DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Talked to the manager about a problem I was having with the pharmacy. She was not very helpful. Kept blaming it on how busy they were and how there was only one pharmacy tech working. She was not interested in trying to help me and suggested I call back later. She also suggested I call corporate with my complaint. When I ask for the number, she said she didn’t have it. Then hung up on me.

I had my dentist send over 2 prescriptions and he called them in twice an both times she never received them and each time i called to see if she received them she was nasty and they last time he left a voicemail instead of saying let me put u on hold to double check, she said i told u i have no perscriptions for you. Very Rude So i had him call another pharmacy because he even said so you have another pharmacy these people are very rude. Glad its not just me i will never go there again for anything!

One of the Managers Mary is So Rude and Unprofessional. They had All dove shampoo buy 1 get 1 half off, and I had the same type of shampoo and conditioner- Dove daily moisture , and because the shampoo wouldnt ring up correctly she Refused to honor the sale and I had to pick a different type of dove shampoo and conditioner. It didnt make Any sense at all, but the real problem was her and her nasty attitude, she basically just refused to talk to me, she just kept saying you can call corporate. Call corporate for what? Because you cant handle when the register doesnt ring an item up correctly and you dont know how to fix it, you obviously shouldnt be manager Mary!

The pharmacist was extremely rude. She literally made up problems that didn’t exist so I was unable to get my prescriptions filled. Told me that I had a 90 day supply fact I’ve never had a 90 day supply of any my medications there always for 30 days. Told me my doctor would have to rewrite the prescription for a non-generic fact I’ve been getting the same prescription filled with the same insurance for over five years never had a problem it was a blatant lie. Then she told me on Monday she was out of the medication so I came back on Friday she was still out of the medication told me to go to CVS. On Monday she took the information to call my pharmacist from where I used to live and I told her I will be back on Friday she said no problem. she did nothing of the sort she never called my pharmacist she probably threw the paper in the trash.I travel 2 miles down the road to the next Rite Aid where I went in and the pharmacist Britney was so kind understanding helped me with everything I needed help with beings I just moved here and had to get my prescriptions transferred. she also alerted me that I needed some shots and she was able to give them to me right then and thereI suggest if you’re going to this Rite Aid skip it go 2 miles down the road to where they treat you like a humanHorrible attitudeHorrible lied!!!!She did not want to work at all she spent more time making up lies and problems that did not exist she needs to be fired

The pharmacy at the Glen Burnie MD store B&A BLVD and Mountain Rd is terrible. My child takes common medications. They never had it in stock and always gave me some excuse that didnt make sense. Either had to wait for a few days or have them try another pharmacy. Ended up switching to a pharmacy and havent had a problem with the prescription since.

Been going here quite a bit in the last two years for pretty much anything I need for home health care.Never had an issue with the Pharmacy, never been texted or called to much with prescription reminders. When asked to hold a prescription an extra day or two for me they did (waiting on paycheck).I have always been greeted with smiles and polite hellos.P.S. After reading other reviews from a while ago, I’m up here laughing because people obviously DO NOT know how a pharmacy works.Rite Aid does not nor ever has had a delivery service, if you are too disabled to pick up your script that is on you and your caregivers. I suggest finding a local pharmacy that offers home delivery.If you do not ask for an extension hold on your script, of course they put it back on the shelf! They may need it for another customer who will actually pick up on time or ask for a hold politely.And the comment about prescription drug peddlers...umm that isn’t the Pharmacy’s fault, that is the Doctors who are unknowingly writing prescriptions for the dealers to sell. The Pharmacy can not deny medication unless it interacts with another prescription and they need to confer with the prescribing doctor.

I only ran in to get a skin lotion but didnt see anything bad nor did i have a bad experience checking out judge at your own experience getting meds filled and or asking for help hut over all no issuse if you kjow what you going in for. Store seems stocked good.

Weve Been here almost 12 years. They are awesome in this pharmacy. The ENTIRE store even... staff is friendly and helpful. I cant say enough good about them.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They fill the wrong Rx, they are impossible to reach on the phone because they never answer, they call all the time when an Rx is ready (even after asking them to stop every month and say the text alert is fine stop calling multiple times), I work long hours so their pharmacy times are not always convenient and they put Rx back on the shelf way too soon so when you pick up you have to wait 30 min for them to dispense it back out, the plentiful card and all those questions about rewards etc. take forever and I can understand it at the general counter for purchases, but why is it necessary at the pharmacy? Im not getting any points, or using coupons, and no I dont want to be asked to sign up each time. Im going to another pharmacy, its the most inconvenient hassles every single month!!

Worst pharmacy i have ever had to deal with in my life. I will never deal with them again. Heaven fpr bid someone cant get there bc of health issues and without that prescriptions it will make them even qorse who carez though

I believe that this Rite Aid suffers for a few reasons. There are two Rite Aids on Baltimore Annapolis and another on Mountain road. Depending on where your doctor sends your persciption it will get totally confused to what location it is at in their system. Dont wait for them to make a logical conclusion about the situation. It would be best to choose CVS or Walgreens if these are options.

If you have your script called in, expect it the next day. I have never seen such incompetence.

The pharmacist and assistant are two of the most kind and considerate people you could hope to be seen by.

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy. Ive been here a few times and wait forever. The place isnt even that busy.

Without question nor hesitation, this location is the primary supplier for illicit drug dealers in my neighborhood peddling narcotic-strength painkillers (oxycodone, percocet, et cetera) - Apparently the most commonly abused (not to mention highly addictive) substance class in the United States. With this said, it is odd to think that they refuse to disclose by phone, whether or not they have the attention deficit drug Aderral in stock for prescription holders without having them (often) waste their time, driving to their store just to find out that they do not and leave empty-handed.

Great place to work and pretty convenient for neighboring shoppers.

Horrible pharmacy service! I never have a positive experience at this location. This most recent visit will be my last.

Pharmacist have an attitude when I pulled up to the drive thru, told me it would take 25mins. I went in side, there was no one not one person waiting. I asked her why the wait would be so long she ignored me and started answering phones. I will never return to this pharmacy again

I would say with the Rite Aid Pharmacy opening at 9 a.m. its hard for people who work early morning hours to get there medicine for the day. Pharmacy should open earlier.
