Got my flu shot here and some things for the house! the pharmacy team was kind and efficient!!! ☺️

I just picked up a curbside order and the man who served me was great! It’s raining cats and dogs here and he was waiting outside with my order and I pulled up with a smile, thankful he was already outside, and I rolled my window down and I said I was shocked he was already waiting outside in the rain and he just said “We’ll thanks for letting me know you were on your way so I can be here for ya!”. Great service and a great employee!

It’s approximately 7:06 on sept 29.2021.I called multiple times and each service stations are busy or the phone automatically disconnects. My issue here is that Target isn’t closed and I wasn’t provided the level customer service I should have received. If in fact that particular location was closed or had limited staff should’ve and should be explained thank you!

The store is very well organized and great collection of summer clothes. The CSR Hannah was really good and she helped me order some stuff online which were not available in the store. Also got a free home delivery. The staff is very sweet, polite and helpful. 100% customer satisfaction.

I wonder where they hide employees like Tom he is down to earth will to always help patient and has no problem taking you through the isles to show you where things are if you dont know. I have shopped here for 6 years and this is the first time someone has took their time and said here is the first Isles when you done find me at the same place I will walk you to the next and the next amazing customer service Tom has we need more people like In stores to help us customers. Even found my favourite honey thanks to him 😊😊.

Hard to find some stuff in this target, but it’s got a good selection.

I left my iPad Pro at the self checkout lane. After racing back to the store a crew member noticed how distraught I was and immediately asked if I lost an iPad to see customer service. Everything was untouched. Thank you to everyone involved.

I went into this target today. The store looked nice. All the employees were nice except for the employees working the Starbucks . I was completely ignored . I stood there for 10 minutes. I dont know if they were having a bad or what. I was the only one in line. I didnt even get acknowledged. Not cool. I did leave.

This is one of the Best Target locations by far. Always clean, great customer service and always have what I am looking for.

It wasnt crowded at all! How well they did need to restock on some stuff but all in all it was it was okay!

Target is a no brainer when I want a stress free shopping experience

Customer service is always good, you have plenty of ready-to-go scooters for the handicapped, and the lines move fast.

Customer Service is great. Aja at self service checkout patiently and efficiently helped me figure how to use my Target Circle earnings. And a very friendly and polite gentleman in dairy checked stock for an item I was looking to purchase. And early morning shopping is a breeze.

Nice target. Very clean. The grocery has a good selection. I went looking for curtains and was disappointed not to find anything I liked. It was a very limited selection.

I just want to say that this store is great. I had a situation where a mistake was made and they corrected the problem immediately. Tulsi (I hope I spelled that correctly) made me feel like a customer and me and my family will always be Target shoppers.

Terrible experience at this target. I finally found a swim top that fit correctly and went to checkout. The lady was having a hard time getting the ink carriage off of the top and she was tugging on it so much that it ripped and got a hole in it. She then pulled her manager over to try and get it off but she was not being gentle with it either. Unfortunately they didnt have another one in my size so I had to settle and get it. The manager gave me 20% off, but employees should take more care when dealing with products people are purchasing. The dressing rooms are also still closed so you cant try anything on. With proper distancing and wiping down surfaces the dressing room can still be a safe environment during the pandemic.

In store is fine. The inability to order items for shipping is frustrating. The treatment I observed for two other shoppers when they and my daughter and I were checking out with free samples in addition to other purchases was unacceptable. They were not allowed to take the free samples because the checker did not understand they were free samples and he apparently did not have the sense to check. By the time a supervisor came to him and correct his behavior the other shoppers decided not to take advantage of the free samples. I am sure they were very embarrassed. My daughter and I got the free samples without problem from another checker, who had the sense to check at the beginning of the transaction. By the way, it may or may not have had an impact, but my daughter and I are white, the other shoppers were not. I was embarrassed by the behavior of that checker.

Can always find something new and different and better quality than Walmart. But their team need an attitude adjustment

The guest desk had closed but someone was willing to still help me. I was grateful for that.

No one ever answers the phone for ANT department. Ive been trying to contact someone for 11 days now about a refund I have yet to receive. Not even a voicemail option. Nothing. Then after the phone ringing for 15 minutes it disconnects.

Its just so easy from start to finish.

Terrance at the checkout was friendly and had such a positive attitude about his job! We played a game with him at the checkout and he gave us $5 off our purchase.

Everyone was super friendly, store was super clean...I drive from Hanover, because I like this store better than the Columbia store and I know where everything is!

Love this location . Always clean and put together . Staff is knowledgeable! BUT recently they hired a young guy to stand at the front door to great people and sadly all he does is cat call the “pretty girls “ as they walk in . I feel almost harassed knowing that I frequent this store and he is there every time with some weird pick up line.

This location is kind of hidden from the main road, but Google maps took me straight to it. They always have such beautiful things in their home department... I just cant afford any of it. It would be nice if they had more deals and coupons for desperate people.

The cashier was very rude and demeaning to me and I was left in line for ten mins waiting for manager to come I was so Embarrassed by the cashier and how she treated me and the other sale associates would not assist me

Love this target, Pharmacy staff is great, clean store. only issues are on stock day. aisles are hard to navigate and you can never find an associate with keys for electronics. I waited entirely too long to find a rep with keys. Not a good look with Competitors within 5 minute drive.

I love love love this location. It’s always empty and peaceful. Even during holidays there never a lot of people there. Always stocked. Organic milk that I buy for my family is always available unlike other locations. It’s clean and organized. My husband left his wallet on the counter in Starbucks by accident there and realized it next day. I called the costumer service and someone turned it to them. It was was awesome! We shop at this location every week. Great store!!!

Please update your Premier Protein. They are in January February 2021. You have things shelved from April 2020. Repeatedly tried talking to Target Associates in the area about the problem. Like with anything specially with milk items fresher the better.

It is a large, beautiful store with a tremendous amount of merchandise, but not a large selection of each type of item.MLady found nothing for which she was shopping! And I impulsively purchased some high pulp Simply Orange juice that was on sale.This mega-store is tucked away---almost invisibly---on the south end of Glen Burnies shopping city along MD 2 (Ritchie Hwy) and I cant help but wonder how long it will stay in business.

My wife and Is Playstation 4 started to stop working and nowhere near us had any in stock (we live in Pennsylvania) so we ordered one at this Target. We started the hour and a half trip to pick it up when fifteen minutes away from arriving my wife checked online to learn the item was marked out of stock. Moments later she received an email confirming that they no longer had the item. Luckily another Target nearby to this one had one in stock.

Quality customer service and a great price for my product! I was so pleased with how helpful everyone was when I was in the store today. They couldnt find my item, but several store associates were eager to help locate it and they were very apologetic about my wait. And thanks to the doorbuster price, I was able to afford a special gift for my daughter.

This is the only target I can find my baby formula and for a decent price! And its the only place that I have no trouble with my rebate coupons. Their best cashiers are Caitlin and Alexis. They always get me out quickly with no problems and are so friendly I look for them every time I come here. Today Elena at the customer service desk was so wonderful. I always hate going over there but she was so patient and kind. My only complaint is they should have more registers open, the cashiers are faster and easier than selfcheckout.

I like the Target app and the savings I receive with the Target Circle Offers and my Target card. I also received a free gift card today with my purchases and that is Awesome!

The older lady they have working in the returns dept is rude and argues with patrons of the store, very bad customer service on her part and she makes this store look bad. The manager I spoke to afterward is just as bad, defended this lady because she was stating policy the issue isnt the policy. Just correct the situation without arguing.

This Target is slowly transforming into a terrible place. I have been shopping here for over 6 years. This place used to always be clean and organized. Now there is tons of garbage in the lot, shelves are empty, always waiting in lines to check out. It seems they are lacking in the number of employees. Maybe management has changed in the past several months. I have been in there several times and here the sound for the customer service phone (no one is available to answer or ignoring it). There are also carts full of inventory items to be put out on the shelves all over the store mid-day. There are end caps unfinished for days. Very disappointed in this store.

I ordered in store pickup through the app. It was a quick & easy process. The execution was seamless. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area I would come to this Target all the time.

Clean and well-run, with helpful staff and an excellent selection of items. Grocery items are available, and not egregiously inflated beyond supermarket prices. Displays are attractive and aisles are wide enough for browsing without blocking traffic. Customer service and Returns both provide rapid, satisfactory service. Shopping for underwear, cold medicine, housewares or food is speedy and rewarding, especially if theres a need for all of those things at the same time.

Pick-up is quick and easy and the saff is friendly and helpful.

I placed an order for curbside p/u at 2:08 arrived at 3:04 and sat until 4:05pm. The associated informed me that it will be another 25-40 minutes meanwhile at least 7 people have pulled up and received their belongings. Never again Glen Burnie North. Prior to the Pandemic I frequent this store at least twice weekly.

Nice clean store, great parking lot, friendly employees, and the access to the store and parking lot is super convenient. I love their quality merchandise and their prices, you get what you pay for here and above and beyond expectations. Plus Im super excited they sell stride right brand (but under another name) shoes for infants and toddlers, I have a one year old son and a nine year old daughter and quality footwear for growing feet is highly important to me. Love love LOVE this store!!

Never have to fight to get a good parking spot, never wait in line to check out. Comparable pricing to that other store with the big yellow smiley face with less congestion. No brainer here!!

Manager on Duty, Joe, is rude, not helpful, and a liar. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will no longer shop at Target ever again. If Joe would of just told me the truth, then I would of accepted the alternative, but instead he chose to lie. When I called him out for it, he just stuttered. I cannot believe Target would employ someone like him on their leadership team to lie to their customers. Honestly is key and I would have accepted getting my return on a gift card if he would of just told me the truth. Additionally, associate Sarah, behind the counter, was talking to her peer while assisting me that, Joe, had told her when she arrived today that she should of called out sick. Then, as I was leaving the store, Sarah screamed across the walkway, Have a nice evening never coming back again because it would hurt us. I turned around in time just to notice another guest walking in the store doing a fist pump because she said that. Do NOT come to Target on Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie.

This store is always clean when I go in and Ive always been able to find what I want. When I go the self checkout line is usually quick because they have an attended helping the customers when needed.
