Very bust , pretty gd but only wet there for gas

The employees there are really nice and friendly, but the store is dirty. Their drink machine area is covered in dust and looks moldy. It seems like it is never cleaned over there. If you have a rewards card, you are supposed to get $.10 off a gallon when you pay with the card, but everytime you pay inside with the card you dont get the discount.

What a dump. Ordered chicken with Carolina BBQ sauce, pick up order it’s not Carolina BBQ sauce, ask the girl she says “we are out of it” I ask her why she didn’t communicate with me instead of just assuming I would want what she chose to put with my order? She didn’t care. Two pieces of chicken $8.00!! Seriously? Then I start looking for napkins she says “oh we are out of napkins”!!Hey Royal Farms you serve FRIED CHICKEN!!!! It REQUIRES NAPKINS!!!Let’s top the review off with the RUBBERY COLD CHICKEN.Never ever returning to this dump in Glen BurnieLet me add one more thing Thank God Sheetz always gives extra napkins

Stopped here to use the air for free. There was a line of two cars in front of me and the air comes out super slow. There was some type of party at several of the pumps and there was a line at the others. Nothing spectacular here to see just a station that seems like its fairly new with a car wash.

Ordered chicken, got home and the chicken taste like it was cooked in dirty, burned oil, had to throw it out.

New coffee machines are horrible - avoid unless you want watered down coffee. Not the same. Big mistake. Doubt corporate cares.

Still a great place for morning coffee and sandwich and if course chicken for lucnh lol.

Spacious gas pumps. Fresh hot food offered inside, although I didnt have any myself. Had a good experience here with the day shift people today. The cashier named Ray should be rewarded for how good he is at his job. Hes very polite and friendly and just sets the bar for what every Cashier should be like. I got some chicken which was made great and was very fast. Even the girl working the kitchen was friendly. Just had to give some props where props are due.

Clean, reasonable prices and cordial staff. Lisa is AWESOME!

The food used to be better, but the Chicken is usually dry now. Its a shame because when royal farm chicken isnt allowed to dry out, its great. Im a fan of the tenders and theyre terrible here.

This review is specifically for Chana only. She is one of the managers and helped me with a challenging situation, when my son lost his AirPods. We retraced our steps to this ROFO location, hoping to find them there. While others weren’t as nice about it, Chana was extremely helpful.... going above and beyond for us to assist a customer. I was very impressed and thankful for kind people like her who take a moment to simply “care”.

Some.of the cheapest premium gas prices in the area. I rarely go inside anymore, just pay at the pump.Sad to see the reviews about the food and service recently, have eaten here before and never had an issue, food was fresh and the staff was always friendly. Hope things turn around here

This royal farms is really ran poorly and tonight was no exception I could smell a strong odor of urine from the front door after going into the bathroom I noticed dirt and trash that was in there 3 days earlier when I was in there the toilet brush was full of urine and the changing table was covered in trash and tobacco. Then I ordered 3 -3 piece chicken tender meàls and they tell me that the 2 sauces I ordered they were out of honey mustard and ranch as usual when I asked who does the grocery order the man working in deli informed me that the manager wont let them order more honey mustard and that they run out in-between every grocery order. Then to top off a horrible experience the woman at the counter puts my $100 bill in the safe my total was 19.75 she gives me $60 and keeps insisting that was the way it came out of the safe so she said it was right after arguing with her and doing math she says (so how much do I owe you)? Really starting to consider switching to Wawa unless they do something about this store its sad because my wife is a manager in another district her store would never ever look like that Barbara needs to be demoted or retrained it is truly sad

Renovations are nice but my spicy chicken was burned and dry. frozen chicken patties are cheap it should have been thrown away and not sold to me. asked for tomatoe amd did not get any. very disappointed my lunch break was ruined.the location off aviation blvd has much fresher food. two thumbs down

Went to get slushies the machine area was dirty my shoes stricken to the Mat . Told the cashier that one of the flavor was saying ready and you go to get it and it’s liquid and the other one that was ready came out fast all over me . The coffee area was just the same horrible. Her response was the mangers knows about it and don’t do anything about it . Very sad to hear ppl don’t care about there job title .

The employees are great. Got a horrible homeless problem. They harass you for money before you walk in and its very annoying. I stopped going and I go to WaWa now.

Nice people but the worst bathrooms always horrible...go there every morning and tried to use the bathroom several times. The worst WaWa it is. Please fix.

Not sure if the staff changed but they are now super slow, food takes forever and are unfriendly. Approached management several times about the homeless man that is living on their sidewalk and it is always brushed off. They also allow this man to hang out in front of their store and inside

I see alot of people mentioning the renovation. But what good is the renovation if the store itself is not properly managed? Royal Farms HQ is probably losing their investment that was put to the renovation.Store could do much better with its location, and size. So much potential but sad to see how poorly it is being ran by the management and staff.1. Visited 2 months ago, and their freal machine had an issue. Select regular or more thick, and it auto selects less thick (making it super watery) not even a milkshake at that point. I informed them during purchase and purchased it anyways since I made it and felt a waste to throw away. Was told they will look into it and get it fixed as I purchase freal on regular basis. (Even signed up and downloaded rofo app just cause of freal and now they removed the buy 6 get 7th free...)2. Today, after 2 months, I visit to get another freal assuming it should be fixed by now, and still.. same issue..not surprised.3. I purchased tobacco, and lady at register asks for my ID, which I have no issue withI tend to look younger than I really am (good genes? Lol) and usually dont have any problem providing my id. I asked the lady not to scan my ID as I am not comfortable with the thought of getting my ID scanned for information gathering. The lady gives me an attitude and says oh well we have to scan the ID. I know for a FACT that you dont HAVE to. The younger lady who works there never scanned my ID the past 3 times I purchased tobacco. And 2 days ago at a different Royal Farms on telegraph road attempted to scan and I asked politely them not too, and the gentleman there smiled and said Sure, no problem and entered my birthday manually. Professional and customer friendly transaction.But Here, the lady with an attitude scans my ID anyways when I requested nicely, saying Id prefer she didnt scan my ID, please? Stating that she HAVE too. Being lazy and not wanting to push a few buttons is way different than having to legally scan it. Just pure laziness is what that is.After she scanned without my consent, I asked if their system records any information from my ID or stores it in their database for advertisement purposes or whatever the case may be. She completely ignores me, hands me my receipt and gave off this get the **** out vibe.Unprofessional, and rude. If i could give 0 stars, I would 10x, than come back every month to give them another 10x 0star rating if possible.Needs better manager/management and staff. Id advise someone whos more customer friendly, being that customers is what keeps their business alive? By far the worst royal farms I have ever been to, and definately wont be going back.To other fellow customers, right down the street a little further down, theres a Wawa with great staff, and a little further down opposite from wawa is a new Shell/dash-in location with great staff too (aside from the manager there at dash-in)

I went to the royal farm in Glen Burnie August 4th 2017 at around 9pm I went into this royal farms to get a family size platter of chicken 32 pieces since we have family coming into town. That alone was $52.99. The guy that put our order together was very pleasant in assisting us with our order. So after I finished paying for my order and walked back over to collect my chicken two females of African American decent came from the back and stated, when you order that much chicken you need to call and reserve it first. Youre making it a inconvenience. She had the most nastiest attitude and the worst customer service ever. She acted as if she wanted to fight me over chicken. I will never be returning to this royal farms ever. I brought it to a supervisor attention who was no help

Came out of $12 car wash this morning with Soap all over car and when I told the employee she responded that I had to come back in the morning to talk to manager but I dont live nowhere near there. If that is Royal Farms policy I will never get car wash from them anymore. And I was told they have been having issues with it ,yet the sign was still saying car wash opened; how fair is that?

I love Royal Farms chicken, but this location seems to disorganized , out of certain items , counters where food prep is dirty ..sub we ordered was not prepared correctly. I am really surprised that it is not up to Royal Farms standards like other locations.

Always clean and you save 20 cents off gas if you buy a car wash . I spend a lot of time at this location.
