Had a wonderful experience buying living room furniture here. With the help of Aaron in furniture and the store manager, Patricia, my husband and I were able to get our furniture delivered and set up very quickly. They also were very responsive when I called and inquired about inventory and delivery scheduling. We love our new furniture set! Its great quality and we receive a lot of compliments on it.

I just went shopping there 3 times in the last month for Christmas decorations. They were stocked very well and the lady at the register was very nice. If they had the tree that was advertised I would have given this store 5 stars.

Found the wall clock I wanted. Did not find cell phone case. 1 for 2.

Needed something quick and of course this is the place to go, with so many options to get everything you need all under one roof it makes it easier to shop. Customer service was great as well. I would shop here again because there are so many hidden gems you can find here at such an amazing price.

I love these stores. Theres a little bit of everything so youre bound to find something you didnt know you needed.😁 I picked up cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dryer sheets. Saved big on Persil pods.Another big winner for me is that theyre not packed with people. They have proper signage for keeping safe distances, & masks are mandated.

Great COVID accommodations with signs on each aisle for 2 people only and modified checkout area.

First time there to do a return. As I was waiting to complete my transaction, the chips and oil caught my eye at the chip stand. I would not shop here.

This store is a wreck. Did curbside pick up and had to wait over 30 minutes to be told my items that were confirmed via phone before arrival weren’t available. Total disregard for others time.

I love big lots. they have a lot of style and keep up to date. a big variety of stuff and for great prices. never had much with their battery products thought great priced furniture. tons of home interior design items and always changing to keep it fresh. they even have grocery and holidays items. sketchers socks are good priced and plenty of home cleaning items. what more could you ask for .

I went in to buy K cup coffee and found out there was 20% off of everything with my Bod lots card. I went through the Christmas section and they have new items that are just Spectacular!!!! I love this store,, its close to home and they have great prices...

I frequent this location often. Purchased some furniture a few times, that process was easy and employees helped load it into vehicle. They typically have what I need. I was there yesterday, and upon loading my car with the merchandise I bought, my cashier, Jason, was coming out of the store with a bag I completely forgot about. I would have left and went home not realizing it. He was very friendly in the store and went out of his way for me. Thanks!

Very nice place. Relatively inexpensive. Can usually find some weird or interesting things to buy here. I would describe it as somewhere in between a Dollar General and a Target.

Poor customer service. Need a self check out lane.

The employees are very helpful and actually polite to customers.They are not constantly re arranging the store, so quick trips are possible for a few things.

Went to this big lots location today. It looked to be 4 employees there today including a manager. After I picked through the noodles the rats hadnt opened I went to stand in line. There were 2 lanes open none of the lanes were moving. I guess they were waiting on a manager. After the manager came and unlocked the register. The lady at the register told me the line was closed after waiting for 10 minutes. Sttold me to move to another line. It took everything in me to keep calm. I asked for the manager and no one went to get him. He seemed to be the only one really working in his defence. The lady closed her line down and walked out with at least 7 people in line. Very unprofessional. I talker to the manager and he apologised.

This location is very mediocre. I bought a cube storage from here and it was missing pieces. Not as clean or put together as other Big Lots in the area.
