I like this location. The staff has been nice and helpful. The shelves are usually stocks, all except the paper plates of course. But I always find everything else I need. Or the staff locates it for me in the back or on the floor waiting to be put on the shelves. The lines move fast to so I am not standing on there forever waiting to checkout. Great location.

Rude cashiers I hate going into a store paying my money I work hard for someone who can’t even speak to me when greeted and when she handed me my back and I said thank you still no response I am a teacher and my two year olds know manners better than some of the employees at this store such a disappointment if you don’t like your job them quit very poor customer service

This is the WORST Dollar Tree I have ever been in. Which is sad because it is fairly new. Majority of the shelves are empty, there are piles of random items stuffed everywhere. Carts full of random stuff shoved up front. Piles on top of piles of empty boxes blocking aisles. I added several pictures of the interior of the store. Not only is the store a mess, the people that work that dont care. With the condition that store is in, there shouldnt be a single second the employees are on the clock that they shouldnt be physically working. Getting stock on the shelves, cleaning the disorganization that is everywhere, etc. However, that is not the case. They are leaning down with their chests resting against the counters while carrying on conversations with each other and people that clearly dont work there and arent there to shop. To make matters worse, one of the people doing that was the store manager. Day to set an example! I dont know how their district manager isnt on their heals making sure that store is getting back to the way it is supposed to be. Theres no way there sales arent effected by that mess.

One of the most well stocked Dollar Tree stores Ive been in.

The staff is RUDE! The shelves are never stocked. It’s so messy in there and there’s random things everywhere. The quarter machines in the front look like the candy has been in there for a decade. The lady that rung me up, her name was Diamond. As it said on the name tag and she was rude as soon as I walked up to the register. NEVER going to this dollar tree again.

This used to be my go-to dollar store as it is only right down the street from my house.Theres never anything stocked, just boxes upon boxes taking up room in the aisles. Usually only one line open at all times, even when the line starts filing through the store.And apparently they just make up their own hours now? Went there last night, Friday night, to locked door at 6PM. No sign on the door, just an employee to shoo us away. Incredible.I dont know what the reasoning was, but most places of employment make their staff work when understaffed no matter what. Must be nice.Ill stick to the one further up Ritchie Hwy from now on.

Best customer service, very economical, some customers weird and unfriendly; otherwise, I shop here weekly. With today’s economy you can’t beat their prices. I appreciate you, thank you for coming into work. Your ability to ignore (I feel entitled customers) and cater to others professionally gets you (5) five Gold stars. I witness what these workers put up with AND PRAISE THEM!! GREAT JOB!!!

This is the best way to supply your bathroom with lotions soaps shampoos toothpaste deodorant mouthwash baby powder and so on, with everything costing just a dollar, in this day and age it is a blessing...

Cashier with tattoo on face is VERY disrespectful to customers and their children. Overheard a comment the cashier made to a customer about the customers child. Cashier used foul language around child and toward child. Never coming to this store again. She should have been fired. Shame on store for hiring such trash!

Love the fact that its open early, but seemed like there were only 2 employees in the store. Created a bit of a wait, but it was otherwise great.

My wife and I were in today buying balloons for our daughters 5th birthday party. 1 cashier available, my wife started naming which balloons she wanted, “about 6-7 balloons that needed to be filled with helium”. The cashier proceeded to walk away from the register and fill said balloons. As she is filling the balloons, about 6-7 people start to get in line behind us... the STORE MANAGER Ms.Shirl/Ms.Susan whatever her name was, walks by the cashier filling balloons, and says in an extremly rude manor “unbelievable how 2 people can hold up the whole damn store from checking out”... we’re paid customers at this point, it’s not our fault that you cant have more than 1 register open... The customers in the store who heard what was said, started saying how rude she was, and astounded that she even made the comment. This will be our LAST time shopping here, or any dollar tree for that matter, its a shame because we own a business and buy ALL of our supplies “soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, rags, etc”... you lost a good customer all do to poor management.

This store is an absolute waste of space. They only ever seem to have one person working. You cant actually navigate the store because of the amount of boxes everywhere. They always have the stock room door open so you can see that boxes are literally thrown into a pile along the wall. I dont think anyone actually manages this place and if they do theyre doing a terrible job. Going here is a waste of time because they dont have people actually stocking merchandise its all in boxes on the floor and thrown on the back wall of the stock room. As a retail worker I know this is unacceptable. Get a new manager in this place and maybe it wont look like its about to shut down.

There are almost out of everything but always fresh bread eggs and they have money goods for $1

Prices are awesome, of course, but the store could definitely be more organized.

Man working was extremely rude and yelled at us as costumers because we wanted to order balloons and he rung it up wrong. He stated yall are wrong, who does this and said we were holding up the line and going to get him in trouble. Horrible place and will never return.

The cashier answered a call on her cell phone while I was checking out. The call was about another job. When she finished her call, she asked someone to buy her a candy bar...it was rude and unproffessional.

Not the cleanest place one of the employees was smoking weed in back of store . A couple of people complained.
