Nick was very helpful and courteous.

This Giant is usually well stalked with easy to find items. Most of the items are fresh and are in good quality. I can find a lot of alternatives here. The Con: unfortunately the prices are high. Sometimes you can find good sales/deals. There is ( What I call Rush Hours) that happen between 4pm-6:45pm. It can get pretty busy and crowded. The cashiers do try their best to manage the lines as quickly as possible. I shop at this Giant only when I need odds and ends and in between shopping.

A young lady that works at the customer service desk, I think her name is Megan, is the most friendly, nice, sweet & most helpful. She always has a smile on her face no matter how stressful it is in the store. I continue to come back to this location because of this eager & happy to help & can do attitude to meet & exceed customers needs.She makes coming in this store a very pleasurable experience. Because of this very nice young lady Im sure many people frequent this store. She is a pleasure to deal with & I hope her manager/supervisors let her know how wonderful she is.

I have always gone to Giant. There are more choices in products. Produce is 100% better. Many have said prices are higher, I am not certain that is true.

I love shopping at this store. They have nice prices. They do carry somked meat like wing, neckes and other types of smoked meats.

DONT BUY THE BRAND HUMMUS (unless you want fractured teeth)!!!! I attempted to resolve this issue with the management but to no avail. At the time, it would have cost them just the hummus. Now, root canals, a crown, and a fractured molar, with multiple follow ups to the dentist that continue to this day. Ill let the photos speak for themselves. Perhaps someone who lost the rubber foot of the stool, will claim it back. I honestly believed at the time that it was a jumbo olive. Fool me!Lets see if Giant Food contacts me prior to a small claim law suit!

One of my favorite grocery stores. Love the $3.99 sweet potato pie and $3 cake squares.

Prices are a little higher than some stores , but store is well stocked (mostly) and the staff is very nice .

Fantastic recently renovated huge Giant Food is a rare treat! Great service, large, spacious very clean modern store with large aisles, huge selection of products including lots of organic items. Produce organized by type in large bins so easy to find. Lots of helpful, smiling employees! See all the great pics.

I love this store. clean, organized. and very nice helpful employees. but still, even though this store almost have everything you need, but I still go to another grocery chain because giant doesnt carry some very popular item. and that is peach iced tea (GALLON SIZE), Turkey Hill brand. they have this brand in gallon size for all flavors but peach........ very disappointing. even though this flavor is very popular as it take large area in the places that sells it.

Produce was very rough and very hard to find anything we needed. Wanted a Starbucks and no one was there to serve drinks. Waiting for 5 minutes. Will not be coming back.

So clean and the workers are so friendly! So much more available in this store than in other nearby stores (I have a food lion close to where I live and I never knew what I was missing before coming here)! Prices are reasonable and the produce is fresh. Would recommend.

This is my go to when Im out of NY. This is my Maryland version of stop and shop. Although stop and shop prices are better, Giants prices are pretty decent.

They had food. The way that half of the packs of chicken were swelled up was amazing.

Much better than some other stires I shop at! Clean and well stocked! Prices seemed. a bit lower than Safeway.

Store is very clean and staff is very nice. Did a pick up order today for the first time and the person was super nice and brought my bags to the car quickly. Highly recommend this giant and the curbside pickup

I go there quite a bit and Ive always thought their fruits, vegetables and meat look great. But I do wish it was a gourmet Giant.

Went for Starbucks. Service a bit slow but my coffee was perfect. Restroom in complete opposite back corner of store. Wide isles, clean and uncrowded.

Unless I find out something I dont like (other than them hardly ever having my fav cotton candy grapes in stock in the summer) then this will be 5 stars. Ive walked into plenty of grocery stores i the area and so far this is the only one that is fully stocked full of so many different things. When I walked in they had so much meat and so many options and every isle was like a candy isle to me. Compared to shopping at walmart and food lion lately..I was in heaven. The prices seem decent for most of the things. Of course some things I could get a walmart cheaper.even my mother told me the reason we always went here growing up is bc of the options, prices and MOSTLY good quality on meats. Sometimes she would goto walmart instead for those or fruits. Ive noticed a lot of regular groceries stores produce section is horrid. Giants isnt bad.

Its just ok here. I do NOT buy meat from the meat shelves here ever since you ruined Easter dinner with your mushy ham I spent half the day cooking. Also 2 bad pork shoulders in a row.... no thank you.

Still like this location because it is clean and bigger than the one near my house but the black tall medium built lady wearing her mask under her nose not over her nose has a major attitude problem and this is not the first time she’s been rude and act like I owe her something. Any-who consider sending that ole face winch back to customer service training, anytime I get in her line she has this stank attitude. Always my people, so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always a very pleasant shopping experience,the gals that work the butcher counter in the early morning are customer service gurus, incredible people! All in all,this a great store. Kudos to yall at Giant!

Wow. this store is really nice! Love the large aisles and good selection. It has my Uptime drink and everything else you expect from a Giant. Parking lot is a bit small and it might turn into a pvp zone when super busy.

Better than Wegmans. Fairly new and spacious. Also got our covid shots there. Very well organized. Dont live near here, but this Giant would be my go to store if I did.

This Giants is one of the worst Giants i have been too especially in the county. The quality is poor outdated items on the shelves. 3 times i have spotted expired perishable items. The same day i was returning my item a man was bringing a pork shoulder back the smell was redundant. I also will be calling corporate because the pharmacy at this Giants is prejudiced that was my experience i was treated very rude. Thats why i will do what i need to do to have this Giants exposed especially the pharmacy.

Terrible the last 2 months that store looks run down dirty. As soon as you walk in you smell rotten fish smell. Shelves are bare cant even get basic things like shake and bake or my favorite ice cream.

The variety of inventory is excellent and the produce is fresher than other markets in my area, but the prices are on the higher end. I shop at Giant for things I cant find in the budget supermarkets.

Prices have gotten silly, and still lots of empty shelves.

Big fan of Giant- especially this one!Its huge and has a selection of just about anything youd need! Prices are reasonable and customer service is friendly as well.

Way to over priced

This store is one of the nicest Giants around. They seem to have plenty of everything in stock except once in a while the tp is an off brand. They have good sales every week., And the point system has been improved so you can use the points for different things instead of just gas now.

Very clean place and the staff are so pleasant at this location. Good Variety of things too, and ample parking. Safe precautionary measures being followed during COVID19 as well.

Clean store, organized, lots of vegan options. The self checkout lines are the best. I found starfruit on sale today for 99 cents each. A lot of exotic fruits. A lot of different types of kombucha. I love this store.

On Monday or Tuesday I placed a order to get a cake made for my mother birthday which was February 4th. I told them I was going to come pick the cake up around 7:30 or 8 am in the morning. Time has went by and I called because I was running a little late to come get the cake so I called to make sure everything was okay with the cake and she was like it’s done, I can pick it up anytime fr. Imma fast forward, i picks the cake up, the cake looks okay ... Could of been better but that night I ate a piece and it was okay but the icing was a little hard. Just recent I just ate another piece and the icing is getting hard and the cake starting to taste not fresh . It seem like they had my cake sitting out instead they could of put my cake in the refrigerator so It can be fresh so when I come pick it up, the cake would be okay. Mind y’all I paid $35 for a cake and I’m so disappointed because its suppose to be my mother cake . They don’t know people situations, to mess somebody cake up that’s messed up .

Been going to this Giant since 1975. No long waits at the pharmacy. Allways have the medications I use. Very good sea food and the area dont spell fishy. Good buy on meats and bread specials. One stop shop. Very clean throughout the store. Outstanding customer service. Covid-19 social distancing rules in place.

Clean store with good layout. Prices were higher than I expected (mostly higher than Harris Teeter in the city, for some reason). The one-way aisles, designed to encourage social distancing, were completely ignored by staff and patrons, making it more difficult to get around for me as I attempted to follow the guidelines. Once I began ignoring the directive, I was able to navigate the store without issue. Staff wore masks, which I appreciated.

Fairly renovated, extra wide aisles make it easier to social distance. Just double check prices, they may ring up a different price than originally displayed. Customer service quickly double checks and adjusts any differences, also store is kept very clean and stocked.

Produce is good and meats as well, however the Pharmacy is terrible! Gave me incorrect meds twice !! If I hadnt caught their mistake I couldve died!!

I have always enjoyed the very pleasant crew at this Giant. The parking lot was free of trash (no gloves or masks lying around). While there are still some supply issues due to the pandemic, I have been able to get most of my basic needs. The pharmacy team was also helpful and patient. Now, if the customers would just follow the arrows...
