The store was not bad but the cashier was on a phone call with an earphone and everyone could hear it, not pleasant.

This is a great store friendly staff very helpful courteous and the store is always clean stocked up and the prices and quality of the merchandise is great . They have just about everything you need . The last time I went I found Centrum One a Day Gummy Vitamins for only $5 I was paying $12 for the exact same quantity at Walgreens and if you dont mind generics its even cheaper. I also get a lot of my pet supplies here and they always have them in stock at great prices. I highly recommend going.

Horrible store and staff!!!!!!!! They are ignorant and rude!!!! The store is never stocked and has carts sitting in aisles. They accused me of stealing pencils when I was clearing buying toilet paper and paper towels...I will never ever go to this store again. .NEVER EVER!!!!!! Manager smokes cigarettes all day and did I mention store smells likes weed all the time...heyooooo

VERY CLEAN , THINGS ARE ALWAYS STOCKED AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL! THE VIBES ARE GREAT SOON AS U WALK THRU THE DOOR I LOVE IT HERE ♥️

This is a great store to buy just about anything your looking for from stationary, health and beauty, food, bed and bath, pet food, laundry detergent and even some clothing. Ive been there several times and got pet supplies, shampoo and conditioner,and laundry detergent and every time I have shopped there they have always had what I needed...and then some! The service is always polite, professional and so helpful! I will surely be back. I would recommend that you go to especially if you want good prices, a friendly atmosphere, fast service and a 1 stop shop for just about everything you need!

Not the cleanest or friendliest family dollar Ive been too. Everyone who works here seems to not care about anything.

Its a Family Dollar under some apartments. Its rough, but convinient like the rest of the ones in the area. But since the Covid outbreak they dont have change to do cash transactions alot of the time. BEWARE, because you may not find out till you get to the register.

I went in today to make a return. The items were still in their original packaging and unopened. I had my receipt ready showing it has been less than 30 days since I made the purchase. However, the manager, Rakenya (goes by NeeNee according to associate), very rudely told me that they will not accept any returns or exchanges...period! There were no signs stating this on the inside or outside of the store when I made the original purchase or today. She said it was corporate’s new policy. However, I called other Family Dollar stores in the area and they said that this is not true at all! Buyers beware!!! They are breaking MD Consumer laws at this particular store.

Every time I go to Family Dollar on Furnace Branch RD. The employees always on there phone and playing around. No customer service or respect horrible employees all them should be fired. Worst Family Dollar.

The manager wasnt very friendly ! At all ! When I asked her if they sold renoylds wrap , she acted like it was too much trouble to tell me where it was , and had a nasty look on her face . 1st and last time Ill be going there !!!

This store is close by, and the perfect stop to get paper towels, TP, cleaning supplies and snacks at good prices. It is worth a separate trip from the grocery store, because the savings over the grocery store is substantial. The staff is always friendly. The recent remodel of the store upgraded the interior.

Customer service is not good, store always has unpacked boxes in isle way.

Nice staff, selection, all of that good stuff, pretty much what youd expect from a dollar store, just without everything in stock a good bit of the time. ...(They run out of bread, milk, sugar, and other essentials much too frequently).
