I am from Colorado. I came to Baltimore to visit family. I went to a super Walmart to shop with my granddaughter. While shopping, my husband stood by our basket. A loss prevention associate had walked by my husband 6 times. My husband asked the man if he was loss prevention. The guy said no. He proceeded to the pharmacy to pick up an empty pharmacy bag. He then walked by my husband swinging his empty bag as if he was a customer. We spent a lot of money that day in Walmart. When visiting Baltimore in the future, I will not be visiting Walmart.

Overall experience was good but when I went to purchase some shoes today there was spots on the inside of the shoe and on the outside and I was very displeased with the performance of the shoe department and I want to know what is going on is this how you guys sell shoes and if this is how you guys so shoes Ill be going to name brand companies only what is going

The store is okay most of the time our family visits that Walmart they dont have the items we need. Empty shelves is what I got 4 days ago, I needed my laundry items sent beads, dryer sheets and laundry detergent and it was empty they only had the Tide we get but the aisle with sent beads was empty!!!! So I had to get them from another retailer. Other then that the employees are friendly and the store is always clean.

This store is routinely not stocked. There are shelves without product every time I go there. Very poor management in all departments. Watching employees work is very disheartening and easily explains why shelves are not stocked properly. Corporate office truly needs to physically perform a surprise audit and investigation...you will surely see these actions in progress.

I just love mine! I can find everything I need! love the pizza shoppe there as well!😄you also never know who you will run into.

I prefer the other location but this store has a nice flow to find what I need in a hurry. Cant wait to try these.

Found these marked down to under $4 a container. Great hidden bargains.

All the prices then trippled an the employees watch you like you stealing their last breath of air its ridiculous. I will be shopping elsewhere!!!!

This is one of the largest Super walmarts on the east coast. Its really hard not to find what you want. However due to the surrounding area theft is an issue so expensive things are locked up and you need to find an associate to help you with your purchase

I prefer this walmart over any others . I have never had a slight issue with this location. Except for around the holidays which is expected. And self check out is a plus

Its Walmart, good prices but hassle of crowded aisles (with people and products on pallets) A little annoyed that using Walmart pay, which sends an e-receipt, means I have to let an employee touch my phone to check that I paid.I purposely choose this Walmart because its better (store layout, product selection,and customer service) than the one closer to me.

Always a problem getting a functional charged riding cart for the disabled. Stop allowing employees to ride them and have the broke one fixed😖

Terrible, no Apple Pay & disrespectful staff.

I go here because its close to work and other stores I frequent. I wish it had more options. I hate that some things like soap are locked up. I dont buy things that are because I wont chase down an employee to get it. I rather buy it somewhere else. They keep forcing the ring yourself out. And, the 1 or 2 regular lines that are open are long. I dont know where their employees are because they arent on the floor. The plus is that I know where things are and can get through the store quickly when needed.

I rarely go to Walmart but I go here when my brother needs some items. I literally thought the store was closing down due to empty shelves. In most aisles there were shelves that were completely bare. No one stocking. Frozen food section multiple case empty. Is it lack of workers or lack of supplies? This store needs a lot of help

Need more friendly help. Not everyone stealing but lately it is a worse environment. There are some gets you have that have worked loyally for many many years these are a wonderful crew all over your building. Wish they got more credit when it is due!!

I don’t think a Walmart will ever get 5 stars from me. But this one is pretty decent and it has self-checkout so the line goes fast. This Walmart is pretty organized. I do wish they kept their car cleaning wipes available.

This is yet another traditional Walmart establishment. I have never found a situation I couldnt find something I needed or an alternative. I cant speak for cashier experience as I use self checkout. There is a nice pizza chain and an alcohol store attached to the Walmart. Overall, nothing too extra but has all the necessities.

Horrible whole store empty no meats or cat food!!! Very upset had everything for dogs and nothing for cats hardly. The stuff they did have for cats was all the expensive stuff and still not a lot of that. Crazy I know they get weekly deliveries and I know they see the cat isle is bare so why arent they ordering it. Are dogs more important??? Not to me their not and this was the most horrible Walmart Ive ever been in!!!

The store is nice and clean - the nursery selection was pretty slim - and a lot of the options were in pretty poor shape.

WORST grocery pickup experience ever! I placed my order 2 days in advance, went to pick up order at designated time only to be missing 12 or more items and extra items the the associate kept insisting was mine!. The manager comes out & then the associate came back out to take a list of my missing items. After waiting almost an hour the guy then comes only to STILL be missing my items and telling me that 2 items i wanted was out of stock!! Like wow. I attempted to do grocery pick up for the first time to save time and money but so much for the time part. Next time I’ll go inside and gather my own groceries Smdh!!!

It was very busy on the weekend when I was there. A typical Walmart store, clean and well organized but so-so customer service. The cashiers were quick and attentive. It had a lot of self-checkout machines as well on both ends by the gates, however unfortunately they chose to close the entire one end for cleaning instead of cleaning each machine one at a time. This caused a very long line of queue on the other gate.

The shelves need to be stock more and this Glen Burnie on Ordnance. Rd Sell but they only had 1 of Snapple Diet Peace Tea but they had alot of.Regular Ice Tea. & they had enough up on the selves to cover the side Snapple Diet Peach Ice Tea. The Pasadena Wal-Mart dont sell it all but they need. They also need to get More Cashiers ASAP

This walmart is a super center and I have been shopping here for years. They tend to have a pretty good selection and it is one of my preferred walmarts to go to.its great because their grocery selection is vast and I can get everything I need in one place.

Just picking up an online grocery order. Service was fast and there were only three items out of stock.

They are usually out of the things I come to buy. The staff are friendly but they could do better with keeping inventory stocked.

Cashiers were polite and self check out made it a very quick purchase

Met 2 very nice, employees Amanda the checkout cashier and Monica from the eye glass department. They were friendly, had patience and their manner was refreshing, all Walmart employees should display such nice qualities as Amanda and Monica. Thanks ms. A Gregory

Some products are no longer being sold and there is some outdated products on shelves.

Good store just needs more Employees who wanna help the customers find products.

This is my favorite go to Walmart it is always well stocked and employees are willing to help you located things you are looking for.

In line talking . Only 2 real lines open. Self checkout not accepting cash..people are putting stuff back and walking out. Only kids working. Checkout guy looks 15..if that..So annoying here. No adults to be found. This store is going way..way..down hill fast. Its only 5:30 and gonna get worse..dont come here. this weeknd!

Out of town visiter and this has go to be the worst Walmart I’ve been to. From the long lines checking out terrible customer service trying to find things. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

I go to this Walmart because it is close and a lot of the stuff you can get for a lower cost .Also, I wish they had more deals/sales on food items like Giant and wish the produce and fruit were better quality.So I get certain things here and go to Giant down the street for fresh produce and fruits.

Store badly needed a restock. Shelves were bare on a Saturday. Personal shoppers were congregated talking to one another and blocking the produce/deli area. Employees were rude blocking aisles while patrons were trying to shop. Not my best Walmart shopping experience.

This is a very nice Walmart Supercenter. It is easy to park, and of course, you can find anything here.

I like it. It was clean. Big. Lots of parking. Close to target as well. Hope it was 24hrs open

This is the worst Walmart experience at this location. Stand in line behind people with tons of groceries to buy one item. All self checkout lines are open but you can only use a card because of a coin shortage. Talk to the manager about why there is only 4 normal lines open and customer waiting more than 10 minutes to check out and all the self checks are available for cards only. Only to be told I could have went to electronics or lawn and garden to checkout.

Another WalMart with just a couple of open registers. SMH.

Im not usually very big on Walmart but this Walmart has self checkout and you can always get in and out and get what you need. Its a whole lot better than the halethorpe location. Which is the worst Walmart Ive ever seen

Tuesdays are the best day to shop since everything has just been restocked. Self-checkout is life-saving (also card-only at the moment)

The store has all I shop for. Marvelous self scan significantly reducing awful long lines and waiting found in the Arbutus store. Arbutus is 5 min away from me but i swore to never return there cause the mind boggling long and deathly slow waiting lines while two thirds checkouts are always unattended. Worse, no self checkout in Arbutus cause of above average shop lifters.

Awsome found everything I needed. Got my hose reel finally. Easy self check out!

This store has gone completely downhill I am not exaggerating when I say they rarely have what you come there looking for. Their lack of restocking the shelves is painfully sad and I refuse to believe that it is all due to covid especially when it started going down pre covid.After talking to other shoppers I am not alone on this. I rarely bash a store but this has gone on for some time now. This is not even going into the attitude of the staff that works there.

I hadnt been to the Glen Burnie store in 2 years . I missed this store well stocked clean....

So many items do not have there prices marked and after walking around entire store looking for the automatic price checkers I found out they toke them all out...WHY IDK ,so they expect you then to try to search and find an employer who after you finally waste more time they will 80% of time not carry a price checker with them and then you are told you have to go to customer service or a cashier then you are supposed to wait in another line just for a price check no thank you ,I must say I was very agitated on this shopping trip,and plus they lost probably close to $40 in sales from me ,because I didnt get the items that werent priced .

Some days theyre stocked most days they are not. Staff is always talking and hanging around.Local Glen Burnie Walmart - doesnt get better than this and not surprised by the employees.And you can tell when they have store manager inspections because its the ONLYYYYYYYY time they are clean and fully stocked and top notch walmart. But you can tell where they will be focusing on because those sections are usually the nicest.Again. Not surprised. So 3 stars

It was quite and staff was busy to stock items. They asking to customers what they need and kind.There was lots of customers in busy hours and line was long every cashiers and self check out.Clean and nice place.

I’ve been trying to call this Walmart ALL DAY. Litterally since 8am. No one answers anywhere but the pharmacy. I don’t know who the store manager is but this is 100% ridiculous. It’s 9pm right now and no one is answering…. And it just hung up on me after 10 minutes

This walmart is the worst. Not very fond of any of them. You cannot find any help, there is a shift lead there who is very very rude, I believe her name is Christine.

The groceries are always pretty empty on Sundays, which is a when I usually shop.Other than that, its clean enough, considering its a Walmart, and the pharmacy is actually very fast.Best times to stop in for groceries are weeknights after 7. Not too busy, and everything is very well stocked.

A little chaotic with the holidays and some empty shelfs but all in all I was able to get in and out no problem

Well it was okay i go as soon as they open but far as clothing it was the same stock as a month ago just trying to get a lil something for the soon 2 b 2 year old! I love garanimals and the new line of jordache for lil babes! Beat the crowd go early

It would be a 5/5 if there were better staff. MAJORITY of the workers here are just extremely unfriendly. I wouldn’t say any of them are disrespectful but they will just walk right past you and say nothing, they never ask if you need help, and I swear some of them act like they don’t hear you when you know they do.

Dont get meats there. I cannot believe they had the ground beef out looking like that.

Shelfs are empty. No customer service to help get stuff of top shelves which should have been placed in empty shelves. 2 registers only opened with long lines. Go to self checkout which are all opened but wont let you pay in cash. I should of just ordered online. What a joke.

Scary 👿 The store looks like a tornado ran through shelves empty things on the floor food open laying about, I was standing near some of the lazy workers employees not working just standing around in little groups talking about customers and saying There taking there time and not worried if anything get done as. Long as they get there hrs. No one at the dirty registers just self check out stinky and dirty.

The employees are helpful, but understand that I ONLY shop here because I cant find some stuff anywhere else I hate walmart as a corporation

Really should rate this as a 0 star, but anyway went to 2 different walmarts yesterday and had no problem walking in without a mask, me and my sister in law walk into this location and we werent asked (nicely) to put a mask on we were rudly told to put it on, so we were nice and didnt say anything or fight it we put our masks on and went to go about our day, as soon as we started to walk away I heard the employee who was rude telling his other fellow employees very ignorantly these people think just because the government lifted the face mask they think they can come in here without one but yet majority of the employees were walking around with their masks under the their chins or not wearing one at all!! Called corporate and reported him, the guys name is John, very very rude and wont be going back!!

Sometimes theyre out of stock a lot at the location were I go to, but an overall review I I get this Walmart 80% happy

The shopping experience is always good, prices right, self checkout I love and some people are courteous.

Was no 6ft distancing being in forced. Had a lady in line bump into my back twice. Also tried to give this employee in the picture meat that was left on shelf to help, and before a word could be spoken she started yelling is there a reason your giving this to me, like whats the reason, i dont need this, it was fine sitting on the shelf. Was just in shock to see her act this way as someone was trying to help out.

Everything was great at the Walmart Superstore. They had everything that I needed! The only problem I have is that there are never enough registers open when I want to check out! I dont care to use the Self check out stations!

Store was clean, organized, and friendly staff. Much nicer than the Walmart near where I live.

The only store in the area that carried 3T clothes for boys. Tried target and costco. There were no canned vegetables. Very odd. Nice toy selection. Shoppers not wearing masks and no enforcement

I was so impressed to see how many cashiers they actually had working. Lines werent too long compared to the other locations. Great experience overall!

Ordered an item on line on Saturday to be picked up on Monday. My order was canceled after I got there to pick it up. And it took 15 minutes for someone to even talk to me. Tried talking to an associate that was right the and she was less then helpful. Barley even wanted to acknowledge me. I will not be going there again.

The price are nice, just need more workers, the store is very busy, but the staff do avery good job in moving people on there way. Great job, to you all.

The Owings mills location is 10xs better, food presentation was better, food in general was better, mimosa was better. Their customer service is great and its a nice place but when your first time trying the place was at Owings mills and you be lazy and try the closer one to your home you expect somewhat of the same food right. Nope, the waiter said its owned by someone else and they have different menus and def different quality food. My French toast was soggy and wet the grande mimosa in owings mills came in a nice tall wine glass with fruit. Theirs taste like mainly OJ. I was the most disappointed with the wet soggy French toast, but they were short staffed and did their best so I felt no need to add on that complain. I just know that im not going back to that location SORRY 🤷🏾‍♀️
